I would spend the extra 5 min and drive to the Eden Prairie location. I had a bad experience with a woman worker here who was unwilling to fix my issue and then blatantly talk about me while I was in the store to her coworkers.

We all know that a lot of places are experiencing a workforce shortage. It’s obvious that is what happening here (or at least I hope so - if not, shame on you Fed Ex for having one poor fellow in the store running everything) The ONLY person working there, Justin, was doing amazing despite having a line of people waiting, phones ringing, and also trying to work on print jobs coming in. He was LITERALLY running. I felt terrible for him but the whole time he kept a professional composure. I wouldn’t have blamed him if he threw up his hands and said, “screw this!” Poor guy was doing the work of three people. I was just there to send off a package and Justin made that process quick and simple even with all the chaos he was trying to handle ON HIS OWN!

This is my second visit to this store, and will be my last. Store is clean, we'll organized, but the employees are strangely un-FedEx like. They take a long time to acknowledge a customer at the counter, and even longer to serve them. The man who waited on me only had to make one copy (yep, just one copy). He made it, kept it with him, and disappeared without explanation for 5 plus minutes. When I asked another employee, she was far from conciliatory. Is there just a morale problem here? The last time I visited, I had a similar problem. Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience.

The staff here have done wonderful work for Getaway Motor Cafe time after time. Once they even brought a printing job out after the front door was locked (I called ahead). In the rare event something isn't right, they cheerfully fix it. Oftentimes they even complete a job ahead of schedule—and call to let us know it's ready. As a small business owner, having a reliable printing company close by is really great! I hope your manager(s) read this :)

Its worst then the dmv. I don't understand how this is still open. Unfriendly and unless staff. They seem to be annoyed by having something to do.

I showed up late and someone still came to the door to help me. It was a huge blessing as I needed my print pick up order today to get it in the mail tonight. Thank you so much for being able to assist me even outside of your business hours!

This FedEx office does a great job with the print and laminating jobs I requested. Recently, Evette did an outstanding job on a major copy job that had a few challenges to it! I appreciate her great work and the service I receive every time. Thank you, everyone. And special recognition to Evette!

First visit here to ship a package today. They were not terribly busy but there were others customers in the store and all of them were being served by FedEx staff. I thought I may need to wait awhile, which is fine. Before I knew it someone came out from the back and cheerfully helped me and I was on my way. Great job and thanks for the efficient help.
