Two chicks behind the counter rushed through the order and kept trying to have me pay before finishing order (two rice bowls) and asked if i was getting any of the specialy items (guac, queso, ect) before even ordering, its a slow night with one costumer eating already and no mobile orders at the moment. they did a small portion of everything barely filling it half way, the salsa was was so old the walls of the containers were caked with a thick layer of salsa. No spoons or anything either, dude behind the counter in the red shirt was chill tho.

Just paid $15 for a $7 burrito for the second time in a week. I was a regular customer, now I'm done.

Seating was open, free sauce and chips… however, the food was alright nothing special… a bit overpriced in my opinion. Asked for a water cup, and apparently they dont have cups for water…?

a very enjoyable experience. the food was great and filled me up, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. the manager was very kind and asked us if everything was great even after sitting down. thank you for a great lunch!

Would not refund a meal I got with burnt chicken because I "ate some of it" how would I have known it was burnt otherwise? Don't come in right before close or you get old/burnt food

I will NOT come back to this place, rude management, horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to qudoba or chipotle instead

I am very happy with the catering we purchased yesterday from this location. Even though we needed the order in less than 24 hours, I spoke with Ashely and she was very helpful with getting us what we needed on time. The food was ready on time and the manager Jose went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. I recommend this location to anyone looking to receive good food and quality customer service. Thank you all and I will be back soon!

It would be great if they said "welcome moe" when a customer entered the store.

Maybe a decade ago Moe's opened in R.P..I can count on 1 hand how many times I ordered from them. I never ordered at any other location. My meal wasn't really a meal. All my Burrito's 🌯 wasn't prepared how I ordered them. Spicy chicken Burrito with no extras definitely isn't worth almost $15. I received an Email $5 off if I ordered on line. Never received promotion. Since I only been at Moe's a few times. Hopefully Moe's just having an off day.

Ok so basically I ordered some moes off of Uber eats. I was so excited for my delectable food (ordered at 10 am). I begin to go throughout my day forgetting about my moes and by 4 o’clock I grew impatient n WALK to moes. Once I get to moes there was literally not a soul in sight I thought it was closed. I go to order but no one helps so I walk back into the kitchen and I see will hart looking at Ricky sicoli looking at Keegan who ate all the food at moes. Disgraceful oginization
