They are just scamming in the name of treatment. After 1 year of treatment my hairfall is not controlled instead its going worse. The doctors day we will inform senior doctors and they dont even showup. Thy try to convince you but not treat you better. The staff says complain to doctor and the doctor says complain to senior doctor and that senior doctor quits the job. We ourself is responsible for the loss of time and money

It is a scam! Beware! They just loot the patients and the treatment they provide is useless. I was taking treatment from here for skin problem and I was told that the treatment will be completed within a year. But the treatment and the medications WORSENED the situation. The skin condition was better before going in this scam. Now after one year over they expect me to continue this and when I told I wont be continuing the treatment they started cursing. It is a scam. They donot provide good medication and they will give silly reason for not being able to give treatment. They donot even provide a prescription and the staff are also bad and also even if the doctor is not seeing a patient you are made to wait for long time, moreover no proper treatment. This scam so called "clinic" should be closed.

People be aware of hidden scams by this unprofessional clinics, Firstly we trust this doctors and staff for a better treatment ,but the coordination they made at the first will not be promised till end, they only want the money not the result or client feedback, I request everyone not to fall for such scam. I have taken appointment for my daughter skin problems by paying 199 thru online. One of the dermatologist saw my daughter and advised that due to her scalp and dandruff she is having a kind of rashes on her upper hands. And advised to use mild non chemical shampoo. Later they told me to pay 20000 for one year treatment which i refused. I asked for prescription or Atleast give some medications. They said until you pay 20000 which they give discount of 5000, they can't give prescription. Phew.. See the modus operandi of this Dr Batra clinics. They won't give you any treatment unless you pay yearly package of 20000 or monthly package of 2500. Patients should be very careful when visiting these kinds of clinics which the purpose of this clinics is to loot the patients. They just want to make their daily target of each centers by looting common citizens (patients) Please be aware of this and don't visit these kinds of clinics.

Very good treatment, I saw some visible difference in my hairfall and and also hair growth. Therapist Sandhya is very helpful. She proactively calls and takes appointments and very accommodating even if you have to cancel or reschedule.

Homoeopathic treatment is anytime a better experience than allopathic consulting, mainly because, in Homoeopathy the Doctor spends time to listen to the woes of the patients. Dr. Batra's clinic at Yelahanka is a very clean place to visit. The staff are cultured and courteous. The ambiance is good. There is a humane touch between the patient/s and the Doctor. Queries and clarifications are immediately clarified. Altogether, a very homely atmosphere. Elders/ Senior citizens are respected and attended to. A wholesome experience.

Dr Batra's is the biggest scam.They will promise you things and then take your money and then there is no result and when you tell them so they will ask to continue for 5-6 years. Rakshith is very unpolite and has no communication manners at all. He will blame everything on patient. They put posters of guarantee and all in 6 sessions but the condition actually worsens and when you tell them they will say that you take lot of stress and stress cannot be treated even when i know there is no stress in mylife. Me and my sister both had worst experience. After paying them around 1 lac, there is no improvement but condition has worsened and they will not be courteous to address that and especially Rakshit who has no manners at all how to address the clients. If you don't want to be scammed, please don't go there.

Worth a try, homeopathy does work at Batras. The manager was also knowledgeable I think his name was Rakshith, he did provide some insights prior appointment with Doctor, results looks good within few weeks. (PR)

The operation is verry illegal. After paid doctor consultation they won't give any prescription. And there is no GST bill against the payment. They will ask to pay 10,000 rupees for 6 months and 20,000 Rupees for one year...and 2,500 Rupees per month...if you don't take their package, they won't give you any prescription.

I Anil Kushwaha 38 Batra's was undergoing treatment for food allergy, he said it will take 1 year and will be completed but even after 1 year there was no significant benefit from the treatment, Similarly my 12 year old child Alok kushwaha is also not feeling well even after 10 months of treatment. They are fraud. They won't provide you prescription until you buy medicine from their shop. If you will insist for prescription, they will ask you to buy 2 or 3 months of subscription otherwise they won't provide you prescription for which you have already paid consultancy fee.

Scam First visit: everyone very polite and no consultation or anything unless paid yearly or monthly fees (20000 or 2500). After that whenever I visited they gave some medicines which actually worsened the condition. My skin condition was better before going to batra.
