I have been going here for a few years. It's by far one of the cleanest dentist offices I have ever been in. Very good vibe. All the staff are nice. Dr. Eric is such a nice guy and a great dentist. I am really happy I found this place! If you are in the market for a new dentist - give them a try. I don't think you will regret it.

I was greeted kindly. I came late as I was confused by the location and I was told I may have to wait which was fine as I was 15 min late. However, they took me immediately and I was seen by Dr Eric promptly. Gabby and Dr Eric could not have been nicer. I am in the market for a new dentist, so I explained my concerns. I felt very comfortable and felt the evaluation was reasonable and not overly exaggerated as I did with other dentists. I was quite comfortable with this office and decided to make an appointment and look forward to a happy relationship.

I had been going to my same dentist for over 35 years! and was a little nervous to go somewhere new. It was the BEST experience from friendly, helpful staff to a very kind-mannered and gentle Dr. Noah. What a blessing for me to find this office 💝

Veenstra Dental is a truly amazing dental practice. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and from the moment I called for appointment, Kim put me at ease. The entire staff was extremely warm and understanding. Dr. Noah and Aleah are exceptional practitioners and are sincere in caring for their patients. They made me comfortable and were incredibly patient. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

I absolutely LOVE every single thing about Veenstra Family Dental! The front desk staff, assistants and of course, Dr. Eric! Everyone is pleasant, efficient and Dr. Eric explained everything in detail, accompanied with pictures. I've never felt so safe and comfortable in a dentist's office! HANDS DOWN - BEST PLACE EVER! UPDATE: I had my procedure done yesterday and everyone was absolutely amazing. I was put under IV sedation and I woke up pain free! Dr. Eric has the absolute best bedside manner and took such good care of me, I had to hug him twice! This is the ABSOLUTE BEST DENTIST and DENTAL OFFICE AROUND! I guarantee, you will not find a better dentist anywhere. I am no longer afraid or dread going to the dentist. Thank you Dr. Eric and your AMAZING team. I love you guys!

Veenstra Family Dental is fantastic. Starting at the front desk with their friendly and helpful staff and through your whole appointment. The care and attention provided at appointments is wonderful. They are also great with children. My kids (7, 9 and 12 years old) never mind going. They enjoy the prize box and my tween likes picking out her own chapstick flavor. I have recommended Veenstra Family Dental to multiple friends and coworkers.

I’ve been going to Veenstra Dental for years, After today’s conversation with the office manager, Kim, I honestly feel so upset and disappointed. We had a conversation regarding a balance I owe, solely due to missed appointments. Not only do they charge $75 per missed appointment (which is outrageous), but after explaining my circumstances, Kim completely dismissed me and threatened to send me to collections. She also told me she will be cancelling my next cleaning appointment. Her aggressive approach was completely uncalled for. It’s actually unfortunate because the dentists are incredible but it seems like being a long-term, loyal patient does not hold any value for Kim.

Have been with Dr. Doug Veenstra for over 25 years and can't say enough about him and his staff! Everyone is always friendly and they (For this visit I had Nancy as my Dental Assistant and Dr. Noah) take the time to make you feel comfortable no matter what you are having done. I highly recommend!

Martha the dental hygienist is amazing! I have very sensitive teeth and I’m never in pain when she cleans my teeth. She is also very thorough and such a nice person!

As someone who immediately stresses at the thought of being in a dentist’s office, I felt at ease as soon as I arrived here. All staff was exceedingly friendly; the front desk, the dentists and the dental assistants were all accommodating, patient and comforting. I was pleased with my experience and happy that I have found a new dental family.

My experiences with Veenstra family dental are always very positive no matter what type of work I’m having done. They are gentle and understanding and compassionate and I’ve had to go through some fairly severe situations recently with my teeth and they’ve always made the experience comfortable without pain and with complete care, so I highly highly recommend them.
