Located very close to Bangalore International Airport this a place which is tucked away in a green area a couple of hundred meters from the main road. The rooms are well done up and spacious. They offer welcome foot massage although it was good but I really don’t like someone at my feet. They have 2 banquet halls. They have the Lilly Restaurant and Lotus bar. The sitting area just outside the restaurant is actually looks floating as it is over a glass covered water tank. It looks pretty cool I loved it. The swimming pool is grand and well kept. It also has a nice design. My stay was amazing there.

Very friendly and comfortable stay, the rooms are good with spacious washrooms and a bathtub to relax in. You can enjoy the beautiful Bangalore rain with your loved one with a cup of coffee. In their spacious balcony... The resort gives a very homely feeling. The food is healthy; the staff is also courteous.

The rooms were pretty good and neatly maintained. I liked the fact that shampoo and conditioner bottles are kept instead of temporary sachets and small bottles. This really avoids a lot of wastage. Stay was pretty good. We had some issues with AC but the team quickly fixed the issues.

The location ( close to the airport) and the scenery was amazing however, the room was not too clean. The sofa was full of hair and the linen didn’t smell pleasant. There was even a hole in the towel - really disappointing I probably wouldn’t use this hotel if I were to stay close to the airport again.

A beautiful and peaceful place to spend time with loved ones. Far from the city crowds. It has very well-maintained and hygienic rooms and a balcony view. The interior and pool are beautiful. The food was really yummy, both in quality and quantity. Friendly staff and timely response. Providing excellent service and value for money. I will definitely come back here.

The complementary breakfast was also so good with Buffet which includes Sprouts, South Indian dishes, Continental dishes and fresh fruits with beverages. Gym and pool not maintained well. Has a big room size chess board in the garden which is quite unique! And has kids play area.

They have named it correctly, it is a resotel, which has features of both resort and a hotel. It's not as big to be called a resort. But it's not small as well to be called only as a hotel. They have pool, indoor games. Outdoor games few and limited. Good food. (3.5/5 - standard buffet ) Hotel staff are very cooperative. Good to spend one day/night outing with family.

This is located near to the bangalore airport just before the toll. I booked superior room which was with balcony . The room was quite spacious and clean. They have a lot of indoor games to play like pool, table tennis, carrom , archery etc. They have gym and swimming pool as well. There's kid play area and garden. The food here is really good. Enjoyed the stay. Recommended if you're looking for a peaceful stay over a weekend

It is a resort cum hotel facility located near Toll plaza of KIA. They have swimming pool, and lawn for conducting corporate team building activities. It also has a conference room for corporate meetings. It has a small restaurant serving multi cuisine Food. The down side is it is too small to host big sized teams. It is recommended for hosting mid sized team for corporate activities.

My review is for the restaurant which we visited recently. The property is close to Bangalore Airport and easily accessible of you have a cab or your own conveyance. A good selection of food for both veg and non veg. We tried some soup and starters followed by main course and all of the dishes were very well made. Hospitality is good and the staff were very courteous and attentive to our needs.

Rooms are spacious but the service is horrible. We asked for regular water at night, they asked us for an empty water bottle! We were forced to buy a packaged mineral water bottle from them, and that too had to be paid for in the middle of the night! They could not wait till check out time to bill us! The room that we got did not have proper AC running. There are no fans so it got really bad. We had to call the management several times before they agreed to relocate to another room. Food is nice though. Ample items on the menu. Location wise it's near the airport, nothing extraordinary. Properly has a pool, some indoor game activities, gym, outdoor playal area with some pet rabbits and ducks.

Rooms are really good, well maintained and give a feeling of 4* hotel. Staff is courteous, food is tasty and amazingly economical considering what others hotels charge. Ambience is good. Very close to airport. The hotel staff is a bit inexperienced. I would love to stay here again

I will not recommend this resort at all as rooms are in very bad conditions, not maintained. Not many things are available to spend time. Restaurant food is good. The reception staff is the worst especially since I will say the manager, who can only speak English fluently, however in coordination he is zero. Overall not a good experience.

My experience is excellent. We have organized a party and we stayed there for 2 nights, all the room were booked by us including complimentary breakfast. Food, service, staff behavior, everything was good. Special thanks to Mr. Bipin and Mr. Dipesh who are so friendly and helpful nature and make our stay there so much comfortable.

If you want a staycation away from all the hustle in the city this is the right choice. They have a well maintained pool, gym and play area. Rooms are average sized with different views. I am very lucky to join Sarvodaya PU College. Here we have good facilities for education. Teachers guide us to get more marks in exams. We have good teachers who have a lot of experience. Also we have responsible and caring non-teaching staffs. college conduct cultural programs to show our talents. I am very thankful for this institution for all the facilities

Had been visiting this place for over 1.5 years, literally everyday. Currently typing this while staying in one their rooms. From senior management to even the security personnel at the main gate, everyone is very attentive, responsive and courteous. F&B team will ensure you get something that suits you best. Love the bar.. very cozy, awesome view at any hour of the day and always good music! Housekeeping team, they have an eye for detail - I can tell coz I've OCD and they do a good job. They got banquets for different purposes and for all ages.. yes, why should adults have all the fun, kids get their own backyard. Definitely a place where there is something for everyone. Thanks to the team at Lotus, I've been staying here for 15 days approx and it's been good. Would definitely recommend their services.

Not ROYAL lotus It's HOCUS POCUS BOGUS ! I'd made a reservation here and when I reached the front desk reception - They are least bothered to treat/ welcome the guest Their tone and mannerisms are horrendous They just have the room key and sat down. Is this a roadside lodge? Not even a welcome or smile or greeting? Then I had to ask them to guide me to where the room is They did not even inform that without me questioning Never showed me around the place 😒 And the best part was AC not working! Then no toilet roll- When asked they just placed it in room and went away! Who will fix these ? Water bottles being charged 36 instead of 20- which the government has specified to not overcharge Go to this resort only if you want to have a bad weekend Only good thing is the restaurant here- that's a good one 😊 Else somebody should teach these people they are in hospitality sector and need manners !

Very well placed. 10 minutes from airport and nevertheless calm and quiet. Reasonably cheap. Rooms are Nice, modern and clean, international standards. Food is good, all style, indian, chinese and occidental. 10/10 on service. Very professionnal staff.

This resort is definitely recommended if you are looking for pleasant stay. The ambience is really great here. They also have couple of recreational activities like archery, billiards, carrom, etc along with outdoor activities like water polo(if you come in group) as swimming pool is in great condition. Food is really delicious. I assume they must having top notch chefs as I rarely see such taste and quality maintained well in wide variety of dishes that we had. Restaurant has a good ambience too. Gopal is the guy we would like to thank a lot as he's been very patient with us and provided us with whatever our requests are. Depesh(manager) was good as well in receiving us. Minor negatives why I couldn't give 5 star is : though rooms are really good. Bathrooms water heat adjusting system was not so good and also it used to take a bit of time for hot water.

This rating is just for the food and cleanliness during covid times... the doors are paper thin so you can say goodbye to a goodnights rest...almost everything in the room was faulty and had to be checked and repaired from TV remote to AC to hair dryer. Pleasant service overall.

Few staff are very rude the wifi is very bad. Cleaning is done with a lot of delay. They do not allow to dine in to the room which is frustrating.

I visited this place for a weekend stay and I must say that this is a one of it's kind. Its a Clean and Neat hotel with a resort feel and with all it's amenities. The pool is clean and maintained. However there could be improvement with the food they serve. Also found that there are no floor mats in the rooms.

A really good place to get away from the noise and pollution of the city. The food is amazing, literally everything we ordered we loved. Chicken biryani, pulao, corn cheese pizza, chaats, brownie with ice cream. Staff was really cooperative and helpful. They also have games like archery, mini golf, billiards, darts and the pool of course. Morning views of the sunrise are absolutely amazing from here too!

I had attended a wedding at this wonderful venue. The location is a perfect get away from the city, with enough privacy. The amenities includes a nice pool and there is enough open space for hosting functions or social gatherings. The food and service provided during the wedding was very nice.

We chose this cause of the proximity to the airport. Our stay was smooth thanks to the good staff there. The rooms were super clean so was the pool. It’s also a nice venue to host parties and events. The food is great too :)

Having booked more than 7-8 rooms and the entire 3 course meal for 2 days for a family wedding. They charge for bride’s mehndi stains in bed sheet. A tad bit less of a hospitality than expected. They could get better at this. Not the polite staff you’d expect not recommended either

It is just 15mins away from airport. So we booked this. The place was very calm and neat. Rooms were big and spacious. Room service was good too. Food, be it veg or non veg it was perfect and super delicious. Breakfast buffet had decent varieties which included Indian and continental. Gym,board games and Kids play area along with a few birds to pet and feed them was good as well. Pool area is big with DJ and rain dance. Only thing that lacked were shades or umbrellas by the pool. We badly needed the umbrella to sit by the pool and have some drinks or just see the kids play, as the day was very sunny. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Stay was awesome. Rooms are very nice. Swimming pool view is awesome. Lots of activities for both kids and adults. Food also very nice. Overall a great resort to spend time with family and friends. Highly recommended for weekend getaway.

Nice place. Booked it for wedding. Staff is helpful and polite. One major disappointment - food wasn't up to the mark. And the number of plates consumed were less than number of plates booked- still few items were not there after 9 or 9.30. They removed live counter. Even Jalebi wasn't crispy.
