    I've loved Roolee Boutique! and I have bought a lot of their clothes. I'm a little bummed bc I had the milan leather boot in wheat ($90) for about 6 months, only wore them to church, took them off one sunday and the entire sole of the boot came off. I wrote to Roolee to see if I could exchange or return for in store credit because I love these boots! but no such luck... It had passed the 30 day window. I'm just really disappointed! $90! and they lasted 6 months...such a bummer.

    Customer service straight up does not respond. I purchased a pair of shoes from Roolee with TryNow. I was sent the wrong size. I emailed customer service about waiving the return fee. No response. I sent them back and was charged that fee. I emailed customer service again about getting a refund on it. Still crickets. Won't be coming back for more purchases.

    ZERO STARS - do not buy from them. their customer service is non existent. I purchased a pair of shoes on their Memorial Day sale and needed a bigger size. I took them back to the store here in Logan and the lady told me she could accept the shoes but that I would have to contact customer service to exchange sizes. Well, that would be helpful if the number to call went through - it says they are understaffed and currently unable to take calls or if they would email me back. I have yet to get the correct size because no one in the store can help me and cami the lady over exchanges won't return any of my emails or calls. I've gone into the store 3 times emailed at least 6 times and still nothing. going on two months of no help. maybe one of the associate will see this and actually do something about it. I don't need your apologies either. find a way to make the situation better.

    I bought a darling denim dress online from Roolee recently. I washed it on delicate fabric as directed and hung out to dry. The denim shrunk and the liner did not. I now have a dress with the lining hanging 6 inches below the dress. I brought this to the attention of customer service, and they said that the dress could not be returned because it had been washed. Well, how would we know that it was going to shrink if we didn’t wash it? Shame on them! They should have happily returned it, and refunded my money. Bad business ethics!

    This is a great company that takes care of its customers. Half of my order got lost in the mail and the young lady who helped me was very nice. She went above and beyond by explaining the situation and refunding me with a gift card even though I didn't pay for shipping protection.

    I am not normally one to write bad reviews but I made an online purchase in early May and have still not received the items or a confirmation of a refund/reshipment. I originally received email responses that appeared to be working on a solution but now have not heard from anyone since June 13th. I was really excited for the cute nursing clothing, I’m bummed that this was my experience!

    Their Roolee Mom line that is nursing friendly is absolutely incredible. Most nursing clothes are very noticeable and sometimes awkward—these zippers are discreet and part of an adorable dress that you’d never know was designed for nursing. A note if you’re maternity clothes shopping though, the line isn’t necessarily “maternity” as far as the design of the clothes but is instead designed for nursing moms.

    I had the best customer service experience with Lexi! I had an issue with a pair of boots I ordered and she replied promptly through email and solved the issue above and beyond my expectations! Definitely will order from them in the future and highly recommend!

    I ALWAYS find something at ROOLEE, whether it’s a new dress that is so flattering or a cute new home decor that is the missing piece to that area of my house! I would and have recommended this boutique to all my friends and family! P.S. I especially LOVE their shoe selection 😍

    So much to say. I love this place. Shopping here is always an experience. I love the tone of their cute little store in Logan. Their customer service is absolutely the best. The Salt collection is usually so pretty and quality. This place has gotten me through having 2 babies and I really appreciate the nursing friendly dresses! Wish sometimes they were open a little later on week days because I have such a hard time getting there before they close, but it’s worth the fight sometimes! My husband has to hold me back from going every Saturday.

    everything about Roolee has been perfect in my experience! ordering clothing online can be scary but their sizing is always detailed so there’s no way you can go wrong! Roolee is also very size inclusive! I think they have the most fair prices and best options! you can shop with all the confidence in the world with them! they are so nice throughout the whole process!

    Roolee is my favorite boutique! I love their unique, on-trend clothes, and I recently discovered their home section and I have been LOVING their unique home decor options. I also love the quality of their clothes. I have a couple dresses that I bought a few years ago, and they still continue to be some of my favorite dresses that I still get compliments on. I have loved this boutique since they opened, but I just had an experience where I needed to do a return past their return window (sick kiddos made it impossible to get the returns sent in), and their costumer service was so understanding and willing to work with me. It made me love their shop even more

    I had ordered a sweater and a pair of earrings from Roolee for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. When the package arrived, it only contained the sweater, but no earrings. I don’t know if the earrings were inadvertently left out, or someone got to my package and stole the earrings. I contacted Roolee. They got back to me immediately. Even though weren’t sure how it all happened, Roolee made it right and sent me another pair. I appreciate their customer service, especially during this busy time of year. Thank you to Lexi and Grace for their help and communication.

    We were just the the Logan’s Roolee. The beautiful lady that helped me named Shauna was amazing. She found a dress I was looking at just my size. The only one I could find was not my size. She helped me with other choices as well. Also found the shoes I was looking for. Then we went to check out 3 dresses and a pair of shoes. The girl at the check stand was so determined to put my 3 dresses and shoes in a shoe bag. My husband had to ask for a larger bag. She also rolled up the dresses like a wet bath towel. Very unprofessional. Your store is the only nice dress store in all of Cache Valley. I was sad to have had such a great experience until it was time to pay. I will have to have my dresses pressed at the dry cleaners. Thank u for your willingness to have a review page. Hopefully u will read this and correct the problem. Thank u also for keeping a nice dress shop for us to purchase such cute and trending fashions.

    I’ve shopped with Roolee a couple times before and have always been really happy with the clothing and the quality of the clothes. For my last order I returned and exchanged some things, the customer service was just really great. They were very kind, on top of their emails, and they were able to help me with my lost order.

    I found a perfect bridesmaid dress here. They have it in dozens of colors. They have cute, well-priced clothing and the staff was great. The children's clothing and items seemed a little over-priced to me, but that's my opinion. I will definitely shop here again!

    I LOVE Roolee! It has easily become my favorite place to shop. Their clothes are always so cute and such great quality, I am never disappointed. Their customer service is also extremely fantastic and you are always so well taken care of if you ever have an issue with your order. It's hard to find companies like this these days.
