😠 Openly talked negatively about patients while we were waiting to be seen. Very rude when we asked when we’re being seen since we have been here over 2 hours . No one has checked in while patient was throwing up for 10 minutes waiting to be seen in the exam room. As soon as the nurse, Katie/Katy came... People often mention doctor, time, symptoms, urgent, care,

Openly talked negatively about patients while we were waiting to be seen. Very rude when we asked when we’re being seen since we have been here over 2 hours . No one has checked in while patient was throwing up for 10 minutes waiting to be seen in the exam room. As soon as the nurse, Katie/Katy came in to see us she proceeded to say her past 3 patients have been “insane.” She did not even know what service was required, and then she had to get the patient’s vitals twice because she forgot to write down the information. When the equipment malfunctioned, and the patient’s pulse did not come up the second time, she guessed. Absolutely unprofessional. Further still, every associate had their name badge flipped over so only the white back was showing and we could not see their name. We had to ask everyone’s names. Pictures are of the rude employees. However, Rhonda, the receptionist, is the exception. She was fantastic and I appreciate her wonderful customer service.

I struggled between 2 stars and 4 stars. Staff is usually very friendly, but the doctors are where my problem is. These days every symptom is covid. Even if not they don't spend any time with you they try to see you and get you out as fast as they possibly can. I've literally started explaining what's been going on before and got cut off in the middle of me talking for him to listen to me breathe and think he knows immediately what it is without knowing all my symptoms?? In 3 cases so far, I left and went to the hospital where it ended up being something different. I almost always get the Foreign doctor (I forget his name) comes off very rude. I like having an urgent care because I tend to pass out sometimes like if I go to a hospital so urgent care is usually my first choice but until that doctor is no longer there I will not return. They care more about how many patients he sees in an hour than being kind and compassionate and really listening to you like a doctor should. I get that urgent care isn't an alternative to a hospital or doctor and that you should really only go there for certain things (for instance they don't have x ray machines). But that doesn't excuse how that doctor treats people. There's been times before I say anything to him the nurse will tell him a summary of symptoms and he will walk in and hand me a paper say that you have "whatever" and then I'm told to go home and it's always the same advice, get plenty of rest and drink plenty fluids, half the time without any meds like antibiotics or anything. Idk I have been to different urgent cares and none of them acted how the doctor here does. Service provided 2/10 front desk clerk/nurses 10/10 they are wonderful. Doctor 0/10, takes no time to make sure he diagnoses you right. One time I got sick twice in a week and he actually had the nerve to lecture me about missing work and how ill end up getting fired and just kept going on a rant cause he had to give me another work excuse, even though I had a fever along with other symptoms (don't feel like saying some of them). Just, idk very unprofessional, at least him. I've only seen the other doctor there once and I would give him 10/10 he even sat down and listened to me checked my breathing, nose, throat and everything then gave me the medicine I needed to get over whatever bug I had. If it was just him I'd be giving 5 stars. But unfortunately his partner or whatever you wanna call it is the polar opposite of him, the Foreign doctor acts like a 10 year old when you tell them to take the trash out. He don't wanna be there dealing with stuff that is "underneath him" and I'm not saying he said that but anyone who's ever been seen by him says they get the same vibe. It's all about making as much money as fast as possible to him and not much else. At least, that's been my experience. There's an urgent care by Bridgewater that is really good, I recommend if you need to go to one, go to that one. I feel bad for the ladies working this location, they are so nice and sweet and I can imagine he's not that way even to them. I've actually heard him tell one lady to shut up before, that's a whole different story though. Maybe in the future if they get a different doctor in there and he goes wherever I'll start coming back and give a proper rating and review.

I went in with complaint of flu/Covid symptoms. The receptionist and the nurse were very nice and helpful. The doctor spent a total of about two minutes in the room. He listened to my chest for a couple of seconds, did not discuss my symptoms at all and said I had bronchitis and prescribed antibiotics, steroids, and cough medicine. They did no testing at all so I stopped and picked up a Covid test on the way home and tested positive. I was surprised they didn’t do any Covid or flu testing. Pros: in and out quickly, cons: wrong/missed diagnosis. I was finally able to get a hold of my PCP and was prescribed the proper medication.

They work quickly and get the job done. What more could you ask for from an urgent care center?

The receptions was welcoming and very personable. She updated me on how soon she would be getting me to an exam room which was only about 15 minutes after my arrival. The physician was also very nice, and took time to talk with me about my issue, the type of medicine he was prescription and when to expect relief. This is why I give it a 5 out of 5.

I went there because I have a unknown bump on my face and when I went to itch i It, It made that side of my face swell. I was told to put a hot compress on it and take Benadryl without any test being run. So I have a swollen face and I'm in pain with no answers. I don't know why I went here over just going to the hospital. Because the nurse practitioner didn't even look at me really. It was a complete waste of time. The 2 stars that I put were because the front desk lady was great.

This was the first time I came to this location, and, should the need arise, I would not hesitate to go back. From the time I walked in the door, I was treated both professionally and warmly by all: the receptionist, the tech (blood pressure, etc.), and the doctor. Thank you to all!

I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes. The receptionist came out to greet another person when the door opened, talked to them but then walked away and never checked me in or asked what I needed.

Prescribed my son an insanely too high dosage of antibiotics that, according to his primary doctor, if he would have taken it as prescribed would have landed him in the hospital or worse. Be careful coming here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The male doctor was in such a hurry to get me to leave he examed me in less then 2 minutes. Didn't even listen to me about my symptoms just focused on one and said I probably had this and gave me a prescription for that. Didn't for sure know what was wrong with me just picked somthing and went with it. Honestly go anywhere else.

😠 We went in with 2 children on the weekend. Suspected strep throat & ear infections. Ronald Randolph saw us. Didn't look in their ears or throat & didn't take a strep test. Prescribed antibiotics & didn't notate that it needed to be dye free for an allergy (like we requested) so we couldn't even use...

😠 I do NOT recommend this place if you are sick. I went to them because my normal urgent care was closed. I was having a sore throat for about 3 days before I went. My tonsils were swollen, I had white dots and lines on them, and a swollen spot that was purple. My lymph nodes in my neck were also swol...
