I visit almost every day, so often that I don’t even have to tell most of the employees my box number. It’s a break in my day that I look forward to. Picking up the mail and having pleasant interactions with everyone there, even if they’re short. Everybody’s nice but I have a favorite. 😂 See you on Monday!

I came in the UPS store in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. What a great and awesome service I received. They took my matter as a concern and made me feel like a family member.

Joe or John, whatever his name is, is absolutely no help. I called because their driver is not following protocol on deliveries and he told me I need to let her skip my deliver one more time so I can come to the store and pick it up, then gave me their 1-800 number to call (which was also no help)... If I ordered something to be delivered then I'm not coming to pick it up. It was signed for and the driver keeps deciding to hold it hostage. I've never in my life had this happen over a $20 Amazon package.

Courtney was amazing to work with. Communication was great via email and in person. I had several business assets printed and everything looked fantastic. Thanks Brooklyn Center location, and Courtney in particular!

Soo helpful! Amazon instructions were difficult to understand and print. They patiently showed me how to return through them on one of my packages. Also, I had another package that I thought was for UPS, and turns out it was USPS. They were still helpful and patient. Really appreciate all of their help.
