Read this before booking the resort and do so at your own risk. We had booked the resort for a week for a conference. The rooms seemed clean and the biggest pro was that the bed was comfy and the staff were really polite and helpful. The hotel owner however is clearly a scamster. They overbooked the hotel during our stay. The staff was overworked and couldn’t support us. Moreover it completely ruined our experience. We were lied to about the magnitude of the event and later threatened for payment before time or they would cut off the services. They even asked to give up some of the rooms while we were still staying there. Could only be resolved because we pulled some strings and got someone in power to talk to them. Additionally: The rooms smelt like sewage every now and then. There is some sewage issue for sure. Quite disgusting to be in the room during this time. There was no hot water in most of the rooms. Luke warm at best. The dogs on the property are treated badly. Very difficult to be around that kind of cruelty. I would never come here again. The hotel owner doesn’t understand hospitality and went out of their way to make us feel uncomfortable.

However, there seems to be room for improvement in terms of staff training and qualifications. Providing more comprehensive training to the staff members at all levels would enable them to better address guest requirements and swiftly resolve any issues or queries. This enhanced service approach would contribute to a more peaceful and satisfying stay for guests. One valuable suggestion for the resort management is to consider hiring a seasoned super manager with robust qualifications and exceptional management skills. This addition could elevate the level of service and streamline operations, thereby attracting more visitors and enhancing the overall quality of the resort. In conclusion, Veerdency Luxury Resort stands out for its dedication to pure vegetarian dining, cozy accommodations, and event spaces. By focusing on staff training, qualifications, and introducing a capable super manager, the resort has the potential to further elevate its services and create a more inviting environment for guests.

Worst hospitality experience: We had blocked the whole resort for a week for serious training and development work with teachers coming from all over the world. The management gaslit us and lied - despite promising the resort was fully booked for us - they kept having events and guests - full day events in lawns etc., with very loud music and 400+ guests. When questioned they resorted to rudeness and threats - pressurizing the organizing team to pay the remaining 20% payment. We had to resort to police support to be able to get our work done. Oh and the toilets stink!

Here's a point-wise review of my experience at Veerdency Resort: Unclean Room: The room wasn't clean during check-in, and we had to request another cleaning. Unreasonable Prices: The food was tasty, but the prices were incredibly unreasonable. Unwelcoming Staff: The restaurant staff lacked proper training and were unwelcoming. Pathetic Room Service: Room service was disappointing; they even failed to provide sufficient cutlery. Immediate Payments: We were required to make immediate payments for every small request, even a water bottle. Breakfast Nightmare: Our breakfast order was a disaster. They forgot to prepare it after waiting for half an hour. Reordering took 45 minutes, and they charged us for the wrong food, refusing to correct it. No Management: When we asked to speak with the manager or someone from management, we were told there was none, and they handle everything themselves. Mosquito Infested: The rooms were filled with mosquitoes at night, and there was no mosquito repellent available. Unclean Pool and Amenities: The swimming pool was unclean, and amenities like the TT table were in terrible condition. In conclusion, our stay at Veerdency Resort was riddled with issues, making it an overall disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend considering other options for your stay

Wonderful place to stay! Rooms are super clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The grounds are beautiful, with many landscaped pathways and a large pool. The meals are delicious and the staff members make sure you have everything you need (including music requests).

They have no clue whatsoever about what hospitality industry is all about. It's just a young rich kid with a BMW running the show who has no idea about managing a hospitality business. The management who are present there seem to be from a very mediocre hotel background who are not on par with the current industry standards. The management is very money minded, they ask for money first, before anything. I suggest the management and the owner kid to get trained on how to manage & run resort/hotel/events. The food is good, may be bcoz it's outsourced to another team. The house keeping staff is also good that's bcoz it may have been outsourced as well. And yes, the resort looks good, probably bcoz it was outsourced to a landscape managing team. But the ppl managing all of this needs a big improvement.

We hosted our Diwali party for 80 people here and had an amazing time. Harish and the staff were all extremely accommodating and helpful and made our experience here all the sweeter. The food was also excellent. We highly recommend

The place looks good. I had visited it in the night to attend a function. Location is not too inside too but away from the city. It's quite in there. Has swimming pool. Can spend some peaceful time for sure.

This is the worst resort I have visited in whole of India. The food is of no taste and the cook (does not deserve to be called Chef) also doesn't know how to talk to customers. The room services were very poor. The locks of the doors were broken. Even it is not safe to stay there. 7 pairs of shoes, sandles and few cloths were stolen from outside rooms within the resort. When I posted a review, I was threatened by the owner of the resort on call. The way to resort is also a pagdandi of around 700 meters from Road. There is no option of negative stars on this otherwise I would have given - 5 (minus) points. The behaviour of owner Mr Pagaria was like he would be the owner of whole Karnataka state.

Such a nice & peaceful place. The whole place looked really beautiful. Very serene & calm. It's not a very huge place but it looks good. The pool was the best part. Rush is very less since they only have limited rooms. You can get enough time to play there. Overall the experience was good.

Veeredency was the best option for our entire family to gather and have a blast. The place offers great service and the staff is very responsive and helpful. Mahi was on top of all the requests and obliged with a smile. The food catered to all in the family with different dietary restrictions. Would recommend the place.

We recently had my sister's wedding here. The place is very good. The staffs are very professional and very helpful. But I would like to give a shout out to the owners who were very accommodating and available whenever we wanted to have a discussion. Overall a very nice experience. The food is awesome, every items were super duper tasty. I would highly recommend this resort.

Rooms are good. Service was not up to the mark. Had to do multiple calls for single request. Lunch and Dinner was good. Breakfast was disappointing. Very less options. Food refilling also took significant time. There got water wasn’t enough hot. It wasn’t even warm. The answer we got is this is what it is. Overall does not justify the tariff.

Amazing experience..!! Beautiful ambience . Food was amazing , hygienic and with good quality. Mahi maam was very kind and helpful. Amazing hospitality by her and the entire staff. Made sure we had a memorable stay. Must visit for a fun filled holiday.

We were a group of 100 for a family gathering and we had a terrific time here. Rooms are nice and well appointed, the pool is large and the lawns are equally great. Food was very good, all vegetarian fare as the place is run by Jains and so getting Jain food is no issue. Highly recommended.

We went for our community day outing for uttarayan festival. I was amazed with the pleasantful experience from the vast greenery lawn to amazing party hall to delicious food. We totally enjoyed it.

We landed in this place for my Dad's birthday. Food was good though the items for alacarte were very limited. Harish was empathetic and ordered cake when I requested last minute. Thankyou Harish

The services that were provided by the staff members were very good. Everyone was very corporative and took care of our requirements. The property was very spacious and the ambiance was good. The food was also very tasty. The owner Mr Mahaveerji Pagaria was beside us all the time and personally took care of our needs. The most unforgettable moment was the DJ night and the bonfire. We would like to thank the owner and the staff for giving us such a good experience.
