    Had really easy and good experience. My father had gone through two leg surgeries back to back within a month difference. Doctors and staff are very friendly. Hospital has every facility to make it easy for patients and attenders both. Other staffs are responsible as well. Cleaning get done property every day 2-3 times. And insurance department done quick process for the cashless. Thanks everyone for their efforts.

    Service of the doctor and nurse are good.But Sister need to be very careful when doctor advise about medicine to provide to patient. In our case they missed to give pain killer when doctor been advised. Little carelessness being there. After 3 hours they given after multiple follow up.

    The doctors and nursing staffs are very good. My mother admitted for spine L5 S1 issue. I was alone for caretaker, so almost all staffs were caring her from changing dress to going to washroom. Although they don't know Hindi, but they understand the feeling. Thanks to all staffs for keeping premises neat and clean.

    The hospitality by doctor's, nursing team, cleaning & helpers staff has been top notch as always. However as a previous patient from Narayana. Mazumdar shah center’s infrastructure and amenities were better than Narayana Ortho. Rest apart was excellent, thank you to all the teams.

    The seventh day hospital journey was good. Hospital staff are really helpful doctors, nurses, technicians and the whole narayana team did great. They treated me very friendly.They did a great job on my seven day recovery journey.

    We admitted my sister for knee surgery. I must say NH team is extremely reliable. Everyone here is professional and humble. Wards are very clean, hygienic and well maintained. Nurses are really helpful and caring in nature.
