    A few years back I had some issues with this place they had several biopsies performed two because they didn’t get it the first time lying in my stomach being stabbed and the third time because they didn’t get the marker in me !! This is all while I had multiple hematomas they knew they didn’t get a marker in me but they let me go only to call me less than 30 min later ! Awful experience have a case of anxiety every time I go for a mammogram it was the most traumatizing experience I have ever experienced !

    I had an ultrasound done and had a great experience! The front staff desk was friendly and the ultrasound tech Kim was amazing! She was very kind and sincere, and answered all of my questions. She made me feel very comfortable. All in all I had a wonderful experience.

    I've been here several times for different issues. Always top notch care, from the friendly greeting by the receptionists to the kind technicians. Prompt, thoughtful (warm blankets!), clean, very nice facility. Everybody was pleasant without being "over the top", which often seems insincere. They explained everything and made certain that I understood and that I was comfortable. I'm sorry I can't remember their names- I'm bad at that! But they were all great. I'll have my results soon, and hope everything is fine! In the past, the radiologist called my doc and they explained what they found right away. Excellent care, excellent service, highly recommended.

    I had a steroid shot here last month. The front desk lady was kind and the dr and nurse who help me were so nice and thorough. My husband and I left impressed I highly recommend.

    My husband had an MRI today and the woman that called us from the waiting room was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me to the point where we were going to leave and schedule somewhere else. When I asked if my husband had to get into a gown she said, "I haven't got that far yet. There's a waiting room around the corner why don't you just go over there and have a seat while we talk about his eyes."

    I have been going to Suburban Imaging for ~6 years now and my experience has not been very positive. At first it was just insensitive comments each time I came in like, “aren’t you a little young for a mammogram?!” At one point, staff attempted to dispute that my doctor had indeed ordered this test. I also happen to work in healthcare and I would NEVER dream of saying to my patients “aren’t you a little young to have had a stroke?” Younger people can develop cancer and other medical issues just as older adults. I don’t feel that I should have to explain my medical complexities to a receptionist. It is none of their business. Today however, is what really got to me. I called to make an appointment after my doctor told me she sent them the referral for a mammogram during my pregnancy. The receptionist on the phone was so rude. The first thing she said was “1989!?” In regards to my birthday and then proceeded to cut me off and tell me what I was requesting could not be scheduled despite my doctors order. I also have talked with a separate OB who told me to schedule the same thing. When I tried to clarify with the woman she was curt and rude, again cutting off my explanation despite the fact I should not have to explain my medical history to her; a receptionist and not my medical care provider. I will not be continuing my care here due to the lack of empathy and education that the employees have at this location. If you are a younger woman dealing with cancer related issues or someone with more complex medical issues, I would NOT recommend this location.

    My experience with your staff and techs have been nothing short of superb. My hats off to them. Multiple CT's and Ultrasounds the last few years unfortunately for me but I always was welcomed and received great care. It's too bad that we've been dealing with the billing department for the last 5 months now. We went to pay our bill in full online in August, the website was lagging and my husband pressed the submit button 4 times. It withdrew 4 payments of $206. Ok. Should be an easy fix with them refunding us the next Monday seeing as the money came out of our account and went into theirs. Nope. After calling them, multiple times, faxing them our bank statement showing them that it was paid to them, them admitting that they received the 3 extra payments, them telling us it would take 4-6 weeks to resolve, them telling us multiple times that their supervisor will look into it and call us back, they NEVER call us, we always call them. I'm fed up! This is ligit THEFT and FRAUD! They sent a partial payment and still owe us 50-something dollars. It is now December. I've never had to deal with such criminal behavior from a company.
