This place is highly recommend!! This is a stop on the way to Barachukki falls... The water at this spot flows over steps and it's accessible just 10 to 20 steps from main road making it very interesting to visit .. there will be very less crowd at this place, you can take many photos of this scenic place.. Please be careful of water, please don't go to forward as water level may increase anytime...

It was a good experience to have a small boat ride to and fro from the river bank in the small bamboo boat. They charge Rs. 100 per person. As an added bonus, near the end of the trip, he makes the boat go round in a stationary circle. Just close your eyes if you are feeling a bit giddy. If you have enjoyed the waterfall, don't miss out on this on your way back. You can also request for a boat ride only for couple/family if you don't want to go with other people.

I was driving past this place and happened to see the wonderful reflection of the mountain on the water. Nearby is the check dam. You can go on a coracle ride here. But for me the highlight was some great photo opportunity. The place was fairly clean and not heavily littered like other places in this down.

#IncredibleIndia #अतुल्यभारत I really loved and enjoyed the coracle ride after returning from Bharachukki Falls. This boating point is on the way to falls and can be easily noted from the main road. The person operating the coracle will take you to the opposite of the stream, after reaching the middle of the river, the boat will swirl really fast and that experience was really amazing. Swirling and going rounds in between the stream was altogether a different experience. Best time to enjoy the boating is in the evening when the sun is partially down, cool winds will release all of your stress in a single shot for sure. Charges for the ride are Rupees 100 per head. Near by the boating point there are some fresh fish joints where one can enjoy roasted fresh water fishes. Vehcile needs to be parked on the side of road itself as no defined space is available. Good place to go for a short ride in Kotta Vanchi(bowl boat). Coracle ride at the shivasamudram dam . Beautiful scenery and birds. Plan to be there in the morning or during sunset, afternoon its very hot, as it is open sun.

A very good place on the way from barachukki falls. The boating incharge people were very friendly. You've place to swim here. Perfect place to relax sometime.
