Innanzitutto lo spazio, una unica sala veramente enorme e dai soffitti altissimi, in stile prettamente "americano"...anche in momenti di elevatissima affluenza (e finora non è mai vissuti..) lo spazio enorme consente di non sentirsi mai in un "carnaio" come mi è capitato in altre realtà. -Gli Attrezzi Altro fiore all'occhiello della Palestra..motivo che me l'ha fatta scegliere. Parliamo di Panatta, che per chi è appassionato di ghisa rappresentano assieme ad Hammer Strenght l'eccellenza nel campo della cultura fisica a mio parere...e qui si sono superati in quanto presenti le "ultimissime" Freeweight Special", che è un'evoluzione delle loro freeweight, macchinari a pesi liberi che avevo già testato in altre palestre della catena Actionfit. Qui però appunto sono presenti le special, ne ho testate diverse e le ritengo veramente ottime, mi hanno restituito ottime sensazioni. presente poi la linea SEC sempre panatta, che sono invece macchinari con il pacco pesi preselezionabile, anch'esse valide ,magari non proprio tutte riuscitissime ma anche qui con le ultime novità come la "Multi Press", che racchiude in un unico attrezzo ben 4 macchine, la shoulder press oltre che le 3 classiche varianti di panca (piana/inclinata/declinata).
