    I was feeling hungry this Friday afternoon and decided to visit my local Burger King in Millville, NJ. My girlfriend and I tried their chicken sandwich made with lettuce and mayonnaise. Upon eating the sandwiches, we noticed the lettuces were exceptionally large and chucky, some pieces more yellow than green and brown around the edges. So, I called the store manager, Brooke and told her about my experience with the sandwiches. She replied, "Oh our lettuces are always big and chucky." Then, I commented the lettuces weren't green and were yellow in color besides being brown. Nevertheless, she didn't care and I asked her who was her supervisor and she said the office manager was Jackie. Then I called Jackie explained my situation and she started arguing with me about the quality of the lettuces. Eventually, she stated that BK would compensate me for the sandwiches and then hung up on me. Remember this Jackie, if you can't listen professionally to a customer's complaint, maybe you shouldn't be working at BK. I'm sure another qualified person would love to have your job and would do it with respect and kindness without ruining the reputation of Burger King!!!

    I like their chicken fingers and the fact that you can get a 10 piece nugget for basically $2!!!!! The only problem I have Is that I prefer McDonald's nuggets lol. Just my favorite. But I do have to admit that aside from this, like all places it does have its issues. I went thru drive thru the other day, I was waiting for my turn for 18 minutes!!! I mean people in front of me began beeping their horns!!! I thought that was a ridiculous amount of time to wait at a fast food drive thru. Bc I worked at Burger King when I was 15, I know for a fact that their drive thru time is supposed to be kept at a certain minimum. But i had never, ever waited so long, not even at McDonald's who is notorious around hsde

    The experience at this BK ( Millville)was most likely the worst I have ever experienced. The food ordered ( took forever)Felt like it was made to order at first because it took forever! And then was sadly disappointed when the food finally came out. They didn’t even know how to count the chicken nuggets and the whopper which is their signature burger, was looking like it was on a fast from all the condiments it usually comes with. God forbid you ask for extra pickles that automatically tells them hold everything and send out meat and bun. The food was Luke warm and the service was slower than a three legged mule with arthritis. Looks like the place had a recent makeover on the outside. What an under sight from the management. ie: clean sock on dirty feet! Avoid at all cost!!!

    You know as long as they took for three cars you would think their food would be some what decent for fast food. No it was the complete opposite. The fries tasted like absolute trash. The speaker lady not only didn’t give us sauce and fault the fact that we only got one zesty sauce for three orders she also extremely rude disrespectful and should be fired. Never had a day gone so well then down hill till that happened. DO NOT EAT HERE

    Rude and lazy workers. Food is cold nearly all the time. Asked the lady if the burgers were fresh, she just looked at me as if it was a question that shouldn't be asked. Yes, we want hot food. The lady lazy with the blue hair walks slower than a turtle and just looked miserable....one of the guys that work there was fixing his visor, touching his hair...then going to grab food. Disgusting, trashy employees. They need to learn how to work with customers and food! They need to clean house and find people who actually care about the food they serve.

    My husband wanted a whopper. He wasn't happy with the price. It's been awhile since we been in burger king or any fast food place. I understand everything has went up. The woman behind the counter was very pleasant and friendly. She gave us great service. We ended up getting a 2for 5 dollars burgers. It's amazing what a soda cost $3.29. forget that. I'll drink water

    Came here yesterday because I wanted what they called the Whopper thinking it was going to be a decent size sandwich when I got it it looked like a pancake on a hamburger bun I should have stayed with Rebel burgers they are a hell of a lot bigger

    Ok, it's fast food. What are your expectations. Mine were met. It was fresh. I went at an off hour and waited a few minutes longer than usual but I'll take that without complaining in exchange for freshness of the food.

    This place is a complete dump all the way around. You make an order and it's supposed to be fast food. What you get is garbage. I would not even give my dog this food

    5 STARS!! Angie the manager was very professional and this store is always clean!! Food was hot and great and the team was all working hard. I am bipolar and i was a little rude to the manager so i apoliglze. These people are on their feet their entire shift just like me and that needs to be noticed and appreciated. Thank you Millville BK!!!!

    Been going there since I was a kid. Alot cheaper than going to McDee, Chick Fila or competitively Wendys. I live closer to another BK but they are strangely more expensive and usually something is broken or they are taking cash only. So yeah. My go to for fast food. Dining room is very clean, Staff are pretty nice and handle ignorance pretty calmly. Very rarely do they mess an order up. :)

    I have gone here many times, but over the last 2 years they have gotten 1 out of 30ish orders correct. They seem to always forget something, and I don't really order special things. Like today I ordered and paid for bacon double cheese burgers and got regular double cheese burgers. Sometimes they don't ring me up for a sandwich I asked for and tell me I have to go back through the drive thru if I want it. It's always something. I prefer the bk on delsea next to Mavis now.

    Great staff, not great food. I am not sure if there is a magic time to go, but somehow my fries are always cold, hard, or taste like oil. Spicy Ch'King was hard as a rock, seemed like it was cooked more than once. It seems to be a common occurrence. Workers are very kind though

    Ordered from drive through several times. I ordered a bacon junior and fries, no soda cause I had soda at home. Well, to my surprise, their was no bacon and a lot of mayonnaise. Next time I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which when I got home had no tomato, a sliver of lettuce and lots of mayonnaise. They get you in the drive through....always check your order. Not happy at all. For what you pay, you should get quality and with Burger King, there is none.

    Went to the drive through. Nothing was hot and they forgot the 2 orders of chicken fries. Had to park and go inside to get them.
