This was the worst experience I've had at a KFC. If I could give a no star review, i definitely would. It was 815, we were about to walk in to order when the guy at the counter all but ran to the door and locked it before we could even open it. People were still in the restaurant, and he locked them in. When we talked to the drive thru lady, she said they close the doors at 8. Even though the door says 830? When we said the door says differently, she said that's the summer hours. It's February and the summer hours are still up? I don't know about that. Never have I ever had a person run up and lock the doors on me. It's not like it takes me more than 10 or 15 minutes to eat. Jeez.

Been feeling under the weather lately, know chicken is probably not the best option, but I don't wanna cook or go anywhere so I order the ten piece with the two mashed potatoes coleslaw biscuits and on the app it says with orders over a certain amount I get a free chicken sandwich. Got my order ate a piece of chicken not feeling good stick bags of food in fridge. Today I'm up feeling a little better went to warm me up some chicken there's no Cole slaw, and y'all forgot my chicken sandwich.

I got there at 9:30 and they said they only had #1 #2 #3 orders. The store was so filthy I didn’t even want to walk in worst ever

We went into the store and placed a large order. When we got home we were missing half of one of the meals. We called and then drove in to get the rest of our food. When we got there we complained that our food would be cold by the time we got back and we were frustrated. The manager told us it was our fault that we didn't check our order before leaving and therefore our fault our food was cold. I agree the order should have been checked, but blaming the customer because you failed to do your job is unacceptable. When we did finally get home to eat our food, the chicken was dry, hard, and older tasting like it had been under the heater lamp for too long. It is not difficult to ensure a customer gets their full order, even when they are busy, which they were not at the time of our order. The quality of the food and customer service were horrible, we will not go back to this KFC. Don't be at fault for having a bad meal at KFC, go somewhere else.

Every time we come here they are out of food. We have given this place 4 visits before leaving this type of review. No crispy chicken, no sides is just crazy. It's not the same time of day either. There are other restaurants in Brigham City we'll go to instead.

The lady checking us out was SUCH a grump! By the time she was working on our order she was literally TOSSING our chicken in the bucket. We will not be returning g to this location. And apparently they do not give out plates with a huge bucket order anymore. Even though the person ahead of us got plates. Not a pleasant experience AT ALL!

So disappointing. Was really craving KFC but this location doesn’t seem to care about preparing the food properly. Our biscuits were raw dough still. If you’re going to hire teenage boys, at least have someone else qualified during their shift.

Two of the sweetest girls helped us today at this KFC and the food was so delicious definitely coming back.

Please do not come here if you expect anything that resembles “fast food”. They are short staffed and overwhelmed, expect 30-45 minutes to get your food and that there will be an issue with your order. Give the staff a break, they can’t handle more than three families at a time in the restaurant. The fries are almost worth a 45 minute wait, the spicy sandwich is ok, it is much much smaller than the picture and is a plain fried chicken covered in spicy KFC sauce. Popcorn chicken is pretty good, the kid meal is a very good value. Overall, if the parking lot is almost empty it’s worth going but don’t go during peak meal times.

There wasn’t any kind of sauce, I wanted it ketchup for my chicken sandwich. Crazy.

I hate going to this KFC whenever I'm craving it. This is s due to the consistency of this slowness, lack of preparation and lack of available options without having to "wait 20 minutes" for example a pot pie or extra crispy chicken. This is just one example from tonight. Get your $hi+ together Brigham KFC. You suck every visit.

Well I was not impressed. The chicken was good . My coleslaw was just cabbage. I didn't get the corn I ordered so I wasn't real happy. Not sure if I'd ever eat here again.

The general manager, Zane, was being extremely rude to his employees and was yelling in their faces about going faster when they were already going fast enough. I have visited this kfc multiple times and he is the only one who has been that extremely rude to any of the employees. Tammy was being really sweet and trying to help the employees.

Been craving a pot pie for like 3 weeks. Finally got me one today, service was so fast and it was HOT and absolutely delicious!! Can't wait to go back and get me another 😍

This was serious drive through service! We ordered-they were pleasant. We got to the window and paid-they were pleasant and directly handed us our food! SO FAST! Everything was in the bag and ready for a picnic! 5 stars will eat here again

Both the thigh and the drumstick were dry. It almost seemed as though they had been cooked 5 hours or more earlier. The potatoes and gravy were okay

The store with pretty filthy. I ordered the famous bowl after not having one for quite a while and it was obvious that the mashed potato recipe had been changed. I couldn’t even eat the potato’s so I threw them away. The cookies that come with the meal aren’t made fresh anymore either. They are prepackaged and taste as such. Very sad, KFC used to be one of my favorite fast food places.

Can we please close this KFC down?!?! The service is horrible! They change their hours and close just to do it. Hours posted says 10, I show up just after 9 and the girls response to why it says 10 is " I just haven't changed it". If my other half didn't like kfc I'd never go there again. Please shut it down so we can get something that wants to sell food and has management who want to please customers.

Every once in a while i crave the extra crispy recipe from KFC, but every time the extra crispy is always out, why? I haven't been able to get extra crispy from KFC or years at any location I've attempted. So today I took a gamble on this craving and to no surprise I was forced to get original... again. However as I got home and and opened it up I didn't even get that. This is goo covered garbage and is par for the course. Why am I surprised? I'm not sure this was even cooked. One side of the chicken appears to have some attempt at cooked batter, the other side a gooey liquidy mess that I'm sure isn't edible. The local grocery store dell's are supreme in comparison, and I'm afraid of their chicken. KFC you disappoint again.

So I see all the terrible reviews about this location. Don't know what's up with that. Maybe just a bunch of KFC haters? We did the drive through on a Saturday. It was fast and the food was just fine. It's KFC, not fine dining, folks. Maybe I just caught them on a good day, but it was the same as any KFC I've been to.

It's pretty rare I go one star. KFC just seems to have gone down the drain. I honestly can't remember the last time I visited one and had a good experience. Have they just given up? I took my family here. The chicken was hard and didn't taste too good, we were the only people in the restaurant and they couldn't get our order right. How can a chicken restaurant sell bad chicken? It's sad. KFC used to be THE place to get amazing chicken. Now it just feels like the whole company doesn't care too much anymore.

We arrived around 3:20. There was no one there so we thought we could get in & out quickly. We had to wait 35 minutes because they had to make a fresh batch. The chicken was very fresh & good & worth waiting for. The cook apologized for the wait.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only were my chicken "strips" dry, someone had obviously taken cooked chicken and ripped it apart into chunks. I'd you don't have actual strips for a chicken strip meal, you TELL the customer. You don't rip apart other pieces of chicken. 🤢🤮 I will not be eating at KFC for another 20 years or so.
