My appointment started right on time. The staff had all my information because of the comprehensive online forms they provided. My session with the dental hygienist was the best ever. The X-rays were completed quickly. The examination by the dentist was prompt, efficient and explained completely. The course of treatment recommended was detailed and complete. My appointments were made immediately. Five Star visit.

As always I had and excellent experience Jana is meticulous in the care of my teeth and mouth. Dr Andy is also very good. He explained the teeth lightening procedure The info left me with more knowledge on the process. So glad Mercer Sydell is part of our community.JC.

Here is the only review you need! Dr. Andy and Jordy are the real MVP's of the dental industry. Here is my story, I was on the eastern shore vacationing and had a cracked tooth that was causing serious pain. I called many providers in my dental network and none of them could help even though it was a clear emergency. I get to the office around 11am and by 1230 I'm leaving with the tooth gone! Dr. Andy cut it out. It was quick, efficient, and painless. He had to cut the tooth (wisdom tooth) into 4's and pull it out and I felt NO PAIN. I was not sedated they used novacaine. I'm impressed with their straight forward work ethic. I'm impressed by their customer service. I'm impressed that they cared enough to get me in during my time of need. If I lived in this area it would be my dentist office!

What a great place to go here in Ocean View for all your dental needs. I always feel like they go 100% when taking care of me! They have the answers to any and all of my dental questions and my hygenist is the best I've ever experienced in my 72 years.

I had a 2PM appointment on October 25, 2022. I no longer walked through the door, when I was greeted by my hygienist, Jana. Received a through exam and detailed cleaning. Jana was extremely dedicated and informative. Dr. Sean Mercer examined me and found a chipped molar, which will be restored soon. I very much liked his relaxed style and practical approach. Everything is A plus about this practice. The office is beautiful, the staff is incredibly professional, helpful and kind. Dr. Sydell took so much time to help me understand what he was finding. I never felt rushed. I am thrilled to be moving to this practice. I can’t more highly recommend it.

I took my 93 year old mother for lost filling and they were so accommodating. Everyone from the front desk, hygienist, and dentist was courteous, professional, and efficient. Xrays were explained and recommendations given in a clear manner, especially since she is hard of hearing. This practice was recommended to me and I will certainly recommend them to others.

They are a terrific practice and I consider myself very lucky to have gotten in to see them and now I'm a patient for life!! Lou Ann is awesome and thorough and really cares about her patients and explains things and gives options when available.
