It aches to give 3 stars. Although this had everything, it can still do better. First of all, the suite room is overpriced for extra dining table and chairs. When it comes to regular room, it is cozy but not worth the money. The roof dining is good. The person at the reception desk has to be more friendly. I guess they were burdened by the over booking. Also, they have mentioned complimentary drop service to offices inside Manyata. They said they don't do it when I asked them. The location is good, the interior is beautiful, the price is bit too much and this place has the potential to improve and thus 3 star instead of 4!

I have been staying here on and off for more than a year now. It is a beautiful building with lovely interiors. The best part about this hotel is the amazing service. Sushant at the reception is of such great help. The place is always extremely clean and hygienic. The staff here takes care of their guests and will remember your requirements. Special thanks to Nova, Peter, Joba and Reno. The wifi speeds are mostly good for streaming, although it can fluctuate sometimes. You get served hot piping breakfast, which is really tasty. Ask for TV channels, you will get them instantly. Overall a great stay for anyone. Just one small glitch is there are some regular guests who are extremely loud and unruly, hopefully you wont get a room near them. The owner has ensured that you get more than your money's worth here. If you are anywhere near Manyata, then this is the best place with decent crowd.

Found this reliable and reasonable place of stay for short duration or even for long duration with good amenities and close proximity to the tech companies in manayata tech park. Rooms are good with balcony.

I wasn't expecting much from this place. But, it turned out to be a great find. The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were equally clean and spacious, with all the required amenities. They also provide you with an iron and an ironing board. The bathroom is as well clean. Besides, their breakfast service is also good. Its a roof-top open air restuarant. The cook/chef prepares some really good breakfast. To be noted though, regarding the TV channels you need to inform the reception about your choices. Lastly, their staff needs polishing. They're helpful but not courteous. Not all of them, but most of them. Overall review, its a great place to stay. And it's budget friendly. Plus, it's inside Manyata.

This stay is good for this price point. As evident from the location, manyata corporates will require no commute. So, that's a huge bonus. But on the other hand, if you're WFH, then the wifi is a big letdown, its bad, even zoom calls take a 30 secs to connect. This is not a hotel, so the services are also not like hotel. Early check-ins are rarely available or not available at all.

Located inside Manyata tech park it’s one gem of a place if you wanna live in peaceful area and don’t mind spending a little extra time and money to travel to the main bits of the city. The property is very well maintained and the staff are amazing when it comes to anything at any hours. They also have complimentary breakfast at their property which is delicious and the coffee is just amazing. I have stayed here quite a few times in past and they have always served me food. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good stay. Also there is wide range of food options available on Zomato and Swiggy so it’s a good deal.

Rooms are tiny but full marks to cleanliness. Location is inside Manyata tech park and good for business traveler's. Never had a chance to enjoy breakfast though. Ambiance is good. The only issue I had is they never took a note of my request to recharge tata sky to make at least basic channels available. Overall decent place to stay for the business traveler's.

Awesome stay mainly for the corporates. And heaven for the one who work in Manyata as for commute don't need to think. Rooms are spacious, daily cleaning. All the staff are good. They have kitchen where you will get daily healthy and hygienic breakfast. And in the night if requested get the homily cooked veg meal. Only thing which can be improved is they can serve snacks/tea/coffee in the evening offcourse it can be charged.

My relatives stayed at corporate suites booked via their website. Hassle free and considering just beyond Manyata Tech Park there was not even a single minute wait for getting cabs.

This is a decent quiet clean hotel especially if you need to work in Manyata Tech Park as it's walking distance. Breakfast has limited options but is tasty. The staff is quite helpful, but our room did not have hot water because someone forgot to turn it on. Also there are absolutely no stores nearby if you need to buy any supplies/groceries.

The Location of the hotel is very good. It is situated inside the Manyatha Tech park itself. The complimentary breakfast is not good. The TV inside the room is pathetic and has no channel subscribed. Also they dont keep enough accessories even if they claim it as a professional hotel. I highly recommend they remove the TV from the rooms as it would save time for those people who want to play TV.

A decent, clean and spacious place for a very comfortable stay. The rooms are big and clean, staff is very courteous, food is good and prepared hygienically. The interiors of the hotel are very classic and detailed. Definitely worth more than the price they offer. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful and pleasurable stay.

Pros: Great service. Really good homemade like food. Cons: Rooms are somewhat small with no balcony.
