WORST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE. We arrived and the hostess said 10 to 15 minutes waiting. We agreed and we sit in front of her desk. There was another couple waiting to be seated. Four or five groups that came after us were seated before us. I asked her and she said the tables were occupied. After 35 minutes we asked again, and she said she called us, she didn't, and 3 people stole our table. We left. No apologies, the table was not ready, they couldn't find the name... I understand the waiting. But she was disrespectful with all the clients, rolling her eyes. And she LIED, yes LIED, in our face. I don't care if they have the best food in the world, if the person that greets the customers is disrespectful and a LIAR it is the worst place to have a good experience having dinner.

1st time at this location, I generally like Olive Gardens. This lunch experience has a 2 part review. The food we ordered was classic lasagna & fettuccine & salad, everything was delicious, bread sticks warm as expected. 2nd part of review is not so good. Started with hostess seating us at a table which was not entirely clean, she wiped off crumbs with her hand, saying ok now-ugh... ordered lunch specials, next was the mysterious 4 packages of unknown types of sweetener. My wife ordered ice tea($4.09-ouch), she gets bad headaches from nutrasweet, so choosing from the 4 different colored sweetener packets, all unlabeled was a mysterious guess, none labeled (see pic). Asked server what they were, she didn't know, manager came over & she didn't know, just management changes she quipped. When paying with cash, absolutely despise the electronic table top devices, the server brings back $72 of change with one $20 bill & rest $5 bills, can you believe it??!! topping it off, she counted it out and was short $5, to which she apologized. Server was friendly enough. Overall, food is good as expected, dining experience well below expectations. Management has a lot of improvements to work on. Skip this location, find another one.

My wife, daughter and I dined here on a Sunday evening. We arrived about 5:40 and had a 25 minute wait for a table. We decided to go to the bar and have a pre-meal beverage and an appetizer while we waited. Our bartender/waitress/hostess, Cassie, was outstanding! Turned out after we were seated, she continued to be our waitress, which was good because Cassie is awesome! My daughter and wife each had the never-ending soup and salad. I had The Tour of Italy. I was so hungry, I forgot to take a picture of my meal, and when I finally remembered, my plate was a train wreck. The food was excellent in every regard, breadsticks perfectly prepared. I also had the Chicken Gnocchi soup, which will now forever be my favorite.

Always have a good experience here. The food was great and so was the service. I had angel hair pasta and shrimp in Alfredo sauce. Salad and bread sticks were also good too. Everyone I was with also commented that they liked their dinner.

Passing through we stopped here during lunch around noon-ish. The place had a good steady flow of customers. We were seated promptly and greeted by our friendly and energetic waitress. The salad and breadsticks were delicious and very fresh. Our order came within record time. Drinks never went dry. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Very calm environment and all the customers had smiles on their faces. The goodbye, have a great day, was just as warm as the greeting. I dont have any advice on how to improve anything that is not flawed. Well done. I rarely give 5 ☆'s, so thank you for the amazing dining experience!

No matter how many times I go there, the quality is always same. The warm bread they serve here is so soft and yummy. Every dish comes with a complimentary soup and for me i am full with that only. My favorite soup is chicken gnocchi. Must try..

Olive garden is a great place to go for a date or as an outing for your family and/or friends. There are food options available for all. The prices are reasonable, even if slightly on the pricier end. But there is never ending soup/salad/bread-sticks so if you wanted to fill up on that and take your meal home, well then you have food for 2 different meals. The staff are kind and attentive, masks are required, and hand sanitizer is available in many locations. Would recommend to friends/family

It was a birthday gift for me and everything was great. Our waitress was great, and my brownie pie dessert was fabulous. The menu photos were great. This made ordering easy and tempting.

I really enjoyed eating at this olive garden. The restaurant was clean and the wait staff was friendly. Our food came and was delicious. Our waiter was good and I loved his upbeat nature. This is a must if you are into Olive garden and if it's your first time order the soup, salad and bread sticks ( chicken and gnocchi is the bomb). Also had a blue Hawaiian drink and it was so good.

We stopped here for dinner one night, while passing through Moline, and were pleasantly surprised. Food was better than we remembered at an Olive Garden, and the servers seemed to be well-trained and well-coordinated. Overhead lighting and music were also pretty perfect. Minus one star for seating us (2 people) at a bad table close to the door when there looked to be many tables to choose from (it wasn't busy) - being a cold drafty night, the in/out breeze made the dining experience slightly less pleasant.

I recently visited Olive Garden with a very special lady and we enjoyed a variety of appetizers and desserts. The food was nearly as delightful as the company I was with. The restaurant was immaculate, featuring pleasant ambient lighting that set a cozy mood. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally courteous, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

So went to the Moline, IL last night on a Sunday around 7pm. There was 2 of us in my party and our server was Zander. She was horrible! Ordered drinks that took 15 minutes to get. Asked for lemon with my water, which she forgot and said she would be right back with it. Never got it. I asked for a Dr. pepper before our meal came. Another server brought our food out and said our server would refill our bread sticks. Well we finished eating and never saw our server! She finally came over after we were done with my Dr. Pepper at which I didn't want and NEVER got our bread sticks either! Zander said sorry she was busy doing other things. Her job is to serve her customers. Working in the restaurant business myself I'm extremely disappointed. I saw a manager that walked right by our table which I had stacked salad plates, salad bowl, 2 dirty cups, and the empty bread basket. He never stopped at our table. My experience here was not worth the $73 I spent!!!!

Went with two of my sisters for an few hours out together. We had the never ending soup and salad. We all agreed it was delicious! The waitress gave us suggestions and kept the food and drinks filled. Will definitely go here again.

Any meal at Olive Garden is a good meal. Went with my 86-year-old dad and mom. The bill was just over $100, and my dad left a $5 tip... the waitress graciously pocketed the $5 and took our empty dessert plates. I said "Dad how much of a tip did you leave?" He said "$5", and I schooled him for the zillionth time in 45 years. He balked, but I got him to leave another $20 as he grumbled saying that was $25.00! ...sigh...parents. I called the waitress back and when she reached the table my dad said "my daughter told me I'm a cheapskate." and the waitress smiled kindly and said Well, ...I wasn't going to say anything, but $5 doesn't go as far as it used to." ...and we all chuckled. Thank you, for being so kind and gracious. I only wish I could save all the other poor servers who have given my folks good service over the years, only to be rewarded with a tiny tip.

Food is normal Olive Garden but the wait staff here needs some training. Ever since this location opened they have had service issues. Some professional servers would be much appreciated but I understand with manpower issues lately.

We stopped for soup, salad, and bread sticks for a quick lunch. Food was consistent and what we expected. Our 1 year old daughter's meal came out much later than our food which was less than desirable. Overall the experience was just fine.

Well for starters we went around 1130 am. They had us wait for a hour when they had over half their tables empty. Then once we got seated my first drink which was signature margarita didn't get to the table until after the entrees where served.

One of the newer designed buildings that OG has to offer. Our server for lunch was very pleasant and efficient. While we dined on soups and salads our server checked back on us frequently to see if we needed anything. The bathroom was very clean, and all of the staff were pleasant. I would dine here again if I were in the area. An overall good representation of the franchise!

My most recent visit started out rough. We were seated right away and then just sat there at the table, waiting. After about 10 minutes a waitress in the area (Jessica) approached us and asked if we had been helped yet, to which I promptly responded no. She apologized and took our order. The manager (Kristen) came to our table and explained there was some miscommunication between the seating staff and the waitress that caused the delay in service. She then offered to comp an appetizer and we could select it from the handheld device at the table. I told her we had already ordered an appetizer and she let us go ahead and order another and she would comp them both. Our food was also entered as priority so it came out extremely fast. I can appreciate the effort that was made to make sure our experience wasn't a complete disaster, so kudos to manager Kristen for making things right and to Jessica for the outstanding service that followed. As for the food, the spinach artichoke dip was the best it has ever been, creamy and full of flavor! The fried mozzarella is always a great choice for cheese lovers and my personal favorite. I went with the chicken and shrimp carbonara this time and it was excellent. I ordered extra sauce as well, that comes out in a separate dish for whatever reason, but it's perfect to dip the bread sticks in! It was a very heavy cream sauce and the portion was massive so I wasn't quite able to eat the entire dish. My son got the spaghetti and chicken strips with fries from the kids menu and he gave his 2 thumbs up for approval with a mouthful of spaghetti. The value of the kids menu is actually REALLY good, I was surprised by large the portions were here as well. I will be back again, the food was great and the service was too after the initial flop. I recommend this restaurant.

The food was great. My wife had the steak dinner. She likes it well done. She doesn't like to see the meat pink on the inside. It was just the way she likes it. And still tender. She was happy. We will definitely be going back there.

I always forget about this location and go to the one in Davenport. This time I decided to give this location a shot. At first when the hostess with the glasses tried to sit us, the table was still dirty. She had a bit of an attitude when we asked her to move. She wiped the table off and it still wasn't clean. When our sever, Laurel (I believe that was her name) came to introduce her and get our drinks we let her know that we weren't happy with the cleanliness of this table, without any hesitation she asked us if we would like to move. She was very nice and would go back just for her service. The food was great, expensive but great. Seems like the prices have gone up. This is a bit random but the bathroom was very clean and tended to.
