Blown away with the store's outlay, neatness, products, layout, friendly efficient staff. Compliments to the store manager - Carmen, at Tyger Valley Centre. My first visit to any Miladys and definitely not my last.

Lovely friendly service from a young lady, Isiphile (according to slip), for a return at this branch over the weekend - thank you! (Her supervisor took a while to arrive to authorise, didn’t make eye contact, no greeting. Isiphile apologised for the delay). Thank you also to a male staff member and a customer who both checked on my mum (seated nearby) while she was waiting for me.

Visited shop at Tygervalley found item I wanted however so shocked to be told you BUY your own bag. So spending hundreds of rands at Miladys but you must buy your own R1 bag 😲. Whole shopping turned sour to me- such classlessness , capitalist, arrogance of skelms and skollies all covered in “fancy” stores. I mean supporting and advertising for them at your own cost 🫤 really??. Miladys if you didn’t know now you should know carrying your bags at the mall is advertising -customer does not need to pay for YOUR bags. It was first and last.

Shocking service received from Bradley at Miladys Tygervalley. Customer service was non existent. Was told simply to go to N1 city so they could sort my problem out. Well they did Doné you rock.

Sale prices differs from other Miladys stores. Bought a turban on sale at Canal Walk for R 69, but at Tygervalley it was R99 for the exact same turban and this was one day apart I visted the stores. Sweat pants was R 159 at Canal Walk, but R 199 at Tygervalley. Their excuse is that Canal Walk items went on sale first....what a load of nonsense. Shouldn't all stores have the same prices? Their customer service needs a lot of work.

Miladys could improve their customer service. I have been waiting 1 month for a dress to be transferred to this branch from Canal Walk.

Clothes advertised in booklet are never in stock and you can view it online but not purchase anything online. So if you see something nice on social media, oh well..
