St.
Paul
Yoga
Center
is
always
clean,
bright,
and
classes
begin
and
end
on
time.
The
class
I
attend
is
with
Julie.
She
is
very
seasoned,
always
watches
for
possibly
of
injury
with
her
class,
and
has
much
energy.
Her
classes
are
always
varied
and
she
makes
new
to
her
class
folks
feel
welcome.
However,
her
Sunday
morning
class
is
pretty
sweat-inducing
so
you
may
want
to
choose
a
class
specifically
for
beginners
so
you
can
really
learn
and
practice
the
poses.
I'm
very
clumsy
and
stiff
yet
I
still
find
yoga
at
St.
Paul
yoga
a
great
way
to
use
my
muscles
in
a
less
stressful
way.
(I'm
a
runner
and
it
has
helped
my
running
very
much.)
I've
been
going
regularly
for
almost
two
years
and
I
learn
something
new
in
every
class.
I
would
highly
recommend
St.
Paul
Yoga
for
those
folks
who
feel
self-conscious
in
studios
with
the
perfect
bodies
and
the
advanced
poses.
St.
Paul
Yoga
welcomes
anybody
who
wants
to
develop
a
good
practice
and
they
make
you
feel
good
about
your
yoga
accomplishments.
