Ordered through Moe's app. Got 3 different notifications about different drivers. Never received food and employees have no clue who picked it up or how to handle the situation n no refund on a 35.00 order. Its now 8 pm w no dinner. But decided to give a 2nd chance & this is what i got below food falling apart, chicken was burnt n dry & they think they deserve 15.00 an hr. .

Hello! Welcome to Moes! Nicest moes I’ve ever been to. The restaurant was very clean and has great staff. Initial portions were small but at least a second serving of chips were given for free.

Used to go here all the time when I worked down the street. Was in the area and said let's go to Moe's. I had the app and wanted to use the rewards for the Moe Mondaya deal but there were 2 people. First the cashier asked what we got, which was weird because it should be written on the item. I told her the items and it was for here and 2 moe Monday deals but I have 1 app. So she said I can use 1. Which is fine we ended to meals. She then said something about added on a drink well I said the meal comes with a drink? She said yes. So ok rings me up and hands us our trays of like 5 chips and 2 drink cups. I said umm side of queso for the meal? Oh you wanted a meal? Umm yes!!! So she didn't charge me for the queso apparently? Was like it's free. Ok weird... so we sit down start eatting and thinking that the first tray was my burrito nope it was not.. it was my guests burrito that I already took a bite out since they didn't label the items... so I hear it's under new owners. The cashier to be honest is hard to understand especially since she has no teeth and has a accent. Be cautious when. Ordering from here from now on. Think I'll stick with the May's landing location from now on. Never and issue there.

If you read nothing else from this review.. let it be this.. "DON"T EAT HERE!". So, I am not 100% sure what happened to this Moe's because it used to be decent, but the last 2 times I have gone here (because I thought maybe the first time was a fluke - so gave it a 2nd chance), it has been nothing but awful. The food is cold, the proteins are cold, grossly dry, chewy and way past their window of "open air" time to be putting them on anything edible. The woman at the cash register is barely comprehendible when she speaks to you so if there are any special requests or comments, just save it because it won't get you anywhere. Also - she told me I can't use a Moe's gift card.... at Moe's....?? Their soda machine barely works and when it does spit something out the looks slightly like soda, its got unidentifiable stuff floating in it.. their ice machine doesn't work.. they keep their customer ice option as a metal pan with a slotted spoon... on the counter near the soda.. which is basically water in a pan after they don't maintain it.. and to boot.. it's remarkably close to their gross bathroom. This is a health departments nightmare waiting to happen. Save your time and your money and just go somewhere else. The management also does nothing to remedy any issues, so don't waste your time with that either. Never again.

If I could give a 0 I would. I placed a delivery order @7:06pm & was to be delivered by 7:37pm. I was notified that my order was on its way, only to have the delivery time pushed back 2xs then @8:05pm cancelled. I called the restaurant and was told my order was already picked up & there was nothing they could do. Almost instantly I receive another text that my order is now being delivered by Uber & would be delivered by 8:20pm. When my order was 1 mile from my house it was cancelled once again. Then almost instantly picked up by a different Uber driver & would be delivered by 8:32pm. Sure enough @8:31 my order was cancelled for a 3rd time. All during this time I attempted to call the restaurant a total of 10 times with them answering 2xs. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was not around. Unfortunately this will be the last time I order from this establishment. They have messed up 1 too many times. Very poorly ran!!

If i could give no stars i would. Terrible food, horrific prices and service since they where bought out. Do not recommend an almost $20 meal for one person and it doesn't even taste good.

At moes in Millville in 12/26/22. No tortilla chips. Not evening offering anything else or a discount when your meal is supposed to come with tortilla chips. How does Moe’s forget to order tortilla chips?!

I was actually very surprised to see all the bad reviews. My experience was fantastic! And honestly, that was the best salad I ever had! The staff was great, it was very clean. Since I had never Built My Own salad or even been there before the staff helped me through it, and it was the best salad ever! The price was great! That was one of the biggest salads for the price that I've had in a long time and The Taste was amazing, I realized afterwards I hadn't even used one quarter of a cup of dressing for the whole thing! And no there is no way I could have eaten that whole thing LOL it's a big salad, I shared it with my fiance! And let me recommend getting the sirloin steak on the salad! It was a big change for me since I usually get chicken and it was incredible! There is so much seasoning in the items that go into the salad, that I didn't even need dressing! Now that's impressive! And like I said our experience was great, I was very surprised to see all these negative reviews. Five stars for me and I will be going back

We haven't been in a long time because of bad service. Kids have been asking for it so I picked it up on my way home from Target. Never again. I ordered 2 kids meals, 2 entrees, and a large queso. They put everything in 2 bags with barely and chips. You used to get giant bags of chips with each order. The only positive is that the chips are burnt so no one is eating them anyway. The kids burritos are TINY. Like ridiculously small. My bowl was nasty. It doesn't even taste like moes. The chicken seems questionable and the lettuce was all wilty and gross. It didn't used to be like this. If I lived closer I would take it all back for a refund. If you crave Moe's go to the Millville location and you won't have that problem anymore. Only positive the employees were real nice.

Ignorant staff!!!!! Didn't try any way to help all I wanted to do was and a salad or place a second order . This will be the last time I order from this establishment.

Horrible service. Staff seemed more concerned with their cell phones than customers. The girl at the register didn’t say a word to me. When I told her that I was there to pick up my online order, she put it on the counter and then just turned her back to me without saying a word.

Food is good staff is friendly place is clean but what I notice is when you pay cash at the register it's a done deal that was the 1st time. Few weeks later I go back with a friend he pays buy card don't no if it was debt or credit but at the register he was promoted to leave a tip it's not like ur being seated & someone is bringing u ur food so y when u pay cash this request isn't made I don't know how much they pay the staff but why is it that when u pay cash it's different why should u feel obligated to tip when using plastic I feel that if cash payments don't require a tip why should card payments

Servers do not change gloves. Watched them wait on about 4 families, touching all the food PLUS handles, the soda and salsa area, markers, their clothes, hair, the counter, the register, food containers, etc Everything was being touched then they reach right into the food to put on your order with the same gloves! The gloves are supposed to be to protect the customers from germs, not just to keep the employees hands clean. This is actually being done in ALL Moe's locations and when you ask them to change gloves they look at you like you have three heads. The managers usually will say something like, oh, yeah, they're supposed to change, but they NEVER enforce it since we've seen it a dozen times in the same Moe's locations. It's DISGUSTING. Unfortunately we're done with Moe's and I've heard others complain of the same thing right while they're in line and NOTHING ever happens.

My son loves Moe's so of course if he ask me to go I'm going just to be with him. But if you like Mexican food it's a good try .

We order our food and took it home. My boyfriends bowl is not filled. $10 for a not even half filled bowl. That is so upsetting. Not worth it at all for a first time at Moe's.

I door dashed food and when I started to eat I found a long hair in my food. I called to speak to manager her name was Tiny she told me I couldn't get a refund for up to 3days. She was rude and very unprofessional especially being as though she was the manager. I called door dash and they credited my money back! I love Moe's however after this experience I will not be ordering from them ever again!

Going on over 5 months, still no pork to be had at this location. Manager is extremely rude and blames shortages for his personal decision not to carry pork. Quality is a 1 at best anymore. I'd rather drive to deptford at least they carry pork and their queso tastes better.

For awhile this place has been going down, and today my husband found a hair in his chips, I would definitely recommend the people behind the counter to wear hair nets at all times, or put up their hair better with hats. Still the over all cleanliness of this place is quite poor, which is a shame, it used to be so good.

I haven't been to Moe's in a while. The menu was different which was fine, the prices were high..$20 for one meal...i regretted it. I just ordered something different but the Adobe chicken was not good, the rice was not good, and even the chips were disgusting. The sweet tea was NOT sweet at all but at least I could change my drink. It was disappointing because the food used to be so good under different management. Sadly I won't be back to this location.

I went in to order food for 2 people and they took one then started taking the next person's order without asking me if I needed anything else. So I just left with my husband's order and I got food for myself elsewhere on the way home.
