    Stopped here while traveling. Super clean restaurant with clean restrooms. The play place is open for the kiddos to stretch their legs. Employees were friendly and food was hot and fresh and yummy. Fresh flowers on all the tables. I would definitely stop here again and I recommend this place!

    This is a busy place. They are redoing their drive-thru to make it two lanes all the way around so the drive-thru has been creatively redone and it works!! Service here is exemplary and so is the food. Use their app!! Rewards and free items are great. Today I had a free reward for a 5 count nugget and they are so good!!! This Chick-Fil-A is consistently good. I have never had a bad experience here. They are busy and the lines can be long yet it is worth the wait!! Enjoy!! FYI-not a salad person but their Cobb salad with Avocado Ranch is pretty good. Sandwiches are always good and the grilled sandwich is great!! UPDATE—both lanes of the drive thru are open-they are moving fast!! The construction is still ongoing but they have both lanes open for the drive thru!! Chick-Fil-A works to impress and proved a wonderful customer experience! UPDATE!! In a very short time, both drive-thru lanes are open!! Construction is still ongoing but you can now use the normal drive-thru lanes which is amazing. Check your app also-they have been dropping construction specials which have been amazing!!!

    This ChickFilA continues to disappoint. Last time I was here, no biscuits. I ordered one and they told me they had none about 10 min later. That was 2 months ago. First time back today. Ordered a biscuit. They did not ask if I wanted any condiments. Biscuit came, I asked for jelly and they had none. I gave the biscuit back to them nicely and the gal just said “oh ok”. Not even a sorry or let me make that right. This is my last try here. Those are just last 2 visits, there have been many issues.

    I don’t know why, but this location is the worst chick fil a I’ve ever experienced, everytime I go I either get a really snooty rude cashier or my food is missing stuff or just not fresh. I’d rather drive all the way to Weatherford for a better experience. They know how to do the job.

    Chick-fil-A is undoubtedly known for its consistently delicious food, but there's a minor issue that I've encountered more than once, and it's about the sauce and sometimes the fries. Let's start with the positives: Chick-fil-A consistently serves up some of the tastiest fast food around. Their chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and waffle fries are always on point, and I can count on them for a satisfying meal every time. However, there's a bit of a hiccup when it comes to the service side of things. It's not a major problem, but it can be a tad frustrating. I've noticed that occasionally they forget to include the sauces I request or, in some cases, the fries are missing from my order. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's a bit of a letdown when you're looking forward to that perfectly sauced sandwich or crispy waffle fries. My recommendation to fellow Chick-fil-A fans is to check your bag diligently before leaving the drive-thru or the counter. It's a small inconvenience, but it ensures that you have everything you need for a complete and satisfying meal. The staff is usually friendly and accommodating, so if you do encounter an issue, they'll be more than happy to rectify it. In the grand scheme of things, these occasional hiccups in service don't overshadow the consistently good food Chick-fil-A offers. It's still a go-to spot for a tasty meal, and as long as you double-check your order, you'll leave satisfied with your Chick-fil-A experience.

    Is this what I can expect to pay $10.99 for in a meal from now on? Because of so I will not continue to come here. We are signature members who’ve already hit 10k points this year by June but if these tiny 2 Bite chicken strips are what we can expect we definitely won’t be back. I know the strips are not massive but this is pathetic and a rip off

    Typically a car crowd consuming carefully created Chick-Fil-A chicken…note the 7 word alliteration. Best to display kind car manners or order online and use the pick up spaces. Enjoy!…except on Sundays!

    My son and I went in and ordered last Thursday night. It was at 9:15 I realize closing time is 9:30. My son ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and I ordered a regular sandwich. We waited at least 20 minutes for our order . Finally my son inquired about it taking so long and was told it had something to do with the spicy chicken. We finally got our order and had just started eating when a male employee approached our table and said we had to leave so he could clean up. We were getting everything together and a female employee came and told us we had to leave. I told her we were leaving. The male employee wasn't really rude but the female employee was rude. I understand they wanted to clean up but if our9 order hadn't been delayed by about 20 minutes we would have probably already been through and gone. I didn't like being so rushed especially by the female employee . She was pretty rude.

    The food is always predictably good… I usually get the chicken cool wrap or a spicy chicken sandwich! The service this visit was not so good… placed a carryout order in the Chick-fil-A app (sandwich, nuggets, fries), arrived to pick it up about 30 minutes later and had to stand around inside for more than 20 minutes before getting my order. This isn’t the only Chick-fil-A location that seems to have bitten off more than it can chew by also taking Door Dash orders (at least 6 unhappy delivery drivers were waiting around with me)! The food is good but if you have to go around normal meal times, parking is gonna be difficult and plan on being there for a while!

    I normally don’t do reviews but this is like the third time this has happened in the last 2 months that’s I’ve been to this location. I got a 4pc Chicken Tenders, Large Fri, Mac and Cheese, and a small chocolate shake. I went to curbside, and waited for about 20mins to over cooked macaroni (which is like this every time with the mac when I come here), there was half of the fries in the holder, 3pcs of chicken instead of 4pcs, and no fork and no sauce that I asked for. When I got home I was really shocked how much was wrong. Not trying to get anyone in trouble, I work in the service industry too, but this is upsetting. Stuff is so expensive nowadays, people should be getting what they’re paying for… Transaction #: 8068

    Chic fil a is always amazing. The food is consistent no matter where you are in the country. That being said... this is my absolute favorite location. I accidentally placed a mobile order at another location and then were so kind and graceful to make my meal there anyways.

    Unfortunately, this was not a good stop for us. They forgot my husband's fries with his meal, and my grilled nuggets tasted like pure char. We were already 30 min down the road before we ate and it wasn't worth going back. CFA is usually great tho.

    Worst one I've been to. Bottlenecked the drive through at the window. Forced us to wait while the inside lane kept cutting off the outside lane. Whoever did that should be fired. Over 30 min in the drive through, at 2pm on a Tuesday. We were the 3rd car in line to order when we pulled in. For a two person order.... pathetic.

    This place is always packed seems like, but for how busy it is, they keep it flowing smoothly. You might have to wait 5 minutes but keep in mind, it looks like a grocery store with how busy it is. Totally worth it though They have several work staff outside taking orders and to help maintain the flow of traffic Great job chick fil a considering how busy it is!

    We were traveling and decided to stop at this location to eat. Our entrees came hot and quickly and were as expected. The staff was pleasant. We decided to order some cold brew coffees to-go and did not get what we expected. We've ordered this at a few different locations. It's usually a decent balance of coffee, cream, and sweet. Well, this order was bitter and not creamy. I wasn't sure if the employee was new or if I ordered something differently than I should have so I went back up to the counter. I inquired about if it was made properly or if there were different standards to making it. I was told that was how it's supposed to be done. I said I would rather have a refund since it wasn't what we expected and we weren't satisfied. We had barely tasted it so we weren't cheating them. After requesting a refund, the cashier, her senior above her, and the "executive " all became noticeably hostile to the notion that I wanted a refund. They did give me the refund, but they made it feel like I was insulting them and stealing from them. I definitely wouldn't dismiss all Chick-fil-As as I've never had a problem, but I would never recommend this one. I ate and purchased everything we were satisfied with, and politely asked for a refund for what I was not satisfied with. I've worked on many food service jobs, it sucks to give money back, but ultimately the customer should feel that what they are exchanging is worth their money. Food stars is at 3 because our entrees we as expected and the coffees much less than expected. The service is one star because of the hostility.
