Taco Tacuba is a Hidden Gem. I love the volcan. I’ve tried almost everything on menu and have been completely satisfied. The only place to go for my Mexican food.

Hidden treats! Food made to order. The churros are filled with caramel or strawberry deliciousness! Fresh guacamole yum! Well seasoned meat. Salsa are fresh too! I go the distance for great food. Go check them out and look at other options. Buen provecho!!!!

Ordered: 3x Chorizo Tacos 3x Asada Tacos 1x Pollo Taco 1x Special pork taco 1x Jalapeno Toreado 1x Mexican Coke Liked: -The tortillas themselves were one of the best! Soft and didn't break at all, and drenched in great flavor! -The red salsa was very delicious and had a great spice to it. loved it! -The special pork taco was delicious -The asada and chorizo had good (but not amazing) flavor Could improve: -The green salsa was too runny and not spicy at all. Flavor wasn't there either -Chicken was quite dry -Asada could do with more marinating Overall: Would come again for chorizo and pork tacos.

This little food truck packed a massively flavorful yet affordable punch. I didn't get the owners name but he was extremely helpful on explaining my options and how different items were cooked/served. Amazing food!! So far the only Mexican restaurant that serves authentic tortas! You have to give it a try. Credits to the cook! Working Alone and very fast. I’d call ahead of time If you don’t live near, just to make sure the truck is open for business.

Daughter bought 6 tacos & a Mexican lime soda - which uses 'cane sugar' instead of those other more toxic fake 'sugars' typically used in US sodas - which I drank because she didn't care for it. I so thoroughly enjoyed the soda along with those tacos that this morning after visiting my buddies @ the Temple of ECK - I had an obe/dream with an very old friend who is a 7th initiate of Eckankar, the Path of Spiritual Freedom of 'stealing' his 7up soda from him & woke up afterwards very refreshed! Daughter had told me that most Mexican sodas uses only 'cane sugar', so it apparently affected my dream bodies of lore as well. Lol

My hubby and I went over here the other day because of the rave reviews. He wasn’t impressed with his tacos and I want impressed with my alambre… For example my bell peppers were basically still raw. Would have preferred green pepper like the picture but it was mostly the raw that was a turn off. Hot sauce was mild at best. Taco shells were not the best. We might still go back and try their Tortas because they LOOK fire.

The food is AMAZING!!! Owner is very nice, I'd recommend this place for all there food needs. Everything on the menu is just wonderful, been coming here for over a year now and not once had a complaint. Hand's down best taco truck around.
