I had never really known what Warhammer was before entering the store but suddenly I found myself purchasing and painting miniatures... I still haven't figured out the game but the figures were too beautiful to pass up. :)

Tidy, welcoming and friendly environment. I stopped by here to take a look as I was interested in the hobby. I was offered a warm welcome by Martin and was even shown how to paint a miniature myself. Martin was extremely patient with my D-grade painting skills and offered many words of encouragement whilst I struggled to wield the brush. I'm pretty pleased with the end result and will be recommending this shop to my fellow Oxford geeks due to how well I was treated in store. Many thanks Martin and team!

Pretty disappointing. Shop was empty apart from one other couple in the shop yet it took around 10 mins of me and my son looking round for anyone to bother asking if we wanted any help and the main purpose of that was to tell us that we couldn’t have a go on the demo painting stand because we weren’t new to the hobby. Bit of a rubbish way to look after those that have already invested so much money in their company!

Pretty upset with my visit today, I was excited at a new release of leagues of votann and pre ordered them online the week before. There is a promotion in store where if you spend £60 or more you get a limited edition coin and you can get a free miniature of the month to practice paining. However I was refused the coin even though I spend more than £30 in store and the £120 I spent on the box I pre ordered. I was also refused the miniature of the month as I couldn't build it in store as I was in a rush at the time. Disappointed and in the future I will be ordering on other websites like element games and wayland games to save on money as the service in store was below par ( the guy was who served me was very fake and it seemed like I was an inconvenience) I generally have had good experiences with other games Workshop stores, however I would give this one a hard pass in the future

The guys in here are awesome, they remember me when I come in. Super helpful all the time and incredibly knowledgeable. Really good little hobbying community here and my go to for paints :)
