Don't be intimidated by those extremely long drive through lines cause they move quickly. They run a well oiled machine. The food comes out the right temperature, nice and hot🔥However if you have high blood pressure, you may want to treat yourself like once every SIX MONTHS cause it was sal-TY and tasty!!!!! I ate over an hour ago and I still have a headache in the back of my head. I know why people love chick-fil-a🐓

Love this place! The people there are excellent. Long line everytime, but they get everyone through so quickly and the food is hot, hot, hot and delicious. These other fast food places should take lessons from them!!!!!!!!!

Love going here but it's always so busy. I'm glad they are opening up another location in the Vineland area to give the workers a bit of a break. Good food and decent prices. Absolutely love the waffle fries.

Went here at 8pm after a 5 hour doctors appointment, and I wasn't expecting it to make me feel better, but it really did. I got the cob salad, which I was able to specify that I didn't want bacon in it, and they followed my order perfectly. it was extremely busy and full in the building, but our order still came relatively quick and exactly how we wanted it. People here were very nice, and the bathroom seemed pretty clean.

I’m assuming this place uses old expired ingredients for their milkshakes because this is now the third time I have had a lot of stomach issues after having one. I know it is from the milkshake because it was all I had for lunch and skipped breakfast. Aside from that customer service is A+++ but I would stay away from their shakes

This is the worst location so far. Always something wrong. Always “forgetting” some sauces we asked for, or the cheese sauce. Drinks were warm. Charged me three times and instead of just refunding me on the spot while I was there, made me wait a couple days (even though I knew the money wasn’t automatically coming back) before driving all the way back to talk to manager about refund. Never again in Vineland

It's our first time going to this franchise. Food was great! Great atmosphere and service. Only thing that prohibited me from a 5 star review was the drink size. We ordered 2 meals and chose apple juice and chocolate milk as drinks for kids. The drink sizes were really small, barely enough for a little kid let alone adult. It could be better.

Employees are always polite fast service always get my order correct. The food always tastes great. Love being able to use the mobile app to order. Thank you for offering curbside pickup works out nice when I'm on a conference call and can stay in my vehicle. I look forward to the day y'all can offer your iced coffee. I hope Starbucks will release their ban someday and let y'all offer iced coffee.

Chick-fil-A Catering never disappoints. Always fast and fresh!

I don't go to Chick-fil-A a lot at all this was just my third time ever. But I was happy to see a diverse staff and a nice orderly manner of serving and getting customers served in a fast time. Having been in the fast food industry as an assistant manager. I applaud there service.

The service is so slow. First Chick-fil-A we ever went to that barely had any cars. Yet my order, placed 35 minutes prior, was still not ready when I walked in the door. I had to say something for them to grab my food, then it was like a sloth was handing it over... Slow motion hand-off! Food was fine. It was just the lack of service and Hussle!!

People were friendly and efficient , I got the original fried chicken sandwich. Kentucky fried chicken sandwich is much better❣️❣️. The chicken is bigger and crispy and the roll holds up to the chicken better without being overpowering ❣️❣️Also I once got grilled chicken nuggets at Chick-fil-A and there was nothing there❣️❣️. I really don't see what the attraction is at Chick-fil-A ❣️

I am use to someone walking around to see if we needed anything, such as refills...etc,and no one did this, it actually makes a huge difference in our experience experience at Chick-fil-A.

Well my order was completely wrong. They corrected for another visit. It was very busy so you can't blame them. Long wait times. Kids love it!

Hands down this is the best chick fil a I’ve ever been too! From the service, to the food, and the restaurant all together, 10/10!!! Every. Single. Time!! This is the closest CFA to where I live, and I literally drive more than a half hour to get it from them! Compared to the other CFA’s I’ve been too, their food here is 20x better and so enjoyable! They have extremely polite staff and they are always so quick to deliver to curbside even during a busy lunch rush! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this specific CFA location and highly recommend everyone to go here! THANK YOU CHICK FIL A!!!!

I love the feeling that I get when eating food that's hot and freshly made. I could tell the food did not sit on a food warmer because the fries were masterfully crispy with no soggy ones. What a great experience eating my first spicy deluxe sandwich. Keep it up!

Placed an online order while driving nearby so I opted to swing in the drive thru via the app to pick it up. Upon arriving, the drive thru line was quite long and the rest of the lot looked empty so I modified pickup through the app and went in the restaurant for pickup. The order was 100% accurate and was done in a timely manner. Curbside pickup wasn’t an option for some reason, though the spots were there. Still nothing to complain about as order accuracy was most important!

I feel like I have to check my bag more cuz I customize my salads so much that common items are usually overlooked but it’s never a problem just asking for it in the drive thru. Customer service is always A1. I’m glad they’re opening more locations.

Went through the drive through, paid for my food & on my way out realized they charged me for one cookie instead of bag, went back, the manager (Melissa Johnson,) took my Receipt the cookie back and rang me up for a bag of cookies, I waited 10 minutes while my food stood in the car getting cold went to eat my no salt fries they looked like they been put them back into the fryer they were so over fried to even and Taste the potato. Thanks for the cold food & the long wait..

It's still really messed up How they got rid of the Large milkshake, but now charge you about the same price, for what only comes in a small. You're better off going to WaWa for a Full Milkshake instead of paying the Large price for a few sips. And, lately, the Cobb Salads have been really skimpy, like what is going on here?, So I will not be ordering that any more.

Got the grilled chicken club sandwich...OMG...was so good. The chicken nuggets not a fan, too small and over price. The staff was so nice. The manager ask me if I need help because I was standing waiting for my order he didn't knew I was already been helped. Wish I had pictures Bit I remember to review after I ate it..LOL..

Always busy in this place; they need to make a better format as to their entrance to order food. Blocking or trying to avoid hitting another car is should not be part of having to order a meal

Busy lunch time of the day (on a Friday of a holiday weekend) usually means long drive-thru lines and extended wait times. Nope, Chick-fil-A is without a doubt, a well oiled machine!!! Pleasant service at 12:50pm today. They had 5 iPad employees taking orders in drive-thru and three employees delivering to vehicles. We were in and out, and received service with a smile, as always, with their second to none coined "MY PLEASURE". You are BY FAR the highest rated A+ (5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟) for many reason beyond my detailed review. Food was hot and delicious and the order was 100% correct! Always pays attention to details like, asking how many lemons in my iced tea and how many dipping sauces for my nugs. I've been in customer service for a better part of 40 years, I notice when things are done right...right from the start. Give all your workers a high-five for their much appreciated efforts. Have a wonderful holiday weekend and enjoy your Sunday off. Love that the owner of this fast food company "gets it"!!

This Chick-fil-A is always packed but the associates do an excellent job making sure the service is fast and efficient. The inside dinning area is nice and clean.

Even on a busy Saturday, there was no wait inside. Across the road, Arby's has drive thru only, but this place had dine-in and carry out. Food just as ordered. Very happy with efficiency, friendly staff.

I'm giving two stars because of the service but the GrubHub delivery is a scam!. 3 days ago I used GrubHub to have my order of four regular chicken sandwiches delivered. They got here a little quick the chicken was Stone Cold. The role was stale.... And I only got two of the sandwiches that I ordered although I paid for four. When I called the location and Vineland they said it wasn't their fault that's on the driver. So basically I got robbed of $25. I'll never order from this place again.

After eating at this chick fil a my entire life this place has such good food this is the only fast food place I will eat any where it’s so good. The chicken is never under cooked and the fries are always crispy

It was really packed inside and much smaller than the 2 other locations near My house. It seemed a bit more chaotic. We opted to park and order inside because the drive thru line was ridiculously long. Despite that we had our food fairly quickly and it was delicious as always.

I ordered 2 meals with drinks. When the server repeated the order back to me she had both drinks wrong. She fixed it in the computer. I had asked for no ice. She proceeded to fill the cups with ice. I spoke up and said I asked for no ice please.

I'm so tired of giving this place a chance. Worst one in franchise history. They always and I mean ALWAYS forget items. Tonight I tried them again at the pleading of my teenage son only to get the wrong sandwich put in the bag (which I didn't realize until I was home) and they forgot my little one's fruit cup. When I pulled forward and spun around to tell the young man who just handed me the bag that the bag he was handed to give to me was missing the fruit cup he informed me I had to get out of my car and go inside. Excuse me but if I wanted to go inside I would not have been in the drive through...but I digress. I was immediately baffled as I looked at the parking spots in front of me with a car waiting for food to be walked out. Clearly they had enough staff. So here I am 10 feet out of the car line, I could easily park in the waiting lines which again has only 1 car waiting for food, but no I had to go inside. When I immediately told him I couldn't because my toddler was asleep in the car he said sorry ma'am there's nothing I can do with a snide little smirk and turned his back on me. PLEASURE TO SERVE MY BOTTOM! I'm done with this place. Absofriknlutely done!

Waited over 15 to get helped and even when I did I got a bad attitude an even badder experience. Food was also cold and mouthwash dispenser was out of order. Chic filet Millville needs to step their game up!

Honestly I eat anything, but this is the first time ever I have ever said I wouldn't eat a chicken sandwich. I got a #5 grilled chicken being one of my first times trying a sandwich from here. Firstly, it didn't taste anything like chicken. I tried at least three bites and no change. It was terrible. It smelled bad too. Not sure if it was the bread or the meat, but it smelled really bad. I'm sorry, this was a really bad meal for me.

I love eating there! the employees are very attentive and fast they don't make you wait as long as in other places

Food is ok if only they’d listen to sandwich alterations! And the fact they have employees walking up to vehicles in the dark freezing night is absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous.
