    I didn't think it was possible but I found the worst chain hotel. So, there is so much but I will give you the cliff notes. At 9am hotel staff begin pounding on the doors telling people to wake up and get out. I thought I was having a nightmare but it was really happening. Like being in boot camp again. No joke. I was on first floor. People above me were practicing gymnastics or something all night long. I complained to the front desk. Finally the police were called but this was at 5am. I wasn't given any discounts or anything. The bed mattress are not on a box spring. Rather a piece press board that makes up the very poor quality head board. Are you ready for this last one? As I was checking out a asked the desk clerk if they could do anything for the noise I put up with all night and asked about the very obnoxious and bizarre wake up with the hotel staff banging on doors. Yes I copped a small attitude but nothing even close to what they deserved. I was told I was now on their DO NOT RENT list. I was stunned but somewhat relieved at the same time. I was told they "do not need my sort or attitude" and refuse to put up with it. Okay. So Motel 6 lost my business. I hope for your own sake, you steer clear of this hotel. There are others close by.

    Honest review time. The bathroom door didn’t shut all the way (had to lift up on the door to shut it). The shower had black mold growing in it. One of the beds were definitely smaller than the other. The card key was deactivated late at night coming from the venue. The WiFi was very poor. I had to wash my hair with a bar of soap. I hope you like to watch “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” with Guy Fieri cuz the TV remote didn’t work. The most mind-blowing thing I saw here was the A/C window unit was hardwired directly into the electric baseboard heater so whoever put it in was definitely not a professional. Overall.. It was kind of what I expected from previous reviews. I just needed a place to sleep for the weekend.

    Really nice experience very safe building. Marquita at the front Desk and the nicest person you would ever meet! has made sure my stay here was comfortable and enjoyable. All the managers are really nice and down to earth which made it a plus for me. When I was in need of anything towels issue with debit card even third shift attendant came up to our room to fix the TV. All I can say is Thanks for making my stay delightful.

    1 This is not a motel, it is a cow stall. -2 There is an old woman who works at the reception, she is very rude and racist. I came from New York at 11 pm, I was going to sleep there for one night, my wife reserved a room for me. I do not know very well English, and when I went there I told her my name, she pretended she didn't understand, I also showed my phone so she could read it better, she got angressive and told me you can't stay in my hotel, your room is cancelled, I called the police they also come, I was surprised by the police men when they told me why you came to this hotel, these people who work are not normal. I'm writing bigger! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SLEEP IN YOUR CAR ALL NIGHT LIKE ME

    We had a reservation for three nights. Noisy area and building, so not ideal for light sleepers (edit: second day there was constant barking). After the first night we had to ask for new towels, we kept getting redirected to talk to other people or come back later. Altogether we waited 4 hours for towels. About an hour later (3pm) our keys were shut off and needed to be reactivated. When we went to the front desk we were met with rude behavior and blamed for the deactivation for the cards. Overall, two stars for a 2-star motel.

    Our room was clean, good wifi, comfy bed, hot water with good pressure. People at front desk were very friendly and helpful!.. Now the bad.. No refrigerator in room, ice maker wasn't working, the hallways smelled horrible, several people living there with dogs and cats. The parking lot was very sketchy... Cars on blocks! Even though I had a decent room (3 nights) and friendly staff, I would not stay there again. Sorry...

    The manager Becky is the best hotel manager I've ever met in my life ! She was so professional and courteous toward me and other guest from what I could hear ! I showed up at the hotel at the last minute and she was able to get me settled in very nicely and anything I needed she made sure I had it right away. Ive never seen anyone do their job so passionately and show so much empathy in the service industry. She is the absolute best and I would only come back to stay if she's here.

    I love this place, I wish there was a longer stay period then two weeks but it's alright... Furthermore your staff is amazing, especially this one particular worker who went above and beyond for me, and others as I can see when I walk past the front desk. I believe her name is Lucy.

    Ms.Lucy at the front desk was so helpful,friendly,and kind.She helped me with a situation that was my fault. I accidentally booked a room for the wrong date and she handled it beautifully. She is a professional and beautiful person.Shes a keeper.

    I’ve never stayed in a motel like this before until now best receptionist ever is Lucy she’s simply amazing and has a heart of gold. Fully recommend her. Stay as well is amazing manager Gigi is amazing.

    The place should be burned down. The mattress in my room was stained with what looked like blood and urine. The air conditioner had no front piece. The replacement room mattress was stained with urine only and the TV did not work. I wanted my money back but they said they never give money back. I never got my money back. The Mgr didn't come in until 9 am. I was at work by 7.

    I really enjoyed my stay here and specially the way, a receptionist name, Lucy. She treat us with kindness, professionalism, friendliness, and make us feel like we are back home even though we are far from home it feels like we are home. Thank you Lucy for your great work. We need more people like you, I know the world will be a better place if everybody behaved like you do, thank you for everything. Blessings.

    Great staff, Liz and Lucy provide great customer service. The rooms are kind of basic but very clean, beds are nice. Internet works well on the 2nd floor. Microwave is shared near the lobby with vending machines and ice. Price is great. I would recommend it, and would stay here again.

    Once in the room it was ok, downside is the outside and the inside corridors etc needed a good vacuuming. Room was quiet and bed felt good. Walking distance to McDonald's and other food options. For the price it's unbeatable.

    Laura at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and understanding. She would take each customer and give complete attention to any question, comment or concern they had. If a situation came up she made note of it immediately and took proper steps to resolve it. We had a situation with the AC unit in our room. At a little after 9 at night. Maintenance was on site he came to our room right away evaluated the situation. He went directly to get a different AC unit from somewhere else and swapped the bad one out of the wall and installed the new one. Plugged it in, turned it on and made sure there was no other issues.

    The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very basic and somewhat clean. However, there was a very strong smell of marijuana in the reception, the hallways and our room. When arriving back at the motel one afternoon. The Police drove through the carpark and the group of what looked like drug affected people standing outside reception, disappeared very quickly. This made us feel uncomfortable and a little unsafe. The motel is close to the airport but I my opinion there are better places to stay.

    We were able to check in late with no problem. Kelly booked us in and had great customer service. The TV in our room didn't work so she was able to get us a different room with no issue. If you have guests they have to check in as well and we had no problem with that so we complied the next day Jasmine was working the front desk and she was great as well. Very welcoming and was very helpful. The only downside is that the motel looks a little run down. The carpet is dirty and sometimes you see a few sketchy characters walking around but they mind their business. Also the rooms were clean so that's a plus

    At a very trying time, I am glad I came to stay at this Motel 6. I have had the most helpful customer service from Kelli, Kayla, and Marquita. These women have really gone above and beyond to make sure myself and my son have had everything we have needed; if something wasn’t right, it was immediately fixed. The rates have been very reasonable; and for that I’m thankful. Housekeeping has made sure we have clean bedding, towels, and garbages. I highly recommend this location of Motel 6. The staff is great, clean rooms, and always feel safe and welcome.

    The check-in was cordial. That's about where the good part ends. The elevator was broken. The hallways smelled of urine. The mattress was older than I am and hopefully the stain on it was old enough that whatever pathogens made it were dead. The plastic bag over the smoke detector was either so people could smoke in the room or to protect it because it was the cleanest thing.

    Devian and Beth were more then informative about the Harley attractions and events in the area as well as great places to eat. Both desk clerks went above and beyond to make sure my companion and I were pleased with our room and had what we needed.

    Nice & clean motel. I was expecting a lot less than I received. The employees really go above and beyond for their guest I notice it first hand with other guest and employees as well. The rooms are very clean and neat. Great deal with a great price! Happy guest here!

    If you're looking for the least amenities, this is the place. The tv had a glitch. The mattress on the platform bed kept sliding. No microwave or mini fridge. There are no extra pillows or blankets because they don't have them

    Motel 6 in Oak Creek is great! Kayla and Liz and their crew made us comfortable and they supply everything we need! They are valuable employees and I would recommend this location to anybody because of them

    Very nice facility with clean, updated, and quiet rooms. I would have marked 5 stars except for the experience of checking in. The woman at the front desk was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. I felt like I had ruined her day just by checking in for a reservation that I had made online. Someone like that should never be in a role that is customer facing. I would honestly think twice before I stayed here again, which is unfortunate because this really is a very nice facility and we are dedicated Motel 6 travelers, mostly because of their pet-friendly policy.

    I don't normally do this, but staying there was the worst experience I had at a motel. Rooms not clean, very load people (like screaming),I watched someone open someone else's room with the wrong key card which is not ok. Location poor and people and places around there match.

    Room was very dirty with visible stains on bedding, pillows, floors. Drain in tub was clogged so showers quickly became baths. No fridge or microwave in room or any utensils at front desk. Last but not least a few roaches were spotted and that was enough for us to leave.

    Great location however by far the worst I have stayed in and I've stayed in a lot. My room smelled my pure cigarettes. I called to reserved so was so surprised by it. There was a large sweater on the bed. The noise all around was just horrible. The bathroom had all this issues. Never again. It was so bad I didn't even stay the whole night after three hrs I left. Since they have a strict no cancelation rland return policy I lost the funds. However they lost me as a loyal customer and many others.

    Jasmin, the lady who works at the front desk is amazing!! She went above n beyond to help me check into my room, great Customer Service from her! Huge hotel asset, right there. The rest of the staff seems friendly as well. The hotel itself can use some improvement though. No microwave, refrigerator, or coffee maker in the rooms...which would be quite helpful being that I have to stay here 2 days a week and i come packed my own food for my trip, due to diet restrictions. If it wasn't for the ice machine, my food would def spoil so thank goodness for that much. Also, the reception in that place is just terrible, maybe because I'm from Chicago, idk.. but i was late getting to work, it took me over half an hour trying to find a connection so that i can order a lyft to work. I literally had to walk the parking lot with my phone held up in the air just to find better connection...with a 5G. Other than that I have no complaints, ill be returning every week because all in all...the pricing is the most reasonable in the area.

    My stay at this hotel was amazing! I loved everything about it, especially the staff. The front desk attendant Elizabeth Rodriguez was so responsive, respectful, and helpful with getting me a room l. It was very clean, home warming, and sanitized with everything fresh! Thank you Motel 6!!!

    My stay actually exceeded my expectations. My room was neat and clean. Kayla at the front desk helped me to get a few extra sets of sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and of course COFFEE 😁 Everything came quickly and service was amazing, super friendly and helpful with anything I needed. I felt right at home! Thank you 🙏🏼

    My stay has been a home away from home! The staff here has made my stay bearable and comfortable. Marquita in the morning has been my savings grace in the morning as well as the manager who is very polite and knowledgeable but I have to say all the staff no matter what shift are rely friendly and will go out their way to make sure your stay is comfortable.

    This place has been a life saver for me and my fur babies. My apartment wasn’t ready and I started to panic a little bit. My ultimate fear is picking a hotel that’s cheap, but dirty. But with little funds from moving, what do ya do? I called and spoke to Devon and he was very nice and informative of the prices, the pet policy, and other things my anxiety filled brain came up with. He checked me in and was very welcoming! Not just to me but to other guests that came across the front desk. Getting into the room and to my surprise, it’s CLEAN!! So well put together and I didn’t feel that I should put my bags up high (although I still do). Perfect nights sleep even with the Halloween people coming and going. Fast forward 4 days and my apartment STILL wasn’t ready (face palm). I went to the front desk and spoke to Diamond who helped me with setting up another reservation to keep my room. If I could give this place a 0-10, it would be a 8.5 for sure. The pillows are my only thing, honestly. Bring one haha. But overall, my stay has been awesome and I’ll definitely book with them again! Thanks you guys for all your help in calming my moving anxiety ❤️
