First thing, it looks like a big place in photos but it’s not, that was a bit of a surprise initially - It’s a small play area however, the space looks beautiful and magical as the name says. It’s different from other play areas. We paid INR 750 for one hour and one DIY session (my kid got the DIY material to take it home after he worked on it - the staff engaged him well). The people at the reception were very customer-friendly. Liked their attitude towards serving the customers. My kid thoroughly enjoyed playing there and wants to visit again. Go for it! It will be a very enriching and fulfilling experience for your kid. Highly recommended! It’s located at level 2 of VR Mall.

The place is different from the regular play area. Its neat and magical. Most suitable for kids below 6yrs. They also engage the kids in some creative activities. The service of the caretakers are not satisfactory. They need to be more attentive and interactive with the kids.

Prema and the play activity for toddlers is Amazing at VR mall. My kids enjoyed their time here. Very reasonable price too!

We have visited the awesome place more than 15 times and we had a lot of fun. I like the recently introduced plans that allow us to subscribe and visit more for a lesser price per session. My only feedback is to have the existing activities, toys and equipment maintained regularly to avoid broken stuff and injuries. I would suggest if we could have a section for kids books as well, as it is part of fun!!

I don't know what Kind of "fraud" these guys are doing that they were unable to provide me a properly printed "receipt". The receipt they provided was not properly printed .... The lady at the counter gave me number of her manager and promised me that I will get a copy on my mail....... But even after following for months ... The manager said that they don't have a policy of providing a receipt on mail...thn atleast provide me a properly printed receipt... But they are unable to provide me a valid receipt. Just an SMS ....which is not acceptable by any organization. My company which provides me reimbursements...Also refused to accept that half printed receipt... There is obviously some fraud going on that's why they can't provide a "valid" receipt... not even on mail.

The area is beautifully designed for kids. The staff was helpful. But it’s a small place for the high price they charge. Overall it has a good ambience and kids really enjoy their time there. So I recommend going there with kids atleast once.

Very good place to drop childrens. All the games are soft and risk free, good staffs. But price is bit expensive

It’s very small place to play and very expensive one. I am giving these 2 stars only for the good behaviour and cleanliness of that place. We can’t tell it’s a soft play because all play things are made up of hard material, there’s a chance to get hurt the children. The children can only play maximum of one hour in one stretch. And they’re charging extra money for adults just to enter the playing area. Staffs are saying they can’t give any benefits to kids because there’s an operating camera to watch all those things.

The place is small but good.. however the staffs seems to be rude and strict with kids!

Very pricey place. They offer some art activity but again that is charged extra. Kids can spend half an hour. You can opt this place at this price if you want a place to sit while kids play for some time. They sell membership package showing that play session are cheap but play sessions alone are not very engaging until the kid gets DIY activity. When you do the math of membership each session of play and activity cost more than the non membership price,. Think if you are okay to put up with this dishonest pricing policy.

This place is really a waste of time. Place is big but It doesn't have much activities for the kids. Actually I have taken a member ship from Nexus Whitefield which is really good. But I assumed it will be almost the same but here they don't have much. So I have asked only for half an hour and carry forward the remaining half an hour for the next time. That also they can't do. Though the place doesn't have any crowd, they are not allowing another parent and they are charging 200₹ which is really high for that kind of place.

This is truly an awesome place.. I have been visiting since 6 years and it's always been a great experience. Both my kids have loved every minute they have spent in here.

Good place to enjoy for kids .we have been coming here for the past 2 years. our kids are enjoying a lot.

My baby is 11 months old, she can crawl not yet started walking. This place is very good, she likes it very much, since the floor is covered in mat need not to worry even if she fall.

It’s a bit smaller than hamleys play area, but it’s just worth it. The maintenance is really good. It would have been better if the staff are more attentive with the kids rather than being on their phone.

The place is very safe for children to enjoy. They can have enough time to enjoy. It's good that parents can accompany the child as well.Well maintained as well.

The staff are good and the area is neat. But it's a small play area and not worth taking a membership. Safe or not depends on the crowd and age of kids playing. Obviously it's not safe if you let a 2yr old play here when there's a large group of 10-12yr old kids playing and running around. In my opinion, this place is only suitable for kids < 5yr old, however the management has different opinion and allows upto 12 yr old here. Furthermore they should have an upper limit to the crowd. Sometimes there's no place to even walk around properly. Parents also should realise that 10yr old kids should be taken to a bigger area with different sports where they can express themselves better.

Nice place for the kids, awesome ambience. Recommend to take membership and use it. For membership kids it's worth the money and good time for kids to come quite often. My kid's favourite

The place is really awesome as it's name:) All the caretakers there do a great job. The entire floor is baby proofed with thick carpet. The do it yourself activity monitored by Ms Satya was really good! Kudos to the management!
