visited
this
Jared
location
three
times
now,
and
each
time
has
been
a
wonderful
experience.
The
first
time
I
went,
I
had
the
honor
of
meeting
Addy,
who,
truth
be
told,
would
not
be
out
of
place
showing
mind-shatteringly
expensive
jewelry
in
a
store
located
in
the
capital
city
of
a
major
world
superpower.
Addy
got
me
set
up
with
three
chains
and
the
coolest
watch
I
have
ever
seen.
I
am
thrilled
at
my
purchases,
and
the
experience
was
made
even
better
when
she
frankly
and
clearly
explained
the
pros
and
cons
of
buying
a
lifetime
protection
plan
for
each
of
the
four
pieces,
two
of
which
I
purchased
and
two
which
I
did
not.
Afterwards
she
and
her
two
colleagues
Cynthia
and
Melissa
had
a
lovely
chat
with
me,
in
which
they
entertained
my
possibly-impossible
delusions
that
I
will
one
day
be
a
rich
and
famous
entrepreneur,
which
I
will.
Trust
me.
My
second
visit
was
with
Cynthia.
She
eventually
got
me
set
up
with
the
perfect
set
of
bling.
I
chose
eight
custom-made
continuum
sterling
silver
metal
rings,
each
mounted
with
a
different
color
quarter-inch
round-cut
gemstone.
She
also
helped
me
pick
out
a
beautiful
golden
wedding
band
and
secure
it
with
a
lifetime
protection
plan.
Finally,
she
showed
me
another
awesome
watch
in
the
clearance
display
which
was
beautiful
to
look
at,
but
unfortunately
did
not
work
right
then.
So
she
applied
a
heavy
discount
to
the
watch
for
me,
and
then
on
top
of
that,
without
me
having
to
even
ask,
she
decided
that
the
watch
was
unsuitable
for
sale.
She
then
ordered
an
ENTIRELY
NEW
watch
of
the
exact
same
type
and
tasked
it
for
delivery
to
her
store
for
me
to
pick
up
with
my
custom-made
rings.
On
my
third
visit
to
the
store
to
discuss
some
features
of
my
buying
experience
with
Jared
Cedar
Rapids
thus
far,
the
store
manager
herself
took
time
out
of
her
day
to
sit
with
me
and
another
sales
associate
and
listen
to
my
feedback.
Sue,
the
manager
on
shift,
took
every
word
I
said
seriously.
It
was
refreshing
to
interact
with
a
good
boss
who
cares
not
only
about
her
people,
but
also
the
quality
of
the
service
and
goods
at
her
place
of
business.
I
wish
every
boss
I'd
had
over
my
career
had
been
as
friendly,
open-minded,
and
serious
as
Sue
was
on
my
third
visit.
The
cherry
on
top
was
her
informing
me
that
my
broken
watch
had
been
replaced
with
a
new
one
free
of
charge!
Color
me
shocked.
Consider
me
loyal.
