I love taking classes at St. Paul Yoga Center. The instructor for my class is very gentle and understanding, very willing to meet each student where they are at. The studio itself is always clean, comfortable, and we maintained.

I love the classes and instructors here. I was brand new to yoga and did the intro workshop and beginners class. They also do several advanced forms of yoga. The instructors walk around the room and make sure people are in the right positions, very attentive. Class payments are very flexible with options for convenient online payment and registration. I highly recommend this place.

I've attended 2 classes with Paul, and found them both to be an extremely personalized experience. Paul is very knowledgeable about poses, yoga, and the body. My class was completely different from past experiences at corporate yoga studios and I'd urge anyone interested to attend a drop in class. Things that were new to me: much more use of props, which helped me get more into poses; no mirrors on the walls, so it felt much lower pressure to look or perform a certain way; more individualized attention; no music (unless you count Paul's chanting). Also, I brought my boyfriend who had never done yoga, and he found it very accessible and plans to keep going!

Best yoga studio in its true sense . Highly experienced and qualified instructors. Shannyn and William are truly the best Yoga instructors I’ve learnt from. I love how they are attentive to all the students and their needs. The studio is extremely well maintained and they are local business who thrive in providing quality classes . The studio owner Paul is very humble and ensures all the classes are seamless. Hands down ,Best place to practice Iyengar yoga in twin cities.

I have had such a different and unique experience in my first week at St. Paul Yoga Center than at the many other studios I have gone to. I am finding more frequent assistance and help from the instructors, more focus on areas I now feel I was lacking in such as alignment and technique, and just more challenging posture options and variety in general. I feel like I have learned more at this studio in one week than I would have in many months at other studios I have frequented in the past. All the instructors have been so friendly and helpful as well as being very knowledgeable and passionate about the yoga they teach.

Classes are engaging, fun, stimulating, and challenging. Please note: I attend on-line but physically get to studio when I am able. William and Paul are thorough and knowledgeable. Do yourselves a favor and check out all classes at St. Paul Yoga 🙏🏼💕

The teachers at St. Paul Yoga Center are friendly, warm, and have a high degree of expertise. The classes that I have attended have pushed me just the right amount and the teachers have made the classes fun. It's a well run studio, very clean and it's easy to find on the corner of Selby and Dunlap in St. Paul.

I dropped in on a donation class that Clare was conducting on a Sunday afternoon. My yoga practice has been neglected for quite awhile, but Clare made me feel safe, comfortable, and confident! She is a warm and caring instructor. I will highly recommend The Saint Paul Yoga Center to my friends and coworkers. The facilities are great and provide all the props and supports I needed to fully engage with my practice. Thank you for offering drop-in and donation classes.

A great St. Paul resource. I take a prenatal class here with an amazing instructor (Clare) who is also a midwife so she really understands women's bodies, the changes they are going through, and the impact to the baby. The class is pay what you can and so unlike many of the more expensive options out there, this one is accessible for any prospective mama. The class is a supportive and nurturing environment and the instructor really makes sure students feel they can adjust the poses as needed for what they need that day. Best decision I've made during my pregnancy is to take this class.

I was living a couple of months in Minnesota… and it was the perfect place for my yoga practice 🙏🏽

St. Paul Yoga Center is always clean, bright, and classes begin and end on time. The class I attend is with Julie. She is very seasoned, always watches for possibly of injury with her class, and has much energy. Her classes are always varied and she makes new to her class folks feel welcome. However, her Sunday morning class is pretty sweat-inducing so you may want to choose a class specifically for beginners so you can really learn and practice the poses. I'm very clumsy and stiff yet I still find yoga at St. Paul yoga a great way to use my muscles in a less stressful way. (I'm a runner and it has helped my running very much.) I've been going regularly for almost two years and I learn something new in every class. I would highly recommend St. Paul Yoga for those folks who feel self-conscious in studios with the perfect bodies and the advanced poses. St. Paul Yoga welcomes anybody who wants to develop a good practice and they make you feel good about your yoga accomplishments.

It's amazing how the St. Paul Yoga Center was able to pivot in March and offer quality online yoga classes that make me come back again and again. These are so much better than a random video from YouTube, because the instructor creates a community of practitioners and offers one-on-one advice. I love these classes!
