Used this carwash before and was very happy. However this morning I was greatly disappointed with the service of the staff there. They were more worried about tips than actually making sure the car was clean. A lady walks up with boiled eggs, they drop everything they busy with to purchase and eat while people are waiting for their cars. I will no longer be using your carwash. Thank you. There are no managers managing what's going on in their carwash. You will be chasing more clients away.

Unfortunately, the Cappuccino was just awful, so much so I never consumed it. Pity as it's on my commute and seemed like an appealing place to try. Will go back but not for the coffee!!!

I came to use the carwash and waited in line behind a few cars. A gentlemen in a car came a few minutes after me and waited behind me. When the cars in front of me started to move, the guy in the blue car then skipped the queue and went two cars in front of me. I complained to the staff and asked them to tell him to move. They didn't. I then went to approach the guy in the blue car and asked him to kindly move. He asked me what did the staff tell me. And I said the staff didnt tell me anything and that its not fair that he skips the queue and that's not how a queue works. I then complained again to the staff and they didn't react at all, they couldn't care less. In the end it seemed they served this gentlemen first because of nepotism and racism. I do not recommended this garage to anyone. I even had bad service inside from the staff at the shop

Please tell petrol attendant Thyme to assist customers according to the sequence they arrived at pump station. I value my time too. 19:50 on 21 April

Phoned the Total as I needed gas, the lady on the phone told me they had gas. What she did not tell me (only to find out when I got there) is that THEY DO NOT ACCEPT GREEN GAS BOTTLES ONLY THE ORANGE ONES!!!!! F0k.

Most terrible service ever, staff laughed at me for trying to order... they are rude and unnecessary. Their steers close 2 hours earlier than any other place because of laziness

5 star service for the petrol attendant runnig after a client in the traffic because the petrol cap was not secured. He ran after the bakkie in traffic to place cap back . Welldone he need a bonus

Just get the best service ever from Daison. What a nice and professional gentleman. I felt very important the moment he started to open his mouth greeting me and asked if he can check my oil.,pressure, clean windows and an amoynt of petrol he must throw in my car. Wow what a service. He closed the conversation by asking if i have a loyalty card. Iam happy with the service.

It has some basics. A Steers, A car wash and a Standard Bank ATM.

They reopened their newly renovated store and the service has become even worse than it was before and I didn't even think that's possible. Tried to pop in to grab a pie and some cigarettes. 40 min later and I walked out empty handed. There was one person Infront of me at the pie counter and instead of finishing with the person and moving on to the next the lady behind the counter proceeded to have a full 20min conversation and completely didn't care about me asking for help. So I walked away and went to the counter to get cigarettes instead. Stood at the counter and no stock of the brand I wanted was on the shelf. This then needed the management to go check at the back which ended up taking another 20min to tell me there's no stock. Had high hopes when they reopened since I drive past here every day from work and I haven't stopped there because of the poor service in over a year. First time I tried them again and it's a disappointment again. I guess I should stick to the BP up the road like I have been doing for the past year

If it’s not homeless people lassing at your window, it’s an attendant dribbling towards your motor in their own time and the audacity to still ask for a job ?! Neee dankie

My absolute favourite when the priority level of filling my bakkie at the station is at I'll watch videos on my phone while I deal with customers and I mean at no point did the video stop playing .

I just joined the team today, right from the top to the bottom of the chain of command driving this customer oriented firm were easy going, tough yet kind and most of all helpful and easy to work with. My first day as a trainee was rewarding and I see myself going the extra mile to make our clients experience wonderful and rewarding. Bon voyage🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
