The facility itself is clean , comfortable and well kept. The supporting staff are friendly, helpful and have met all of my needs. From an actual PT perspective: I learned about Daryl from a former client / patient of his that gave him high marks - I must say that I wholeheartedly agree. Daryl is technically competent, he genuinely cares about the clients / patients. He has been providing PT services for quite some time, and as a result the wisdom he has developed over the years translates into knowing just how far to push the people he is working on based on their current condition. Not only do I feel right at home in this facility, the staff and other clients seem to ALSO feel a connection to the atmosphere that is created in this facility. In my opinion it is Daryl who creates this atmosphere for staff and patients alike - and everyone seems to follow his leadership. ALL of the above being said, should I ever need PT again, I would not hesitate for a moment to return to Pivot PT...!!!

I have attended Pivot for the past two weeks while recuperating from rotator cuff surgery. Kristin, my therapist was very competent and extremely professional. In fact the whole staff was the best I have ever experienced in all my 78 years! I would not hesitate one bit to recommend Pivot. Additionally, Margaret ,the receptionist does all she can to facilitate all the paperwork involved. She too is very professional and make each client feel comfortable!

I didn’t think I’d be able to do PT because I have a toddler and don’t have a sitter available to me 2x a week, but they’ve been so helpful in keeping him occupied while allowing me to participate in the therapy I need! 10/10 would recommend. Also— dry needling for my shoulder/neck muscles that have caused daily headaches is feeling a lot like a godsend. The expected soreness from the needling is so much easier to tolerate than the nagging pain I have been experiencing for months on end. Special thanks to Ian, Martina and all of the staff who have entertained my toddler along the way!

Pivot is a great place to get back to baseline and beyond following surgery or an injury. The staff is friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable. I give it 5 stars for sure.

I have had Physical Therapy at major teaching hospitals for various injuries and surgeries over the last 30 years to compare my present experience with Pivot PT in Ocean View, DE. The care has been superb. Dr. Ian Griffith is not only highly skilled but also knows what questions to ask his patient in regards to their rehabilitation and what treatments to provide for a successful outcome, He is very encouraging, supportive and personable. The whole staff works as a team. They work well together and the result is relaxed well cared for clients. I highly recommend!

This was my third round of PT at 3 different clinics following knee replacement surgery 5 years ago. It was the only effective PT I received. Thanks to Ian for his diligence and for finding what works. The entire staff is to be complimented ! They are terrific

This was my second rehab with Pivot in Ocean View. Once again it did not disappoint. The care is exceptional and the staff makes it feel like there is a real sense of community with joking and bantering. It is great being pain free. Thank you!
