Clean place. Quality equipment and knowledgeable trainers. Only down part is the crowd and its quality. But, if you're ready to put in hours and mind your business, you'll receive what you work for. Shower and lockers are there. But, you won't get a key or a dedicated locker. There are all 3 sorts of equipment : cardio, resistance and crossfit from Jerai fitness and quality sound system too (BOSE). Hygienic as well as every equipment gets cleaned after each use.

One of the better gyms in this part of town, the most impressive thing is the space available to workout. However, i couldn't find a rowing machine. The music was good but could be better. The changing rooms were clean.

I have had a great experience in this gym. Nagesh is a dedicated and professional fitness trainer with good knowledge. He has helped me achieve my fitness goals. Definitely worth investing in personal training with him if you are looking to train seriously.

In the lockdown I had joined this place on the date of 24 may and 1week I gone no proper timing and I had paid 4000 now I am saying I can’t come because I have to go for work that’s I called to the number and I ask for refund they told we can’t refund don’t know why really desopointed and they not mentioned in the bill 😞😞

It’s very near to my house. Has the best equipments and the trainers are very helpful. It’s little crowded though in the evening but that’s with every gym in the area. Have better amenities for functional training compared to what Golds gym has.

The best gym in the entire Yelahanka area. It has good space, all equipments, and that too some of them 2 each( dont see this in India much), and very clean place. Has a basement for free parking as well. Interestingly the trainers and even the crowd that comes here are all nice people to deal with. The owner himself is a hardcore gym enthusiasts, and I feel that has translated into this being the best in entire Yelahanka area. This place has state of the art equipments needed for a good work-out even for an advanced user. The dedication the personal trainers have is limitless. They push you harder to excel your own past self. Hygiene standards are also exceptional. It is fitted with Bose music systems for an amazing audio experience to motivate the hardwork. I personally vouch for every word I have said as I hve experienced this first hand.
