Pros: Food was pretty good. Had the Santa Fe Chicken salad. Was on the spicy side , which I do like. Service was quick. The waitress was kind . My son's ice cream was melted when brought out, and without asking she got him another one. Her name I believe was Mackenzie. Table was relatively clean. And they give my son a crown to draw with. Cons: there was a big tear on the seat so not very nice to sit on. The bathroom was pretty bad it's stunk like pee, I mean very strong smell, when I took my son to go to the bathroom. I know it's a bathroom but this was really bad as if they haven't cleaned it in a while. All and all I would still recommend going here just be aware that the bathroom may be pretty nasty.

We visit this chain frequently and are never overly impressed or dissatisfied but this last time I had to actually send in a review because it was not good at all. The restaurant looked like a bomb had gone off and it had not been cleaned in a week. Our table was dirty when we sat down and it took longer than necessary for our server to greet us so we put our appetizer in with our drinks and our food. We only ordered chips and salsa which usually comes out immediately but it didn't come out until our meals were ready. The point of an appetizer is to snack while you wait for your meal. I ordered a simple Santa fe salad with chicken and the lettuce was wilted and my avocado was completely rotten. Our drinks stayed empty for over half of our meal. It was very disappointing

Just stopped there to order some lunch to go. As soon you walk the bartender greet us and took our order. The staff is really nice. I order the Triple Dipper, came with 2 sliders, 2 fried mozzarella and honey chipotle chicken crisper. They only gave me 1 marinara sauce, not 3 different sauces, so I don't get where Triple Dipper comes from. Let me tell you, it was enough for 2 people since we watching our weight. We were really full. Everything tastes DELICIOUS. The last time I went to Chili's was in Massachusetts and didn't liked what I ordered that much. The bar & some chairs were a little dirty but again, they just opened like 10 min. before I walked in. Maybe the night crew forgot to clean for the morning people. Overall the food was GREAT and great staff. Will definitely go again.

I order online for lunch specials a couple of times a month, food is delicious, well cooked, and plentiful. We went last night for burgers, and very good again. I prefer Chili's over Applebee's......I like the drink specials here better. The 3 for me special currently running is a good value.

Nice staff and were quick to responses but I got food poisoning from this place. I don’t know if it was the burger or the new fried mozzarella. I have never had so much pain before. It ruined my whole night after and still dealing with it the day after. Not sure what I ate was bad, I only had the burger and fries mozzarella.

Ok. So the food is alright, and the waitress is super nice. But I'm highly suspect of the sanitary conditions of this place. Since we've been here, they had to clean the table we were sat at, the woman delivering my chili put her finger right on my spoon, and it was still dirty, the ketchup bottle wasn't cleaned and we had to clean it with a wet napkin, there's food in the corner booth seats we have, and the floor under us is not good either. I dread what this bathroom looks like. I'm glad we're almost done eating. We won't be coming back for a while, if at all. I wish I took pics of the other things.

A nice sports atmosphere with wide screen televisions everywhere tuned to sports channels. The televisions around us were on basketball and baseball. Our waiter was amazing. She was attuned to what we wanted. The food was on time, warm and a gastranomical delight. A nice relaxing atmosphere with Food-Folks-Fun!

I went here for an interview that was scheduled on their company website. Well this has been a waste of time. I didn't get an interview, instead I got to hear how corporate makes these appointments and positions open. It's funny because I used an outside of chili's company website for the job posting. Everything about the process has completely turned me off from this company completely. My family including myself will NEVER visit another chili's again for either flat out lies or playing games with people. Who really posts a job four days ago and then speaking to someone saying that management does that job, a non management position? There must be some serious underlying problems, I suggest more people avoid this chili's. Who knows how far they have gone or will go to

I ordered to go. The process was quick and easy. Food was good, made the way I ordered it. Customer service was great for me.

Nice food. Server spilled my beer as she reached in front of me and didn't even give me napkins to clean it up. She apologized and appeared to have rushed off to take care of several seating areas with people waiting to be served. Service wasn't too bad. Area clean. Food was good.

Terry is our favorite waiter, but truth be told all of the waiters who have served us are WONDERFUL 👍. We both choose this Chili 🌶️ before any other place to eat it. Thank you Terry and the wait staff for making my dining excited.

I got the seafood pasta and they poured the sauce over it and by the time I got home, all the sauce was thickened on top and there wasn't any crab meat in it either.

I usually get the chicken taco appetizer and french onion soup. Both are delicious. However, During our most recent lunch, they were out of the wonton wrappers to make the tacos. So I ordered the chicken fiesta lime lunch special with broccoli instead of rice it was amazing!

Curbside pickup….We ordered 2 separate orders of Queso dip and got no..nada.. tortilla chips. Called the restaurant, and asked if I was supposed to get tortilla chips with my order…oh yeah, you were. People…check the damn bag before you give the customer their order. I shouldn’t have to drive 10-15 minutes to go back and get my tortilla chips!!! Now I have 2 orders of queso with no chips. Not acceptable! 🤬🤬

Im my opinion the food was very disappointing .. the fajitas were very all over the place . The flavors just didn’t match .. the bbq plate was nothing like the picture .. honestly I just feel places like this use the cheapest quality foods possible and you can taste it . The service was great though . Our waitress was pleasant . My sprite was good !! Chillis reminds me of Applebees , cheap quality !!! This was the Vineland NJ location .

Currently fighting demons in my friends bathroom after eating the honey chipotle tenders. Now don’t get me wrong the food was immaculate however the natural laxative feeling is unlike any other, haven’t lost weight this fast since 2011. The fire kick really comes alive on the way out. Overall food was prepared well but my rectum was not prepared for the railing of the century.

*Update* Went in for a graduation dinner with 9 adults and 2 kids. Again, everything was wonderful. Food was great. Service was great! Highly recommend!!!! Went for dinner with 3 adults and 2 kids. Everything was great! Felt like pre-covid! Waiter was excellent and food was good too!

Terry, our waiter was amazing!!! He was very attentive, caring & had awesome customer service skills. It is very rare to have great service from a waiter & he definitely didn't disappoint. Good job Chilis when you hired him 😊

The food was great. It seems like they are understaffed so the cleanliness and staff was not up to par. I don't blame the staff for this. The management needs to hire more people...

Always a great place to eat. Prices are fair. Friendly staff. I liked that I could pay on the Kiosk right at my table. Super convenient, would have given 5 Stars but bring a sweater very 🥶 cold inside, esp for little kids.

I come every now and then for lunch and it’s always been great. Good soup 👌 The host and servers were awesome, good service. I wish them all good vibes 💕

The store was clean when we walked in. We were seated right away and our order was taken shortly after. We were seated in a booth by the bar, which isn't really my favorite but it was an odd time, so I obliged. Our server was not really our server. It seemed the restaurant serving staff was extremely short handed, because our server took the orders of everyone in the bar and was running the bar. There was quite a bit of staff from the back who would come up periodically to check on him and see if he needed anything. I can only hope he split our tip with the nice young lady in the back who brought us our food & refills! It's sad to see a once thriving restaurant short staffed, but also heartwarming to see how well this TEAM worked together to get it all done and with a smile on their faces!
