I was visiting from NJ and sprained my ankle. Atracare was fabulous! They saw me right away, did xrays and hooked me up with a walking boot and crutches. Everyone was really nice and the office was comfortable and clean. Hopefully I won't need to go back, but it's great to know they are there if I need them!

The service and treatment provided was absolutely outstanding. The facility is top notch. If we lived in this area we would want this to be our primary care facility. If you should need medical attention while in the Bethany Beach area we highly recommend them.

Fast check in. Waited 5 minutes or less! NP was through and asked all the right questions. She explained the scripts and how they would help. She was professional and listened! This was a great experience being sick etc. Would recommend Atracare to an everyone.

I absolutely love coming here when my daughter is sick and needs to be seen but isn’t emergent. The dr. was incredible and knowledgeable and never talked down to me (like I didn’t know things). My daughter is very standoffish to strangers but even she loved the DR. My daughter was smiling and babbling on to her, it was an amazing visit. We came there with concern for a R ear infection and the dr took her time, listened, spoke, and assessed. She made eye contact and was just perfect. One thing being a transplant, it is hard to find GOOD drs on the Eastern Shore, but she was/is a GREAT dr. She cares about her patients and it shows in her work. I can honestly say I am confident that she loves what she does and doesn’t see it as just a “job” that needs to get done. She genuinely cared and really took the time to ensure my little girl was properly assessed and diagnosed and given proper medications/treatment. I really and truly was impressed with her care. Even the nurse and registration workers were incredibly helpful and sweet and just great. This was my 2nd visit, and I can say I will be a returning patient. I have already told so many people about my experience and told them to go there for actual personalized care. Everyone is doing great and I hope they are told and recognized for actually showing patients the RIGHT way healthcare should be. Words will never be enough to express how great of a staff is here.

This was the best experience I’ve had at any urgent care. Just as the other reviewers shared, there was very little wait time and the nurse practitioner, Melissa, was great and had excellent bedside manner. My son was treated promptly and the facility was beautiful and clean. I would recommend to anyone!

Best urgent care experience I’ve had. Walked in and got seen within a few minutes. The staff were all friendly and professional. Dr Kristin Ducharme was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing my problem, recommending treatment and answering all my questions. Highly recommend this location for urgent care needs!

After a week of thinking this cold and loss of voice would go away I called my pcp they were booked and advise I go to a walk-in; the Beebe in Georgetown is 5 minutes but their reviews and prior experience going there I was just not up for it so I’ve read many many great reviews for Atracare and thought let’s make the drive 35 minutes to Oceanview. Scheduled myself online, drove down, was checked in and taken back in less than 5 minutes. Kara Back was amazing! She was empathetic to how I was feeling considering I sounded like a mouse, gave me a thorough assessment and sure enough I had a sinus infection with bronchitis, she explained the meds I was getting and I was out the door the whole experience was 5++stars. Thank you!

I have had my son in there twice to see Melissa, and once for myself, quick, professional care. It was nice of her to remember me when I came in.

Great quick but thorough care for my husband who got a fish hook stuck in his finger while on vacation. Dr. Albanese was great and made the process easy even though he was nervous. Would definitely recommend this facility!
