Went in and placed an order. Heard all this drilling noise, in the back. Two guys ripping up the floor. They started working near the food. The floor is tile, so he had to pry it up (mini jackhammer tool I don't know. Chisel or something). I watched debris fly up into where they were cooking the chicken right in front of an employee of kfc. He completely ignored the fact that all of that was going on. Immediately demanded the manager an got a refund. Even the manager said that those workers shouldn't be working in that area. Especially near the food. The job those guys were doing could've waited, to be completed after hours. To be extremely neat, sanitary, and conscientious that they are in a food environment, they completely ignored.

Ordered a double down meal got a sandwich all greasy and small not double down meat. The hot sauce was oil. The big black ghetto fabulous lady working there gonna tell me I need exact change in order to get refund which is bs. I go out to my car then come back in and she's talking smack about me that I ate my sandwich and I want free money. So I said to her that I didn't ask for a full refund I wanted my sandwich refunded and she was screaming at me along with another dirty looking white female employee screaming at me very ghetto and unperfessional if they wanted to talk about me they could've waited til I lefted they both need to be fired. Look at cameras 11:45am Tuesday KFC of millville NJ to see ur ghetto employees screaming at me. Thank you and I won't be back...

Update: service is a little faster than before and friendly at the window. Completely gave up on mobile ordering. Likely my experience improved by lowering my expectations. Giving it 1 more star either way. Original review: Management awful. KFC policy of only picking up mobile orders in the restaurant and not at the window or curbside basically contradicts the convenience and safety of mobile ordering. Always have to wait long for the food regardless. Got my chicken at Crown Chicken instead... just stopped by to get diet sodas because it was the only place on the way. If you got to get out of your car to get fried chicken then you might as well go into a good chicken place.

I ordered a 2 piece crispy chicken meal, and my husband ordered the crispy chicken tender meal among other things for the family. The chicken had absolutely no seasoning, and that includes the chicken tender. It also tasted like both the chicken and fries have been sitting. The order came up to a little over $30 and we were not satisfied at all. I do not recommend this place.

I came here to bring a family member that wanted chicken . When I saw the price of the meals , I would've changed my mind lol. The reason I give the 2 is bc lately they've been very sloppy with the packaging. I can also say that the inside doesn't look very appealing or clean. And in order for me to even wanna eat anywhere, if has to be at least clean. At least the employees at this location are very nice and don't seem like they hate their job!!!

The young lady at the window was very polite. I got wings in a biscuit and a small order of fries. The fries seem to be kind of old. The chicken was so greasy that the box was soaking wet with grease on the bottom. The biscuits aren't as good as they used to be either. Then they put your napkins inside the box and little bit outside of the box and they are all greasy from the greasy chicken. So what are you supposed to do with soaked greasy napkins. I won't be going back there to Millville KFC.

They had me wait 12 minutes for a chicken pot pie with not one piece of meat in it at all

They do not have enough help!! Rush hour and people waiting in line with one frazzled counter person and two people cooking and no idea when the food would be ready!! This was not the 1st time this has happened at this store!

Dining room was closed at 2:30 on a Sunday with kids inside, assuming staff members kids.

This location CANNOT make chicken. I give up. I used to love coming here. If you order extra crispy, they NEVER give it to you, only original. The chicken tenders don't have ANY of the crispy batter, its like they are made by a child. Pathetic.

Just the fact the drive through says open till 10:30..web site says 10..here we are all wanting kfc and its 9 o clock..and there is the drive through speaker saying theyvare closed employees just looking at us

Cannot believe the board of health has not been in here. The place is filthy. The bathroom is filthy. The windows are filthy, and the excuse I got from the lady behind the counter is that homeless people come in there. And as we were leaving, they were laughing so immature Close it down clean it up

Been disappointed a few times. The food doesn't taste the same nor has flavor to the Mac and cheese or even the tenders are always just hard and not even chicken inside. I don't know what's going on at this place but it's very disappointing. Hopefully something works out better for this company.

Last time I ordered the chicken nugget combo in Millville, NJ it was lukewarm, the fries were old and and hole box had a sour smell, like a trash can. And that's what I did - threw it in the trash. NO MORE KFC FOR ME !!

Drive thru Same as usual Just seems that takeout is just as expensive as a good restaurant anymore.But this KFC is always very friendly and the food is always fresh

Ok, so let me start off by saying this is my first review ever. That being said I'm sorry if I'm lacking on anyway "review etiquette" but I just have to write something. I need to put the spot light on the PHENOMENAL and most FRIENDLY customer service I have ever seen at a fast food establishment ever! These guys are so nice and respectful, an amazing breath of fresh air in these crazy times. Hell, I came a little early last night and instead of closing like any other fastfood restaurant, they instead took my order and tried their best to accommodate my order with whatever they had left for the night. I will be coming here whenever I'm in the need of KFC, great job guys!

Sad just sad. Service ha. And alot of attitude from the staff when I walked in to ask if I could get the rest of my order that they didn't give me in the drive thru. The whole counter is set up the all the delivery services. Guess they get more money from them than customers trying to come in and grab a "family" dinner on a Friday... Not a good experience at all tonight...

Only 1 person in front of me and still waited 15 to get food. It seems it's always slow here. I thought let me try again, but no they're still so slow. Had no ice for the drinks.
