This place has the best burrito I've ever had. They use fresh made tortillas and press them in front of you. The rice here isn't doused in lime, which I like. They also have tofu here as a protein for vegans/vegetarians. I especially like their spicy spicy salsa with the addition of fresh jalapenos instead of canned. Overall, very clean and service is quick. 10/10 would do again.

Yum. I really liked it. Basically another version of Chipotle minus the romaine lettuce. My kids love eating simple like this so it's a plus. This place was clean and the workers were fast and prompt. Great to come hang out while getting your car tires fixed and maintenanced.

Pretty good place for decent Mexican food. Very similar to Chipotle in menu choice, pricing, and taste, but the biggest difference is that they do press their tortillas fresh to order, and they offer pork belly. Their hot sauce was hot and flavorful. Service was pretty fast and staff were friendly.

Personal preference over chipotle, those fresh wraps hit different and everything taste way better. Also like the hot sauce they have in line as well as for a side (Usually by napkins and fountain machine in Personal bottles, salsa verde also)

Fortuna really made the experience very nice. This was my first but not last time here. I would only be so lucky to be greeted and helped by this young lady with a vibe that's contagious every time I return. I was so extremely tired after my second 12 hour day this week. She was so chill and kind, Fortuna brought a smile to my oh so tired cheeks. She asked me to taste my taco so she could see my reaction. I did, and we laughed, and everything was good. Thanks, when I was so tired, I had a very busy day to end it on a good note.

Love the freshly pressed and toasted tortillas! So much better than that other big name burrito place that takes their tortillas out of a bag, what a difference! Tasty meats and delicious salsas, everything is always fresh. So happy to have a location nearby, although we've been known to drive out of our way to find a Pancheros!!

Way better than Chipotle. Fresh ingredients and tortilla

The freshly cooked tortillas, the delicious queso, the jalapeños, and I love how they mix the ingredients up before wrapping the burrito. And to top it all off they have some of the best hot suave I've ever had. Their Flavolcano or whatever it's called is sooo good. It's like a smokey Chipotle and it's amazing with the perfect spice level. I can't say enough good things about this place, super excited to have one nearby now!

Rancheros is pretty much like Chipotle, taco, burritos or burrito bowls The food is fresh, they salsa is fresh, the tables are always clean, which is more than I can say for some other places.. It's a nice change in the rotation of places to get lunch

Been to this location many times for both dine-in and takeout orders. The food is always delicious and the service is always quick & friendly. Lots of fresh ingredients to choose from and they give big portions of everything! Great flavors that all work well together, nothing over-powering. Never a long line to order but there's plenty of people dining in and taking out. This is everything you want Chipotle and other similar places to be, but way better! Check it out!

I like it a lot the burrito . The steak burrito is excellent. I recommend this restaurant Pancheros Maple Grove MN Today pancheros is grand opening 10/24/2023. The costumers services is excellent. The crew is very friendly.

Wannabe Chipotle or Qudoba lol. Only reason I'm taking off a star is because I had an upset stomach afterwards. This was the only meal I ate that day so I'm fairly certain of it. Meat is so-so. Other flavors are good. I hated how they cut the chicken into tiny cubes. Most solid ingredients are cut to about the same size, so you get this homogenous mix of food. I like being able to bite into different parts of my burrito/bowl and experience different flavors. The bowls are shallow with a tall lid. Not sure how I feel about this because I did feel full after eating. Not sure how this compares to other places. I might try this again, but if I get an upset stomach again, I'm never going back.

Pancheros in Maple Grove just opened today! Me and my fiancée decided to get it for dinner. Staff is soo nice and the food was DELICIOUS!!! So much better than chipotle!
