I have been to many stores of Caratlane, but was most impressed by the store variety, space, ambience and most importantly the staff. I was attended by Girisha who is highly experienced, knowledgeable and very vocal about the gold, platinum and diamond classes and the process. Really enjoyed the shopping experience because of him. And I went to buy a wedding ring band and ended up buying a neck piece too! And he provided a free cleaning of my old jewelry too. Loved his way of dealing with customers! Thanks Girisha. I absolutely loved the entire experience i had here. This was the first time I visited Caratlane for any purchase , as I usually visit Tanishq or Malabar for the same 🙈 But to my surprise this has been the best visit for diamond purchase, I was assisted by Somashekar from the time I entered till i had left. (I was there from 2.30ish till 8.30pm but not once was I not attended or did I feel not welcome or assisted. Somashekar is someone you should ask for you if you visit here, he has the patience of 100 plus people. Me and my mom had opted for exchange and purchased a solitare ring but the whole process was a cake walk. We were taken through the entire process with all the clarity and even though we had a hundred questions and i saw quite a few rings before and was confused a little I was so very glad I got such an amazing experience with such great designs in store❤️🙏🏻 Thankyou for the wonderful visit!!🥹😊 Please appreciate and if possible give Somashekar a raise!! 😇

The Caratlane showroom in Indiranagar is very nice and well maintained. The customer service we received was excellent. Patrali helped us and was extremely courteous. Showed us many options to choose from and also helped figure out a way to get the selected piece shipped to us to a convenient location. They had a wide selection with many beautiful pieces. I went to Carat Lane today with my girlfriend for a casual visit. ❤️Deepak toured us around the different collections and gave us explanations on the designs, which I had never seen before and which convinced me to buy a ring. The hospitality was excellent. And the photo in the frame 💯gave us a lovely recollection that helped us treasure the occasion.

Wasn't impressed with the sales person, went there with expectations. Unfortunately we felt like she wasn't that interested in showing, only if we ask she was showing . We had to keep asking her is there something else that side or this side , if we went and found it she would check the price and let us know, we can use the app for that purpose right. I was looking for a particular type of ring and had already visited several stores. Either I would like the design but they would not have the right size or I would not like the available designs or they would be very highly priced. And nearly all stores said they would need 45 days to make a ring to my size. This store was the last I visited. They have a great collection and excellent service. Finally got a ring that I liked and they ensured that I got the right size in less than a week. Special shout out to Suresh who was extremely attentive and patient in understanding my requirement and helping me find the kind of ring I wanted. To add on, they have very high integrity. My ring to order, because of the smaller size, cost lesser by ₹1500. They proactively informed me and are processing the credit back to my account.

Nice place with excellent staff. The greatest thing about the staff is that they carry the values of the Tata group. They are so chilled, they don't show attitude to the price range a customer is looking at, and don't push to increase bill value. A place one can keep coming back to just for the awesome customer service.

Good Place. They have got lot of options but if you are nearby Kalyan Nagar then do not visit all the way here as it almost the same size and similar king of options are available. Very humble and helping staff.
