I like this location. I've been going for years. The parking lot can get cramped around 400-600p. Staff is generally present if you need them. Haven't had any issues finding a machine...not too many break down. They do regular maintenance and cleaning.

Okay so I have been a member, a black card member, for multiple years & have been to quite a few locations. I'm generally quite impressed with, not necessarily the staff and their attention to the front desk, but the cleanliness and the continued activity of the staff in maintaining that cleanliness.. that is until I went to this club.. mind you, this club is in what one might say a Hoity-Toity demographic, where you would anticipate nothing less than an A+ facility.. this club, a D and that folks is being generous when it comes to the cleanliness of this establishment.. a complete disrespect to the members.. I was absolutely shocked and could not believe how much worse it became as I continued through the establishment to the bathrooms, the toilet stalls, the showers, and let's not even get into the tanning facilities.. are you kidding me.. ??? This establishment is nothing short of a complete embarrassment embarrassment to Planet Fitness as a whole.. I should be rewarded for leaving there healthy, well it's only been a day, one only knows.. we'll see with time..! 2 stars as the location is great, the facility is modern w/the standard PF equipment

My review keeps getting taken down! Lol. PF is working hard to have them removed. The manager at Brookfield's PF, Carlos, did something REALLY shady! Corporate and upper management were involved and while they were very nice and sympathetic because of what happened, I will never join a Planet Fitness again. Do not recommend unless deceitful practices such are for you.. I wrote a longer review on google specifically explaining what happened and it's been taken down/reported several times now. I wonder why

95% cardio equipment empty. Could not do a workout because it was a 20 minute wait for a Smith machine every time it was needed. Planet fitness continues to cater to an imaginary customer and not what their members actually need.

Staff is always very welcoming and helpful. Most times I usually see a staff member cleaning or vacuuming. Equipment is in good shape and easy to figure out snd use

I’ve been a member at PF for almost 1 year. I enjoy working out there and the exercise area is always kept nice. I thought I would try out their tanning beds and I told the employee I’ve never done tanning there before. No one showed me the tanning room or how to work the bed. I was not told that there is a certain amount of time you get before the tanning bed starts and the guests are expected to clean the beds as they come and go. The inside of the stand up bed was dirty, the carpet in the room was dirty and a lot of the bulbs were burnt out or needed to be replaced. I didn’t tan, I left.

Great experience and u gotta try da hydrotherapy massage chairs! But here's a tip u hv ta be a black card member to have access to the special features of the fitness facility which sux! I hv a tens unit anyways for my back pain! I'm just a guest we only hv access to the gym equipment that's it! Disappointed tho.

Yes... I'm one of "those people" that joined the gym on January 1st. I am very happy with my decision. This location is clean and has a wide variety of equipment that is easy to use for someone like me who hasn't been to the gym in awhile. Wasn't too crowded when I went either. Everyone was respectful and kept to themselves which I appreciated.

Don't like Planet Fitness at all. Absolutely no opportunity to meet people there. I wish I never joined. I LOVE the YMCA, but my insurance no longer pays for memberships

Always equipment available for cardio, staff is friendly and always willing to help! Wonderful safe environment.

It’s a brand new location with the newest equipment compared to the other three locations I have been to as a Black Card Member (Downtown Milwaukee, Waukesha, Oconomowoc). Everything is in working order! I wish the design team at corporate would get rid of the 30-minute work out zone (yellow workout area) as I rarely see it being used and I think other equipment could be better utilized in that space. Either way, this location is great and has ample parking and a great staff working there! Highly suggest it!

Thought this place was supposed to be “judgement free”. This type of attitude seems very hypocritical. One of my friends told me there’s also an alarm that goes off if you accidentally rack weights too hard. I’m sad that my old gym closed and transferred my membership to this place. It’s a well kept/newer place, but a poor quality gym overall. There isn’t much equipment at all compared to my previous gym. No racks, platforms, jump boxes ect. There are very few free weights which I personally use for the majority of my workouts to help develop multiple muscle groups and stability.

Nice gym but make sure you cancel before you move! PF refuses to allow cancellations over the phone, email, or fax so you have to go in-person or "send a family member." I live in North Carolina. What. A. Joke. Edit: Don't be disheartened PF, be better. Update your policy from 1980 or provide accommodations. This is not a difficult change to make. I can work out at any gym but I can only cancel at the one 900mi away? Be better PF, ffs.

I rejoined Planet Fitness back in November 2022. Glad I did. The staff is friendly. Everytime I go there they are cleaning. And I must say I love it. It is very clean

It’s so much bigger and has a lot more equipment and you get what you want in the Brookfield location . I also liked the hydro beds it really made you relax with the darkness of the room. I would come back to this one. Planet fitness is the best gym I have been too. They are clean and friendly greeting and always someone there to answer questions?

It's a planet fitness. So it's almost identical to all the rest. The last few times someone was playing music off their phone through the speakers which wouldn't be a problem if it didn't leave whole minutes of silence while they pick a song.

Clean spacious gym. I stopped by just after Midnight and the desk lady was so nice!!

Make sure to check your bank statements because they charge you more than the monthly/annual fees as advertised at this location. I understand that there is an annual fee of $39, but every few months I had additional charges that they would say was "odd" but never addressed or refunded.

1st day going and it was a nice atmosphere. I am just getting into being more active and did a mile!

I've been going to this location for a year now, and have really been enjoying it. For the most part, the people, atmosphere, cleanliness, gym equipment, tanning beds and massage chairs, nothing but good things to say! Until Xperience shut down. The gym has been a lot busier, which is to be expected.. but what I didn't expect is the unpleasant and uncomfortable stuffiness, the lack of cleanliness and the groups of people surrounding the machines at any given time. This location isn't huge by any means, so taking on another large group of people has limited the equipment availability, which is extremely unfortunate for the routine of regular PF members. I understand that Xperience members needed somewhere to workout, after their gym shut down abruptly, but what about the PF members? Who now have to just deal with the inconvenience of the Xperience members, being inconvenienced. Hopefully something is being worked out, for the betterment of all members - to give everyone the space and quality they pay for and deserve.
