I
don’t
believe
I
have
ever
experienced
such
terrible
customer
service
anywhere!
I
made
my
first
call
a
few
months
ago
in
regards
of
insurance
information
and
the
woman
that
I
spoke
to
was
very
helpful
and
kind.
I
called
back
a
few
weeks
ago
because
I
had
just
a
few
more
questions
and
the
woman
that
answered
this
time
was
rude,
talked
with
a
bad
attitude.
She
talked
to
me
as
if
I
was
dumb
or
slow.
The
only
dumb
person
on
the
phone
was
her!
She
thought
she
had
put
me
on
hold
when
I
heard
her
load
and
clear
telling
someone
“why
are
patients
so
dumb
when
it
comes
to
insurance”
I
was
shocked!
I
immediately
hung
up.
I
called
once
again
a
few
days
later
and
this
time
a
gentleman
answered.
I
asked
him
my
insurance
questions
and
he
said
he
couldn’t
answer
at
this
time
because
he
was
busy
with
a
patient,
but
that
he
would
call
me
back
.
It’s
been
over
a
week
and
I
was
the
one
that
had
to
follow
up
with
the
call
he
was
supposed
to
make.
I’m
disappointed.
I
had
heard
great
things
about
this
office
and
was
looking
forward
to
become
a
patient
there.
Not
anymore.
Replying-
Thank
you
for
responding
but
I
called
back
on
Monday
and
Carissa
answered
the
phone.
The
woman
who
called
me
dumb
and
was
rude
is
still
there.
I
guess
you
let
the
wrong
person
go.
I
have
a
two
implants
that
need
to
be
capped
but
I’m
very
bothered
with
your
staff
upfront.
A
little
advice-
have
the
gentleman
and
woman
take
BASIC
customer
service
training
or
get
those
two
out
of
there.
My
daughter
in
law
recommended
asking
for
Dr.
Carolyn
herself
or
the
lab
assistant.
I
will
be
calling
this
week
to
schedule
my
first
appointment
there
I’m
hoping
Someone
with
knowledge
answers
this
time.
