Dark, dingy, and with a permanent odor, we entered room 136. And it went downhill from there. The price had jumped $30 from what was advertised online- including taxes and fees. The door key worked sometimes. We were plagued by flies for most of the night. The room was filthy and then at 5:30am- the ceiling crashed into the bathroom! We went to the front desk and no one was there. Proceeded to call every phone number associated with the place to no avail. Including the 1-800 number. This was the worst room we have ever rented.

If you are dead tired and can't keep your eyes open then go ahead, sleep here. Otherwise, this place is old, rooms are seriously outdated, surrounding neighborhood is very very bad. The pool is not bad. Flies everywhere.... Like everywhere. Idk. Like I said, don't fall asleep at the wheel, but if you can make it another mile or something, keep driving.... 😔

After checking in, my room was not clean and the odor of weed was strong. Found dirty cup on table, trash can was used and bathroom was uncleaned as well. I travel a lot for business and Choice Hotels are normally my go too but this place was a dump. The night clerk was the only pleasant thing about this location.

I travel once a week for work and picked this place to stay. Not the cleanest, kind of noisy with the ones who call this place home. But a week ago I received my invoice and was charged an additional $10 for a sheet. I called and was told house keeping found a stain. I asked for a manager to call me (never received a call back) in all the weeks I stayed there I have never had a problem. I literally check in, eat dinner, shower and go right to bed. So I was concerned about this “stain” they said I left. Well with no call back from a manager which leaves me to believe they don’t care about customers who stay frequently with them. I have decided I will NOT be staying there anymore. Poor customer service has cost them a loyal customer. Last stay I found a stain on the blanket as soon as I checked in took a picture and contacted the front desk. So did the customer prior to me pay for that stain? If so why was the blanket reused?

It's not the fanciest hotel. But it was comfy. Continental breakfast was decent. I felt it was a little over priced for the quality of the rooms but not to the point it was unreasonable.

Price on line is not the price you pay. Nothing on line about a deposit. The rooms were just remodeled. Overall this is a good Motel to stay at.

Stayed 2 nights 11/3 & 11/4, Had no hot water. Night clerk was nice said they would have it checked. Came back 2nd night after a long motorcycle ride (Hammer Run), no hot water, she said water heater just replaced so give it some time. Never had hot water that night, only had hot water the morning I left. Asked for an adjustment on my rate, waited 2 weeks and just called, said manager approved a 10% reduction or $17.95. Never going back. Did not offer me another room. Had stayed there every year for this event, never going back.

Stayed for one night the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and wasn’t given my deposit back because housekeeping said it smelled like smoke. Never smoked in the room. IN FACT cameras show me smoking outside. And when I called to figure out why I hadn’t gotten my deposit she told me about smoking and I stated I was arguing that statement, she said the GM could call me but he would agree, I said yes please have him call and she hung up on me. Definitely reporting to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). And it wasn’t my first time staying there. Won’t ever again unless I’m given my deposit back. Not to mention there’s one door on the closet in the room instead of 2 and the shower head was loose in the wall. And there were tiles missing which made showering uncomfortable. Don’t waste your time or money. Pay the extra to stay at the other hotels in town

I stay here every time I go to the NJMP race track, which is usually twice per year. I love this hotel! This isn't a 5 star hotel. The rooms are basic and dated, exactly as I would expect at this price point. They have always been clean though. I don't hang out here - I'm here to shower, sleep, eat breakfast, and leave. It's perfect for that. The breakfast is better than I expected at this price point. Also, the front desk staff have been super friendly every single time I've been here. I will continue staying here, assuming nothing changes for the worse over time.

My fiance said he paid for one room and we got double beds. But the room was ok. We were on the ground floor.the bathrooms have windows which is scary. The water is actually hot and I like that. No bed bugs so that's always a plus.

The beds were comfortable. The hot breakfast bar was great and well managed. The grounds were constantly maintained.

Once again Wyndham members who are on the reward program if you go in to a Wyndham and their own by someone from India or if they look like they're from India at the front desk I guarantee you the place is going to be a dump. What I experience with these owners that are from India they do nothing for the comfort convenience and quality for their customers. It's a disgrace that Wyndham has sold out to these individuals that run these hotels into the ground. Do not stay here or any Wyndham hotels that are owned by these individuals these hotels that are owned by these individuals are deplorable. I am not a racist these are my experiences at Wyndham hotels that are owned by people from India. The only thing they want is your money and that is all. They should be ashamed of themselves and this type of behavior should not be tolerated by Wyndham the corporation. Do not stay at this hotel or any that have people from India that work there. It's worth spending 40 more dollars or 50 more bucks to stay at a Marriott. Marriott's don't do this and don't have owners from India.

Absolute garbage hotel and staff. Front desk cancelled 10 day reservation because she demanded politeness when she was anything but. Kept going, then had to find a BETTER, CLEANER, and CHEAPER hotel up the street. Words cannot contain what a toxic staff with meddling management and an ATTITUDE on Christmas. Never staying, do not stay, horrible way to round off Christmas.

It was a very nice stay...My best friend came up from NC & she rented a room for a few days & I stayed with her for a night there bc there wasnt enough room at my house. It was quiet & clean, actually it was nicer than Ramada Inn. I would suggest Quality Inn to anyone that is looking for a safe, clean, Motel visit.

The stay was very comfortable. The lady at the reception was very helpful and courteous. She provided us a room on the ground floor when we stated our preference, helped us promptly when there was an issue with the thermostat in the room. Their hospitality was great. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of great options.
