Wish I could give zero stars. The neighborhood is sketchy. The hotel is a dump and I was immediately creeped out as I walked in the front door. The two Indian guys were rude. I got bad vibes from the smell in the lobby and said I would not be staying and asked them to cancel. They refused and said they would charge me even if I didn't stay. I said I would leave an appropriate review online and challenge the credit card charge. The older Indian man followed me into the parking lot yelling at me abusively. Wyndham needs to kick them to the curb. They are dishonest, shady, and rude. I was afraid for my life as I got into my car, which confirmed my gut feeling. I'm a disabled older woman. I need to feel safe.

Stay clear from this Days Inn. Check was no problem but my first room was. It wasn’t cleaned. The second room wasn’t cleaned either. The third time front desk went up stairs to check to see what room was cleaned. Carpet was dirty, bed was nasty. Just everything about this place was disgusting. Go across the street to Hilton Garden Inn. You’ll be happy you paid little more.

Awesome staff, great location, perfect hot breakfast (eggs, bagels, waffles etc) for people on the go. The staff go above and beyond to help their guests. We enjoyed the new pool furniture they put in the pool area. If you are here for a concert at Levi’s stadium or if you are working in the area, it’s the perfect little spot for a clean room and an affordable stay. Try it out you won’t regret.

My husband and I on our honeymoon doing a road trip booked a room for the night on our way through since the pictures looked like it was a nice place… it was not. We went and checked in and went to get our bag from the car when two guys and a women pull in the parking lot, the women went and got a room and went to get the guys from what we saw. one of the men started screaming at the women that he didn’t get his own key and started threatening her that he would break her jaw and pull a gun on her, there were way worse threats but I’d rather not use that language. We felt very unsafe as we are a young couple. When we went to go to our room there were garbage bags in the hall and a nauseating smell through out the whole hotel. There were stains in the curtains and rips in the sheets as well as white strings all over the blanket. We didn’t stay there longer than 30 minutes when we decided to check out and go somewhere else we didn’t use anything and were in the room for maybe 15 mins and they refused to give us a refund. We ended up booking a room at the nicest hotel we have every stayed at for $20 more. I would give this a 0 rating

I've stayed at several Fremont hotels for a couple days weekly for work over the last several months but this is by my favorite. The staff are super welcoming, it's clean, near restaurants/grocery stores and feels way safer than some of the other hotels I've stayed at recently. I keep coming back and will keep doing so until work calms down. Glad to have found this one!

A basic, no frills hotel. It's not exactly dirty but it looks like it in some areas and there seems to be an odd smell in the common areas. The staff is helpful but I'm not sure if they are exactly friendly or just there and bored. It's not a bad place to stay, but it's nothing to write home about either.

It's been 5 years staying at this hotel due to my work and I must say it's one of the best place to stay if you're looking for economical stay. Staff is very friendly and always helpful in case of any issues I have. Also, the hotel is located at the ideal place surrounded by loads of food, grocery and transportation options which makes it even more convenient for working class people.

Great place to stay when you’re in town. Staff is always kind and friendly and they have great customer service. Close to many fast food, restaurants, groceries, CVS. While it’s easily accessible to the streets and interstate, you can still get a restful sleep as the rooms are quiet, private and the pillows and bed are soft and I’m always cozy staying here. Housekeeping knocks on your door to check if you need anything ie cleaning, towels, coffee or your trash collected. So yes this will always be one of my favorite places to stay when I’m in town for work.

The staff was very friendly, curteous, and able to give good local recommendations. The room was a good size and was nice and clean. The area seems safe and it is walking distance from a few markets, good restaurants, and fast food. Great experience overall, especially for the price

Staff was amazing especially this one man, Bimal, maybe he was the manager but he was kind. Great locations nearby such as train station, food places and Starbucks. Quiet area. One of the side chair in my room was dirty with a white stain so kind of grossed me out but wasn’t a big issue (I kept my belongings away) so I didn’t complain.

Visited someone and stayed a few night's. Nice hotel, great location. Area is very busy due to location. Lot's of little store's, eating spots, high tech companies, easy access to 680, 880 and 237.

My recent stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Fremont Airport was an absolute delight from start to finish! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality that made my visit truly unforgettable. First and foremost, the location is superb. Situated conveniently close to the airport, it made my travel experience incredibly stress-free. The ease of getting to and from the airport was a major plus. The hotel itself exuded a charming and cozy atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The lobby was tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming ambiance that made me feel right at home. The check-in process was swift and efficient, thanks to the courteous staff who made sure I had everything I needed. My room was an oasis of comfort and cleanliness. The attention to detail was evident, and it was clear that the staff took great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of travel. The amenities in the room were well thought out and truly enhanced my stay. One of the standout features of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The variety of options available was impressive, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Whether I wanted a hearty breakfast to start my day or something light, there was something for everyone. The dining area was spacious and immaculate, making it a pleasant place to enjoy my meals. The hotel staff, without a doubt, were the highlight of my stay. Their genuine friendliness and willingness to assist with any request or question I had made me feel like a valued guest. It's the small details like this that truly set Days Inn by Wyndham Fremont Airport apart. Lastly, I must commend the value for money that this hotel offers. Given the level of service, comfort, and convenience, the pricing is incredibly reasonable, making it an excellent choice for travelers seeking an exceptional experience without breaking the bank. In conclusion, my stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Fremont Airport was nothing short of wonderful. From the convenient location to the welcoming atmosphere, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding staff, it exceeded all my expectations. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so special. I can't wait to return!

You get what you pay for. The bathrooms have been redone and are nice, but the room is fairly old, and the temperature unit was very hit and miss on cooling the room. The TV did not work and I found a bug in my room. Don't expect a breakfast. Overall a cheap hotel that was okay to sleep in, but definitely lacking the niceties of a more expensive hotel.

Not clean. Stains on a everything from the bed sheets to the towels.. Whole place smelled like smoke... Walls dirty.... Parking lot looked like a homeless camp... ... Couches and shower curtains.. I want expecting high end but was expecting clean. Stay far away.... Going to request a full refund.

I like this place! I stay in this area for work a few times a month. The front desk staff have always been courteous and kind to me, and know me by name when I show up. I have stayed at most of the hotels in the area. This is the best value I have found. It's safe, quite, clean, and simple. The beds and pillows are surprisingly comfortable, I always get a great night's sleep here. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

Super disappointed with the appearance and cleanliness of this place. Check in was fine and easy but the room I was assigned had old stains on the headboards, walls, shower, towels, and other places in the room.

I stayed here one night and I payed $150. I had ants infesting my bathroom about 3 hours into my stay. I went down to the front desk and housekeeping cleaned and sprayed the ants and he wasn’t going to do anything about it until I complained again. He only switched me rooms. This hotel is a one star for sure no breakfast nothing hotel is run down stains all over bedding. Not worth $150

It’s a place to sleep and shower, don’t stay any longer as it’s quite a depressing place, despite the colorful curtains and bed spread… Bedding and towels old but clean. Not so sure about the carpets… WiFi connection is fine. No breakfast but enough options around it. Overall it’s overpriced, this should be a 50 dollar stay, not 110…

My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it was perhaps one of the least satisfying stay for us all. With the booking confirmation email, we were informed that breakfast would come with our stay. But upon checking into the hotel, we came across a sign on the front desk that reads that the serving of breakfast has been discontinued due to COVID. Although it’s not that great of a big deal, it’s still a little misinforming to leave that included in the email. As soon as we got to our room, we noticed that one of the towels was stained with what seemed like crusty eyeliner or mascara. Even though it was just one towel, it’s pretty hard to miss. The first night, my brother and I went down to the front desk to ask about some services. And we understand that it was pretty late, considering we had checked in late. But given that we had traveled from so far, we thoughts maybe the guy at the front would be a little helpful, but he seemed unwilling to answer any questions we had. The man was speaking to another customer in his mother language, which was fine so we waited politely. He stopped his conversation to answer with an irritated “yes??” But anyhow that was not helpful. In the lobby area, there was also a sign that read that there are laundry services open for customers and the services start at 8 am. When we called in the morning, they proceeded to tell us that it would start at 2 pm. Again they called back to inform us that another customer needed laundry services as well so they could do it at 9 am instead and it would cost $8 a load. (Why delay us for 2 pm until another person requests service as well? Had that person never requested service perhaps we would’ve had to wait till 2. Also $8… alright.) Anyways they called back again shortly to let us know the fee has to be in cash only. Needless to say, we did not get our laundry done. :) Lastly, I took the stairs on my first night there, and I noticed a pizza box by the stairs on the 2nd floor. I considered picking it up then and there, but I left it to see how long it could take them to notice. The last day we were there, the pizza box was still there. (It’s only a two night time span, which is short, but that goes to show they don’t clean as they should.)

Awful service. Extremely rude staff (management) Unsanitary rooms, stains on blankets towels curtains and walls, dirty floors. Burnt blankets holes on curtains. Dust all over place. Just see the pictures and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

Staying here is always a pleasant experience for me. The staff is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable. The location is excellent with lots of food and shopping options. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area because it is consistently good in all areas.

This has to be my worst hotel stay ever. I stayed here for 11 nights. When I checked in, in the evening I was confronted by the front desk person. His name was Parsh. He was hiding in the back room on his personal laptop. Parsh was not a friendly person and never greeted me upon arrival, seems like his personal things on his laptop and personal phone calls on his cell phone was important than his job. As I proceeded to my room in the 3rd floor I noted the carpet floors were very dirty and outdated, but what makes things worse was that the carpet floors in the hallway and especially the elevator floor looks like were never vacuumed for a very long time. There's also a stench smell that doesn't seem inviting. Went to my room and my room was clean, however one of the towels in the bathroom had a stain and proceeded downstairs and notified Parsh that my towel is dirty and ask for a new towel so I can shower. Again Parsh was on his personal laptop in the back room. From the back room he told me it will take a while before I can get a fresh new towel. He never came to the front desk nor did he apologize. As I waited in my room I never received a fresh new towel and was unable to shower that evening thinking that all the towels maybe contaminated. I was very disappointed the following day. It was very sad that this place has no customer service whatsoever. Not even a sorry. The front desk staff here are the worst at customer service and customer hospitality. My opinion is that they come to work and wait for their paychecks and do their personal things when they should be helping guests. The only bright spot for this place is the housekeeping staff. My room was always cleaned everyday and they did a great job. As I checked out I asked for my receipt from Parsh and told me he already gave it to me when I checked in which is true but I needed another copy. He printed me another copy but he sighed like he didn't want to make another copy because he is too lazy. So much improvement this place needs and definitely needs to start with the front desk staff. Overall this place deserves a 0 star.

Regular rooms with good prices. Front desk was polite. The only flaw is that you can tell that some of the guest are full time residents and some rooms have wear and tear.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst service possible one star is too kind. The man working on 7/11/21 night is the rudest man you can come across. Would not help us and kept running us in circles. And claimed he couldn't read a paper he asked us to fill out more than once. Which is a lie because he read it back to us. He also denied giving us his managers name. And pretty sure he gave us a fake name for himself. Get better employees.

I love this hotel they always take care of me but the front desk clerk.. “HARRY” if that’s really his real name since when I asked for a card he didn’t have one.. this kid was the most disrespectful, high strung individual I have experienced ever at this hotel! Stay away from him
