This location is drive thru only now. Every time I go to the stalls they say it's closed.... That's the ENTIRE point of sonic. And their drive thru is the slowest in the industry. The line is always 10 plus cars and it takes over 45 minutes to get even the smallest order. Maybe other stores are better but avoid this one at all cost. I hope they close this horrible location down again, cus it's God awful

I am super sad to be writing this. I love Sonic but my experiences recently here are in need of being told. First off, I pushed the button at the drive up screen and waited almost 20 minutes. I then noticed the car next to me had pulled in and they were talking to the staff inside. I could hear them say that they were not bringing food out to cars and that it was drive through only. I understand that with COVID and all, things are still messed up for whatever reason. The fact they didn't inform me though was kinda messed up. I had to hear them tell a car two spaces away who just got there. Ok, wasnt going to let it ruin my favorite burger. Ordered two burgers and a cherry limeade. Pulled up and paid, got the bag and started to pull away, when I realized it was the wrong order. The car behind me had already pulled up, so I pulled forward, parked, walked back and the girl laughed and took the bag I handed her and gave it to another customer. I had this bag in my car and pulled away from the building and brought it back. I could have done anything to that food. Anyway, they got my order and I went back to my car. The burgers were on buns that were stale. As in old, dry buns that were falling apart. I was so disgusted and mad that I knew if I went back, I would have made a scene I was so mad at that point. I took the burgers and started to drive home when I took a sip of the strawberry limeade they gave me. Yes cherry and strawberry are both red but come on! I had begged for sonic to reopen after they closed. I now hope they close up again. This was horrible. I tried doing the survey on the receipt and it wouldn't go through on my phone. Going back out to my car to get the receipt to try from the computer at home. This place is a disgrace, I never had a problem at a sonic in Florida when I lived there and was happy to have one near by. I will save my money and make my own food for the prices they charge and lack of service they provide.

We just had the most awful experience at this sonic. Our order wasn’t complete, and the staff was combative with us over it. They basically threw our food at us and said it’s right. We finally got our items, with incorrect orders and missed orders. Our drinks were undrinkable. Made with entirely incorrect ratios. We witnessed interactions with other staff members and other cars, the staff was rude, argumentative, and the food very sloppy. I am very used to the southern chains full of hospitality and this was the most disrespectful sonic I’ve ever been to.

I ordered a cheeseburger, onion rings and a milkshake. The burger tasted like leftover meat, the onion rings had a funny taste and the milkshake was nothing more than soft serve ice cream. Overall horrible and $14.00? Get real!

Do not waste your time. I ordered ahead and they took over 30 minutes! This is normal for this place. Whether I am in the drive through or the side to order or the app. Worst fast food place to order if you dont have the time or gas to waste. Their tots are good. Thats it

20 min wait in drive thru. They didnt give what ordered and what i got was old food you cant eat. Almost broke my teeth on bacon. Had to throw it all away. Terrible food and service. Called customer service twice and both time they said i would hear from them in 48 hrs. Really used to like sonic. Not anymore. It might just be the Millville one thats bad but after dealling with customer service they wont get anymore money from me. Plus im waiting 20 min and some girl just outside the whole time on the phone arguing with her boyfriend

I usually need to get my Sonic fix in Audubon NJ, thats quite a haul from my home, I finally made it to this reopened Sonic in Milville. I had a double sonic burger with no cheese and an order of boneless wings...at 230 in the afternoon this Sonic was PACKED, I had to park out of their lot and do a walk up order. It took all of 6 minutes to bring my order out, the order was correct and everything was as delicious as the Audubon Sonic. I believe the owners are the same, the quality certainly is.

Just left here. I ordered cheese tots. I mean I guess this technically IS cheese tots, but come on. Hahaha. Also this place is a dumpster fire. Waited 40 mins for this and the place is filthy. Never going here again. I heard the dude at the window telling the car behind us that he was the only person there. Crazy.

Ugh I had them the other day and the food was so nasty and old tasting. Not to mention I ordered cheese fries and they gave me cold fries with cold shredded cheese on top didn’t even melt it to pretend. Burger was crunchy and had an overwhelming amount of mustard and pickles on it. Do not recommend 😣

Ordered via the app. None of the drive up stalls are working. Only the drive through. Over a 40 minute wait in the drive through. I won’t be back. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. There is literally one person working. No one wants to work so this business will definitely suffer.update: ordered tater tots. They no longer have tater tots. Didn’t find out until after waiting 40 mins. Also medium drink is actually a small. See picture next to water bottle for comparison. They didn’t give me the condiments I ordered. Just lost business.

Apparently the stalls are closed but still taking orders from there. Then you sit there for 20 min until they tell you to drive around to the drive thru window to reorder. Unacceptable!! We waited almost 50 min from order to the time we actually received our food. Don’t let the under new management sign fool you, the experience sucks here. Either close the stalls completely and not waste peoples times there, or start doing what people expect out of Sonic and deliver the food. Done with this place!!!!

The slushees are great and our food tasted good once we got what we actually ordered. Two of our sandwiches came with condiments we asked to have removed. Our tater tots and French fries came barely 2/3rds full and when we mentioned it to server he grunted sorry, but didn’t rectify it. The tables were dirty and the machine to run the Happy Hour promo dummy is so loud it is obnoxious.

The onion rings... the onion rings are sooo good! They are slightly sweet with a light, airy, flakey breading. There are fun slushies, like Nerds candy and Red Bull flavored ones, to complement the typical fried American fare that Sonic offers. My young child loved the corn dog she got for her meal. Fortunately, they had applesauce as a side, so it's not all fried food for the littles. Service was polite and fast.

Wildly disappointed compared to other locations ive previously visited. Wanted to stop on the way home from the shore. Was only taking card or exact cash payment. No change if you didnt have the exact amount of cash. The cups they used for the iced drink are no longer insulated styrofoam so they ice-ness quickly warmed up

Showed up at 8 pm on a Friday night and the stall signs were lit up and they looked open. Pulled in to a stall and as we were figuring out what to order they shut the lights off on our sign, so we pressed the button to see what was going on and all they could say was "we're closed". We tried to inquire why (maybe their hours weren't updated online, or maybe they were short staffed, etc) and they just kept repeating "we're closed".

I have loved Sonic for years-and I'm not even from the south. I'm also not from the Era of the car hop but I love that aspect of the food industry. Ordered the BBQ burger, was not disappointed. Not quite as good as the whiskey BBQ burger at red Robin but is a close 2nd. And the end of the meal mints included-win win. I gave 4 stars because I've noticed, as with everything else we are purchasing, the burgers seem to be shrinking. But don't pass up, go enjoy!

Waited 40 minutes for my food because 2 people were working … ordered fries that were cold when I got them after waiting for so long then my slushy had brown particles floating around in it. I hope it’s not mold or a lawsuit will most definitely be happening. Now to the doctors I go to get tested for mold because people can’t wash their machines correctly and just can’t person their simple job tasks. 0 out of 10 worst spot in millville

This was garbage. I ordered a cheesesteak. Tiniest sandwich I ever had. Disgusting. Meat was burnt and Tattor tots were over cooked. Not worth $12 I paid for it. Never eating at a sonic again

I like the concept of Sonic. I really like the drinks and the happy hour prices. The quality is not what it used to be but hey, everybody is struggling these days 😔
