$11 Pints of mediocre beer... its amazing how the taxes and surcharges add up here. Apparently they have 12.12% liquor tax(this seems high) and an 18% surcharge for fair wages... then they ask you to tip. I'm all for people making a fair wage, but I'm also for fair disclosure in pricing and when you end up paying 30% more than the menu price, that seems deceptive. $11 for a pint of beer before tip is extreme, especially when its not a great one... I've been here before for pizza and it didn't feel so egregious but man... I won't be back.

I rated this low because of the experience. It was my 1st time visiting and I was with my 11 year old daughter and it was probably 15 degrees outside. We went inside and the employee taking Togo orders was trying to kick us out for standing there looking at the menu. He told us to pull it up on my phone and stand outside, the place only had one family in it so it’s not like it was super busy, for me to stand there with my daughter and look at the menu. After we order based on his recommendation he swipes my card and hands me the receipt, in which he informed me that they are charging 18% gratuity on top of an already overpriced pizza in my opinion (for the size). I asked him why they add the gratuity, his answer was for “employees pregnancy leave, sick leave, wages, etc). Either way for almost $40 I was not impressed with the pizza overall. Small pizza and french fries that’s it. Overall due to the customer service I will NOT be returning.

We thought we would give Nouvelle a second chance after a bad experience last fall. We ate on the patio. Food: I ordered a salad. It arrived well after my partners hamburger. Had to get up and get our own silverware and napkins from a central table. The lettuce was warm and wet. Like it had just been washed and not spun dry. Was to have been topped with fried chicken but mine seemed more poached. No coating or flavor. Not much for other toppings. My friends burger was good. Had to go into restaurant to get mustard. Then later hunted down a worker for salt and pepper, they brought a small plastic dish with the salt and pepper mixed. Told us that was all they had. Service: None. If you needed something you had to get up and get it yourself or hunt for an employee. We even had to look for someone to clean our table when we sat down. No one ever came by the table after we were served to see if we needed anything or check on the quality of the food. Atmosphere: The chairs on the patio don’t fit with the tables. Chairs low, tables very high. Glasses were plastic and dirty. No employees really spoke to us or made us feel comfortable. Don’t know what all the hype is about.

Made a reservation for inside and we were seated quickly upon arrival. The electronic menu was easy to use and the food was AMAZING. You do have to bus your own table and head up yo the counter if you need anything specific like more sauce but we didn't find that to be a problem. We ordered the Nashville hot nuggies and the piggy pie. I would highly recommend both. We will be returning.

I heard this place used to be called Pig Ate My Pizza which amuses me to no end. Anyhoo, we got the Sufferin' Succotash pizza and although the sweetness of the corn was a little bit of a shock at first, it went well with the poblano, zucchini and the rest of the toppings. Honestly, it's the next day and we keep talking about how good it was. The best part was the crust. Thin and crispy. I tried two of their beers but my favorite was the Rosė All Day. The atmosphere is light and airy and if it weren't so dang hot and humid I would have loved to sit outside. Question though, what's up with the Buck Hunter game in the restaurant? Seems a little out of place but made me laugh that it was even there.

I want to give 1 star, but don’t want to be harsh. Place is not that bad!!! Visited on a Saturday evening around 4:00pm. This place does not have. Brewery vibe, instead it felt like a commercial shop. You have to order by scanning QR code, plates and spoons are placed near entrance and the concept is more like help yourself. No fun stuff, no games, nothing for kids. They don’t even have spoons for kids or disposable cutlery for kids. I have tried far better beers in $, this place is $$$. Definitely not visiting again and not recommending!! Fries were good and do try the wonton 🌮. Ice cream is for $12 and you have to order the box, would recommend to buy hagendas in $6.

I love PAMP! If you are looking for a creative, delicious take on pizza this is a great choice. I highly recommend getting reservations. The ordering experience is great! You get to order from your phone, which is super easy and convenient. Place your order and they deliver the food straight to your table! No waiting to flag down a waiter. Now, you'd think that the pizza is the best thing on the menu... But surprisingly they have an AMAZING burger called the Broadway burger. Their fries are awesome. If you are going to get an appetizer, I highly recommend the pork nugs - crispy and in a sweet and salty asian inspired sauce. I've had most of the pizzas, honestly you can't go wrong. Pick whatever sounds good! The "Esquizza" is a fav with it's mexican inspired flavors. For cocktails, I'd highly recommend the Travail Old Fashioned. Super smooth, not too sweet.

Expensive for pizzas, 4 people we ordered 3 pizzas (11 inch) and 4 drinks more than $70. The place looks clean but the cookers DON'T ware hats or hair net (including one cooker with beard), and don't use gloves at all. This really bother me. The pizzas are ok not from another world. Our pizza was soggy in the middle

Non beer drinker here and still enjoyed my time! The outdoor atmosphere is an amazing place to hangout for longer periods and not feel rushed. You order off your phone and food comes to your spot. We received everything pretty quickly for a Friday night too. Ordered the birra pizza and burger. The Birra pizza was a nice spin on the dish, and the burger reminds me of a McDonalds burger but in a good way. Our friends ordered beers that they said were great. Service was just okay, not great but not bad either. Also, another place that does the service/wellness fee…

Came here for dinner an evening during the week. We didn’t need to wait for someone to wait on us since you can order everything from your phone. Very efficient that way. We had the Diana Ross pizza and the Cuban sandwich. Loved the Sandwich! Also, the best seltzers I’ve ever had! Our table tried the pina colada, blackberry ginger (my favorite) and the lychee mango on too. Did not disappoint!

Buzzing atmosphere, cute design with the greenery, family style seating. There was trivia going on which may be why it was so buzzing. No issue getting a place to sit though. Good food and beer.

Sooo freaking delicious! We had the new Ripple Triple Belgium beer and mussels, it was amazing! Their take on steamed mussels is the best we've had and the Belgium beer can't be beat.

Tasty food and good beer. I enjoy the new concept, but I still miss some of the pizzas. They're still figuring out staffing and whatnot, but I still recommend. Update: Staffing is settled in. Bar service when they slow down. Food is changing up regularly.

The pizza and fries are good. The salad is bland and not worth the price. The drinks are good as well! Atmosphere is fun, food is crazy slow to get. -1⭐️for wellness fee on the check in addition to your tip… (just raise your prices by $1 😒)

I have come by to buy crowlers before, but this was the first time eating here. The food is amazing, everything was perfect: dream burgers, nouvelle fries, regular fries and the pork nugs. All the ales we had were fantastic as well. My whole party agreed. Was nice to see my mantra in the kitchen, this group definitely operates woth a sense of urgency. Kitchen staff/cooks, management, everyone works their tails off. Excellent customer service! Can't wait to come back to try the pizzas and other menu items.

Can't recommend it enough. Food was fantastic - pizza was one of the best I've had in years, pork nuggs were absolutely A+. Wish I had a bigger stomach so I could have tried more pizzas. Beer was solid, probably helps if you're a fan of German style beers though. Staff was great. Super helpful, and honest about their recommendations/what they liked on the menu.

Easily one of my favorite pizza places! I loved the unique homemade pizza. The staff was amazing! One of the guys bottled up some homebrew he let us sample for free. And the atmosphere was fantastic. I've only been here once and I think it'd be impossible to come here and have anything less than a fantastic experience... No joke, this place is legendary.

I loved that they had a variety of beverages not just beer! And a brewing place with food! The pizza lacked sauce if I were to order it again I'd ask for extra extra. They had a large bar seating area which I loved a tables for larger groups. Comfortable atmosphere with televisions. Service was adequate beers were great coming from a non beer drinker

Get the Bay 'O Pigs pizza!!! Cubano sandwich inspired pizza enjoyed hot and fresh and just as good reheated the next day. The guanciale fries were amazing and piled higher than the chalice my French 75 came in! Great space, great food, will return. soon. I know I said get the Bay O Pigs Pizza- and you should. But I visited again a couple weeks ago and I also recommend their burgers, the Pastor, Mi Amor pizza, the Caprezza pizza, and their Nashville Hot Nuggies-the sweet heat on the Nuggs is divine!! Try all the things!

This is our go-to for yummy food and drinks. Indoor seating is an option but we choose to bring our dog with so their delightful outdoor patio is perfect for us. Their food is delicious: I love the pizzas, burgers, but the wonton tacos are my favorite. Their seltzers are a real treat for those who prefer a lighter and refreshing option. Highly recommend the seltzer flight; all of the flavors are so good! Also a big fan of many of the beer options here. Great place to grab a beverage to beat the heat and add a bit of serenity to your day. Cheers!

Fabulous little brewery with awesome food menu. Not a huge beer drinker, but enjoyed a couple of flights with great flavors. Kids even liked the menu and had kind wait staff and a fun outdoor patio atmosphere with trivia. Allowed dogs, which is always a plus in my book! Easy app for ordering and paying!

Enjoyable slice of the good life. We tried 3 pizzas. They were all good, but the Piggy Pie was my favorite. I really like the crust and the garlic. I also had an NA mojito, and I really enjoyed it. Things I would change: I wish there were more size options for the pizza. I wish inside was less muggy and that they had some fans outside. All in all, I did enjoy myself. It was a very chill place and I enjoyed my food and drink.

To start, if you're at least a little tech savvy, the ordering via phone and QR code is wonderful. Each table/bar spot has its own unique number and code. Scan code, browse menu, provide payment info, and either pay right away or keep a tab open. You pay through the menu website when you're done. Then you just leave. I admit I'm a shy person sometimes so I really like this. If you're not tech savvy and want to order at the counter/bar, that's still an option (and possibly faster, but I don't care). The space itself feels open and welcoming, at least at the time of writing this in summer 2023. Quite a bit if seating, which currently includes outdoor options. When I was inside today, the music that was playing overhead was nothing but country. That's why I dinged them 1 star on atmosphere. I actually don't mind some country, but would prefer more genre variety instead of sticking to just one. The food was really good. I'd recommend trying a beer flight before ordering full glasses of anything. I landed on Painkiller from the fruity flight (sometimes fitting for me, lol). The prices aren't the cheapest, but I still feel like my money was well spent.
