    There is one CRM by name is Syed Imran, I had very bad experience, he is behaving as if he is the owner of the project the attitude is unbelievable. I guess Imran is working forcefully in this organization. Developing the beautiful apartment is not a challenge, as he working as CRM give him the training to develop the customer relations. He don't even have the manner to coordinate with clients. Organization kept such kind of attitude people can't imagine.............. Thanks Godrej Avenue.

    Extremely disappointing CRM Team. Godrej team has changed CRM three time in a year and all of them are non responsive and has little knowledge on processes Multiple complaint raised and email written to godrej but no solution. I was promised handover in Nov 2021, Its April 2022 now and there literally no movement. Godrej portray themselves as first class builder but in reality acting as thrid class builder. The whole team is unsupportive in nature and has value for customer's investment.

    I am one of the owner of Godrej Avenues phase 2. Intially we were promised the possession of the flat max by Nov 2021. And hence booked the flat in the month of August 21. Since then , Godrej have taken 90% of the total cost. I am paying EMI since September as the flat was ready to move. Now after 8 months of booking also, flat is not ready for possession. Everytime CRM says that Khata not received. I didn't think Godrej, being a class 1 builder behaving like class 3 builder in the city. I am trapped booking the Godrej properties. Will not recommend anyone to book Godrej property. Godrej does not make any sense in its commitment.

    Frighteningly pathetic customer relationship management. I have been transferred two 3 different CRMs thus far and each seems as bad the other. NOTHING gets done on time, NOBODY PICKS UP YOUR PHONE (EVER), no documents are received on time and people leave the company without prior notice. If you are a first time home owner I would strongly advice against this project and GODREJ because the process is anything but smooth. If you still go ahead with Godrej- be prepared with a truck load of patience. I am sure Godrej will have the gall to ask me on this post to elaborate my experience- I will tell them - if only someone called or bothered to pick calls.

    Pros: On to the main road. Transportation facilities is good on this road. Close to an Engg. College. Cons: Quality of construction is not upto the mark. Poor fittings. Two track windows and doors. Cheap balcony railings. Not provided mosquito mesh. Many areas are open to pigeons. A new construction should take care of some quality provisions and not seen such things here. Small homes ( carpet area) and high price. Name sake facilities. Swimming pool is too small and no privacy at all. If some one is interested in Brand name alone, can definitely look at it....else.... Of course, Opinion differs from person to person as per their needs & life style...

    Beautiful place to live. Highlight: The terrace. Above the fourteenth floor and done up with flower patches, pebble-paths, benches, exercise deck and even a barbeque place. Love the view.

    I am one of the owner of Godrej Avenues phase 2. Intially we were promised the possession of the flat max by Nov 2021. And hence booked the flat in the month of October 21. Since then , Godrej have taken 90% of the total cost. I am paying EMI since December as the flat was ready to move. Even after RERA provided extension up to feb-2022, it has been delayed again, there is no proper planning and won't deliver on mentioned dates, there is no info on Occupation Certificate also, No proper response from CRMs. It's a huge loss for me since this was my first property.

    The only good thing is accessibility. Rest all is pathetic. Pls don’t put your hard earned money on this project or any of their projects. Look at their social media threads and you would know everything. It’s not even one year since we moved in, we already got multiple plumbing issues, seepage from walls near bathroom. Very bad quality door locks. There had been multiple issues on the common areas as well, where some of the walls have broken down. There had been problems with the STP. This is my first and last investment in Godrej For me, Godrej as a brand has moved down to the lowest.

    Narrating my ordeal with GPL Splendor so far. Hope this will be useful for flat buyers to take informed decision. 1) Booked and paid my 1st Tranche of payment in 2nd Week of August 2023. Signed T&C and Application form copy was never shared. 2) First week of September 2023, CRM team comes into picture asking for Rs 6500/- as legal charges to execute sale agreement. Also Rs 25000/- Extra for sale deed registration one has to pay in 2026-2027 as per inflation. None builders takes such charges. Also Utility installation charges(Water, Gas etc are not mentioned in cost sheet. This can be anything as and when they ask). To summarize, don't believe cost sheet of Godrej. Reputed builders don't do such shady & sneaky practices. 3) Sale agreement draft shared and agreed to in 4th Week of September 2023. 4) On 3-Oct-2023, we reached sub registrar office to execute the sale agreement. To our surprise, CRM team had added a Power of Attorney to be signed by me in favor of Godrej, empowering them to cancel sale deed without me being present at registrar's office or without my knowledge in future. Also, CRM team added a Consent Letter to be signed by me, stating that I will have no objection in future to any changes in plan they make to the project. (Basically, to add more floors above 17 to Phase 2 buildings which can delay things further) I mean who does this? After agreed draft, who will sneak in additional Power of Attorney to sign in physical copy at last minute without keeping customer informed. We called CRM office, and we were told that though they have not shared this prior, POA is compulsory to sign to execute sale agreement. we have checked with multiple reliable sources. Even Lawyers suggested us to not sign under any circumstances. This is not a standard practice and against RERA guidelines. Guys, imagine!! POA (Power OF Attorney) is compulsory to sign.(An Oxymoron!!) POA is a very strong document you willing give in favor of someone. Sale agreement already has clauses to cancel agreement in case of non-adherence to T&C by buyer including payment schedule. With such a shady experience with Godrej Properties, We have raised full refund request and awaiting refund with no response from CRM. Everytime you call they either won't answer or give new timeline. Please be careful. We are being punished to book flat with GPL due to their practice of keeping customers misinformed and not sharing such shady details while selling the flat. I really have question with people terming them as CAT 1 builder. Is this something a Cat 1 builder do? Get a POA signed sneakily, in garb of sale agreement at registrar's office without keeping you informed? Don't have 0 or minus points. Hence to write this review, giving 1 star...

    A very peaceful society. Covers almost everything. It has an indoor stadium which has a swimming pool,billiards, a badminton court and many more things to explore. It also has a cricket pitch. A very good place to live with your family. The evening vibe is beyond imagination. A breathtaking view you'll get from the 7th floor. Overall it's one of the finest society.

    Comfortable and cozy space in Yelahanka town. All sorts of facilities such as gym, swimming pool, badminton court, salon etc. are all available inside the campus. Everything is perfectly maintained. And the terrace is a bonus point for everyone living here. You get an amazing view of the city. Also, there's a star gazing area separated from the rest of the terrace where you can sit peacefully and admire the night sky.

    A very good residential flats on ownership basis available in this Godrej Enclave of Buildings. A huge project and facilities like children play area, swimming pool, gym, indoor sports hall ,security etc are provided here for the residents. Airport, Railway station and Bus stand are reachable within a radious of 20 kms.

    A worded full experience to walk into this buildings turf. It consists proper society. I like the environment of this place very much . Specially on the terrace, really its nice. I think it consists of all the facilities which a society should have like club house medicare playground pedestrian and many more . The Rooms of this flat are also very nice .It will best decision if you are willing willing to move in here.

    We recommend this society as a wonderful place to live without batting an eyelid. Beautiful views, excellent amenities, good management and security. Such a nice location too... Far enough from the noise and congestion in the city and yet close enough for home delivery from the best apps. 😉

    Godrej Avenues is one of the best projects of Godrej in Bangalore. All the amenities are working fine & association is maintaining the amenities really well. It scores pretty high in the livability index. Bang on Doddaballapur main road & just eside a huge supwrmarket, it would be an ideal place to stay if someone is looking for a place in North Bangalore or Yelahanka area.

    Too much costly for purchase and rent, 1bhk rent 20,000/ and 2 BHK flat rent in 22-24 thousand range and maintenance of 2000/- per month extra with security deposit of six months renal value and one month equal rent money for broker. OMG 😸😳

    It's quite a new apartment complex coming up and few flats already occupied. Seems a small and compact Apartment and still the new blocks are in process of construction. Location is ideal as lots of shops and a hyper market right close to it , a walkable distance and other restaurants near by. Ideal for small family and people working near to Yelahanka

    Very good construction. Conveniently planned. Location is quite far off, but in an upcoming area of Bangalore. Somehow we were neither impressed by the marketing people nor by their offers which appeared to be very high for the selected property.

    Godrej company is no more remains as good brand. We can sense Godrej is sinking ship by CRM response, by bad construction quality, not providing good amenities( not having proper badminton court , party hall n court combined). If anyone booking flat with Godrej then think about loosing peace of mind.
