Lakes Orthodontics has been a wonderful experience for me - an adult who wasn't too excited about needing braces for 2+ years. My orthodontics were the first part of a larger dental restoration, so Dr. Wang and my dentist stayed in close contact through my treatment as we needed to get just the right positioning of the teeth and gum lines. My work had some challenges, including a couple of very stubborn teeth, but Dr. Wang was able to work some ortho-magic to get them where they needed to be. I'm certainly no expert, but the people who are were quite impressed with what she was accomplishing and how she managed to do it. And most importantly, my dentist was thrilled with how my ortho work turned out as he was able to get the space and alignment needed to make my teeth look great. I have to mention how great the entire staff is - Dr. Wang, the front desk and clinicians are so friendly and helpful it started to feel like I was coming in for a visit with friends (friends who spent most of their time looking in my mouth, but still). It really made the experience all the better by going into an environment that was welcoming and positive. One last minor thing, but I really liked the way they use technology when communicating/scheduling. For example, if I called outside of business hours, I'd get a text message reply where I could provide details to why I was calling. Little things like that which gave more convenience options were appreciated.

Staff is super friendly and personal. Our assistant who we were working with actually had conversations with me and my 9 yr old daughter, she answered my daughter's curious questions and explained a lot of the process for us while we were waiting for Dr. Wang. This was our first visit and I was really impressed and comfortable being there, as if we been long time clients!

All of the staff I’ve worked with over the couple of years of my Ortho treatments were awesome! From the ladies at the front desk, to each of the dental assistants, and especially Dr. Wang-all have been super friendly, professional and informative! I had my first consultation with Dr. Wang back in 2018. From the beginning, Dr. Wang listened to my concerns about my underbite and how important it was for me to look and feel my best. I had met with other orthodontists in the past, but none took the time to understand the emotional toll my underbite had on me the way Dr. Wang did. During this time, I was still in college, so I decided to hold off on starting my treatment plan because it included jaw surgery. Fast forward to 2020, I decided to meet with Dr. Wang again. She left such a great impression the first time, I knew I had to work with her to achieve the smile I yearned for my entire life. We soon began working with an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Due to personal circumstances, I expressed my concerns to Dr. Wang about why I would rather undergo one jaw surgery, rather than the two surgeries the surgeon recommended. Dr. Wang worked meticulously to ensure I was in the safe zone for one surgery, was transparent with me of my possible results, advocated for me, and made it a priority that I felt heard. After a year in braces, one surgery, and another year and a half in braces, I finally had my braces removed last week and I'm still amazed at my new bite. I am much happier and more confident than I was before I started this treatment plan. I hope to provide others with the same care, support, and compassion Dr. Wang has shown me. This would not have been possible without the support of Dr. Wang’s amazing coordinators and clinicians. I am thankful for their kindness and patience. If you have questions or concerns, expect that the team will do their best to find an answer or solution for you. The clinicians are also thorough, friendly, and understanding. I only have great things to say about this team and already have two referrals going to Lakes Orthodontics. :)

These guys are seriously the most organized and streamlined office I think I’ve ever seen. They make it a breeze to get in/out, have awesome attitudes, but most importantly are ortho magicians, for reals!

We love Lakes Orthodontics! They are always friendly- the front desk staff always has smiles on their faces and can accommodate busy schedules with multiple kids. They have evaluated multiple members of our family and come up with affordable treatment plans. I never feel like my time is waisted- they have a well thought out system in regards to getting people in and out quickly.

My son just started his braces journey and we have been happy with the service. Dr. Bell took the time (multiple appoinments) to go over the treatment plans, since my son has some unique issues with his teeth, until we understood them and were able to make a decision. The office staff and dental assistants have been very friendly.
