I love Jenna! She has been doing my hair since 2008 (13 years!) and even after I moved to Vancouver, WA I still make the drive to Tigard for my appointments. I’m a blondie and she always makes it shine! Her salon is comfortable, clean and stylish. She’s done a great job adding her personality to the space. I would recommend Jenna to anyone. My mom and friends also see Jenna and always look amazing!

I went to Rouza for a perm and was pretty nervous about it but the confidence in her work that she showed really helped. I could tell she had done perms on guys many times because she knew exactly what I wanted and understood I didn’t want my hair curly just wanted to add some body/waves. Hair came out really good and the perm solution she used was VERY good and hardly damaged my hair if it did at all. Definitely going back to Rouza!

I had my first perm in over twenty years by Rouza. She did an amazing job & talked me into a little more curl than I was brave enough to ask for so it would last longer. I love it! I am a wash & go type person so this is how I usually go. But if I want to take the time there are so many different ways I can style my hair now. And she even managed to hide my weird hair cowlick on the back of my head.
