    Order to go. Picked it up and it was ready when we got there. When we got to the house we seen that the blue cheese and the celery was missing. The food was good. It’s my first time eating food from there next time I will try eating in.

    This was my first time eating here, and i wasn't impressed. The place had been open for about an hour and was still empty so service should have been on point. It wasn't! The bar tender was polite, but she didn't seem interested in being there. She was more interested in other areas of the restaurant even though there were only 3 of us in the place and we were sitting at the bar. Not a group just 3 individuals. I know the lunch shift on a Monday is always slow at most restaurants, I just thought she would have tried to talk to her patrons to build up her tips but she wasn't interested. The wings were a 5 out of 10 at best. I ordered the Jerked wings and fries with quaso. The flavor of the wings were on point but the were murdered by the fryer or heat lamp. Same with the fries, they were almost impossible to eat. Both items were way over cooked, extra crispy would be kind to say. The wings were like rocks and the fries were literally impossible to eat even letting them soak in the quaso for 10 minutes didn't help. This was my first time eating at a BWW and I was looking forward to the food after seeing the commercials. I don't think I'll go back to this one again...

    Patrons beware: very disappointed with the rising cost of living; unfortunately, a multimillion-dollar franchise as such charges customers an extra $1.00 when the customer places an order for traditional wings requesting flats over drumsticks... Also, they charge a .99 fee for take-out orders. I was not notified of the extra costs when placing the order.

    The chicken here was delicious! Very tasty and cooked just right. The piece of chicken I received was so big, it didn’t fit on the bun. The boneless wings were also very good and the sauce was also. Service was attentive but a bit slow. The fries were shoestring and it would have been better if they were waffle or steak fries. Still, it was a delightful experience and I highly recommend.

    Finally a place where takeout looks as delicious as in house. It also has a tamper proof seal!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉 All the food was delicious and the onion rings, still crispy 🤤 yessss. Thank you guys will be ordering again.🥰

    Food was good, service was good. However there were hardly any patrons but we still had a 45 minute wait. Also took a long time to get the food once ordered. And this was late at night we got our food about 10:30 p.m..

    To be honest the wait staff and host were great... The food was what you would expect from B-dubs. But what's up with the quality/portion sizes. My chicken breast on my sandwich was just shy off an oversize chicken nugget. It didn't cover 1/2 the roll. Sent it back and the second one wasn't much better. Pretty sure chic-a-fil chicken breasts are bigger. I really would care if it was a $6 sandwich....but this was supposed to be a $11.79 "club".... Also I understand things have changed with covid and all but seating capacity is a fraction of what it was and we were there for nearly 2 and 1/2 hours.

    Very short on staff and a very large price increase. After a 50 minute wait to be seated and had to wait another hour to receive our food .I ordered 20 wings and was asked if I wanted dipping dressings and as l ways I took blue cheese. When I got the bill I had a charge of $1.50 x 4 for the blue cheese dips that were half the size and were always included with the wings. Good thing I didn't ask for celery. The wings were over cooked. Our Last visit here until they figure out a way to hire more help and stop over charging their customer's.

    We walked in with a $50 gift card and walked out with one 🤣 left within 30seconds of being seated. The smell was pretty musty inside and by the lack of cleaning and dirty tables we knew they were short staffed.

    Just alright if you're sitting down to watch a game but very disappointed with my last pick up order. Paid $42 for 15 wings and one sampler appetizer. My sampler was missing the chicken tenders and the sauces where leaking through the bag. I paid extra for blue cheese and did not recieve it. Ended up going to shoprite for blue cheese. Over priced soggy bar food. Won't be picking up again and someone will have to drag me to sit inside.

    Let me tell you. Friday night, doesn’t the manager think it’s gonna be busy right? Because obviously not. 45 min wait and main serving area has 20 open tables. Literally. Do they not have enough servers? I guess not. The pick up section was piled so high with people waiting for their food, watch multiple people cancel their orders literally on the spot. And being able to reserve a table at all is just unacceptable, they only take walk ins. Like who thought of that. So you got people piled up at the front bc there’s 45-1hr wait time? No place to sit. How unorganized is this place, and whoever the manager is that handles scheduling needs to get coached on how to do the schedule properly, because you SUCK.

    I've been to a few Buffalo Wild Wings and this is my favorite. Staff is friendly, service is excellent and it never gets overly busy. Convenient if you need to do some shopping or take the kids out for a quick bite.

    Good food good service. Just don't go inside via the pick up or delivery door. Enter the front door all the time. We mistakenly used the other door so it took a while before a server noticed us

    When I order wings I expect them to be tossed in sauce, not for someone to squirt a puddle of sauce in the corner of the container and call it a job done. Service takes forever the times I’ve been there, but this pic is from my recent Grubhub order.

    Worst service ever. Sat at bar on Sunday afternoon and took bartender over 15 min to take our order. Food was ok which is why I left two stars. They were short staffed but that’s a management problem. Tons of customers waiting and bartender/waiter had no sense or urgency at all. Sodas were all flat “CO issue” per server. Had to pull teeth to get check won’t be back and advise others to go elsewhere unless you’re very patient and not hungry or thirsty

    We travel often and waited 20 minutes at the door to only not get acknowledged at all by anyone. We were definitely looked at though. Most of the restaurant was empty and several tables left dirty. Left since they obviously didn't want our money.

    3rd time we have done online order and picked up. Previous, attempts have not been great but kids LOVE the wings. 3rd time was NOT the charm. This time wings were all the right seasoning so that was an improvement. Unfortunately, our 30 minute turned into 45 minutes. Not too bad so I let it go. However, the French fries were unedible. They were COLD! Like ice cold. They must have been cooked and boxed when our order first went through and waited the other 40 minutes in the fridge. They were that cold. We also ordered chips and salsa. We got chips they are delicious! But we received NO salsa. Like what's the point of chips without salsa. We paid $100 and all our sides are unedible. Luckily, the wings are delicious and the kids will eat just them. Just a fair warning. Check your bags, and double check for the salsa.

    Worst costumer service possible very rude no people skills sat for half and hour no one came to ask if we were been taking care of a other party arrived after us that new one of the servers they got there drinks and there order in before us I guess is who you know! we ended up leaving and when we got up that’s when they ask if we needed something really ! We said no we are leaving thank you all the individual said was sorry about that I think the management needs to show there employees, some people skills in customer service if not the manager should go back to take some training in this area because the staff are a reflection of the manager

    Normally is good but this time took 1hr to get our food then we asked for dry rub lemon pepper they brought wet we said we asked for dry the lady said well it says wet n I said no we said dry. Waited another hr brought them out with no ranch or celery we then asked for extra seasonings as it was supposed to be extra seasonings and waited forever to get that.i know it's buy one get one but honestly they were not busy enough to screw up this bad.They also only gave us 19 wings which wouldn't be a big deal if I didn't wait 2 damn hrs for my food that has no seasonings on it will not come back. Not to mention some of the wings are so tiny they shouldn't count as one wing. People came in after us were fed before us.

    Been noticing the boneless wings are getting dryer every time I go. I don't mean the sauce, I mean the overly breaded crumb of chicken so it looks three times the size is over cooked or has freezer burn. Might as well bring out cardboard with sauce on it.

    The staff is very kind especially the waitress. Had a mix up with a part of our order, but she got it taken care of right away! This is definitely a place to go place for good food, atmosphere and attentive staff.
