    Wow suuuuperrrrr layout well planned wide asphalt Roads and association member's and the committee team work 👍👌👌 is doing great leaders of this group achievement awards in the layout borewell., Pumps and asphalt Roads paving stones and drainage system is extremely good to have a Residential building to enjoy the lifestyle journey to get the Excellent whether surrounded with beautiful environment with ROAD side tree's without traffic problem good approach towards YELAHANKA TO DODDABALLAPURA MAIN road Just 500 meeters avay fom six lane ROAD UNNIKRISHNAN ROAD also 1.50 km. Overall ratings for This layout is 4.5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟 rate.

    Good place as many others wrote.. Silent as long as NO train passes through the tracks.. Railway track ( Yelahanka/Doddaballapur Line is) is just 50-100 mtrs away depending on the house/road.... As we know the Yelahanka / Doddaballapur route is for all trains towards Hyderabad/Secundrabad, Mumbai, New Delhi( Rajdhani/Karnataka Express) and many other trains.. Due to lockdown ( Mar'20 to Dec'20) may not be many trains as ONLY special trains are running... Also.. within 200 to 300 mtrs there is Railway Gate/Crossing.. Definitely there would be many times Drivers / Trains honking and that cannot be avoided... Other than ONLY this Railway track/sound..the AREA is EXCELLENT...
