Upon entering our room after checking in, housekeeping did not take care of the room we were supposed to stay in. There were towels on the floor, beds were a mess. Desk attendant was rude about the whole thing, but we managed to get another room for the night. The whole place smelled musty and dirty. The top sheet of our bed was stained, probably not even washed… the floors were sticky, there was no extra toilet paper, the roll we had was almost empty. When we asked about the breakfast, they said there was none. Even though it was advertised. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Will not be staying here ever again.

Not a great experience. There was no one ever at the front desk. The fridge in the room leaked and there was a huge puddle on the floor. There were 2 towels, no hand towels or wash clothes and I needed the towels for the leaky fridge. The breakfast was terrible. Bad waffles or Oatmeal. No fruit, no protein option,no beverages other than coffee or sunny d. And there were bed bugs as my legs are now covered in bites. Not really worth it even for the cheap price. I will not be back.

It's situated in a very convenient location nearby every major attractions. The service were very good considering the modest rate they asked per night. The room was very clean and spacious, and the staffs were friendly and cooperative.

We had some business in the area. This hotel was close to everything. The rooms were exceptionally clean. My service dogs were treated very well. The owner was very friendly. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfortable. We stayed 2 nights. We will definitely stay here again. The price is very reasonable too.

Very poor experience, we never ended up staying there. We asked for a refund after checking in and they denied us. There was hair all over the beds. Like a dog stayed the night and they never changed the bedding. The floor was sticky. The bathroom was dirty, there were still water spots on the mirror and the baseboards had mud splashed on them. When we checked in after 3 pm they still hadn’t even put towels in our room and said they would bring them by later. Would never stay here or recommend this place to anybody. I don’t understand denying a refund to a client. It was their fault we couldn’t stay, because it was so nasty.

Not even a star. I regret booking a room. Smelt bad, generally unclean. Shower curtain disgusting, hair in tub, barely drained. Fridge did not cool drinks & was frosted over in the freezer. The continental breakfast consists of a waffle & coffee..I did not eat there.. Do not recommend!!!

Read the reviews for yourself. Over the course of months nothing has changed. Just bad review after bad review. Building is being painted, rooms are very dated, and the carpet needs to be replaced with tile. Photos of coffee maker in room isnt there. Pulled the blanket down only to find the sheet was dirty, nope bed bugs. Continental breakfast is a joke, orange flavored water and a waffle maker. Analog TV so picture is grainy. There's a few food choices close so that helps. Over all I'd give it a (D), and to some that may be generous. Wyndham needs to come here and see how they are represented. After every bad review is a excuse for why in three years it hasn't been fixed.

Our family had a great time during our weekend getaway at this place. The environment was very clean, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was a pleasure, and the kids loved it. This has become our go-to spot for future trips.

A $100 deposit for a dump! My sheets were stained, the pillows had no pillow protectors on them and we also stained. No phone in the room, the tv wasn’t working and the fire detector was beeping! I went to the front desk to ask for clean sheets and the guy asked “Why?”… No no no as he points his finger at me. I told him my sheets are stained and he wanted to scream about how he runs a 5 star hotel. 😂 BIG JOKE! Do not stay here! I had to wait for another staff to come in to take care of the other problems!

TRIED. TO. RIP. US. OFF. Never even got to stay. The hotel ran our card for the full amount 5 hours before we even got to the state! And well before housekeeping was finished from the previous night, and way before our check-in time. Our card is turned off until we arrived. They were extremely rude when we tried to ask him why he was running our card before we got there. He wouldn’t listen to us, said he was canceling our reservation because “how am I supposed to get paid if you don’t check in today?” To which I responded, “if we don’t check in today, THEN you charge the card, NOT before.” Don’t waste your time. **Evidently this is something that happens often after reading more reviews. So we aren’t the only ones.** Edit- after the response from the owner, or whomever has access to the account, yes, I know what a pre-authorization is and in all of our traveling we have never been charged the full amount before we ever step foot in the building, especially when we book through the Wyndham app. This is usually a practice of unscrupulous business owners. But it was the level of contempt and rudeness that the person on the phone had. No willingness to help, no desire to listen or comprehend. Again, after reading other reviews I see this is an ongoing issue so I’m sure this will not be the last review you have like this.

As always, I am thoroughly satisfied with my stay! I have never had any complaints about this hotel, which I frequently use for birthday parties. During this visit, Ahmed warmly greeted me and provided exceptional assistance. I absolutely adore this hotel and have no intention of seeking accommodations elsewhere.

The rooms was clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I made a mistake booking. It's very safe and quiet, no people roaming the parking lot late at night. The cub is 5 minutes away. Plus the waffle maker makes fluffy waffles.

Booked online. Got there late but was able to check in at midnight without issue. Did have to give $100 cash deposit which is understandable. Room was clean, bed comfortable, shower was hot. $65, what else can you ask for?

Dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Feces on the walls and toilet in the bathroom, garbage on the floors, sticky carpet, shower walls covered in god knows what, drapes moth eaten… Like, wow. I couldn’t wait for my next opportunity to take a shower. I even considered trying to spend the night elsewhere. The room wasn’t that expensive, but I feel I paid way too much for what I got.

Super impressed by this hotel considering my experience with this brand have not been this exceptional. I stay started off with most amazing service from the front desk associate Randy. He was incredibly informative and kind. Very personable which I absolutely love anytime I'm staying somewhere away from home. Rooms were very nice and modern, very updated. Definitely will stay here again. Randy made the best first impression on us and that is what really hooked us.

Last night was particularly rough. Didn't realize I booked for last night, not tonight. That's my mistake. I was making my way into the hotel when I experienced a flat tire. Nobody was available or open to fix it until this morning. I finally got in this morning around 8am to check in for last nights stay. I didn't realize my bank had, on Travelodge's behalf and without either their or my authorization had placed an additional hold for that stay, causing me to not have sufficient funds for the stay tonight. I was shown proof of their charge with complete transparency. That was nice. I also was shown empathy regarding my ordeal last night and my newly found hair loss due to oral chemotherapy. Overall a very nice and positive stay. I was able to get things sorted with my financial institution and got things squared away for tonight. Thank you Travelodge!

This place is a DUMP, DUMP, DUMP, and the service are liars!!! I'm a pretty patient person. I stayed there 4 × 3 out of the 4 times things in my room did not work. This last time was the worst. The lights didn't work. The TV was fuzzy the floor was sticky. There were pubic hairs on the bathroom floor Stains on the beds.and the shower didn't work.!! It is absolutely DISGUSTING run away

The price was very low. I was amazed at how clean the room, and bedding was for the price! It smelled clean, looked clean, and was a very comfortable stay The owners are very pleasant, and they take great pride in their establishment. I will stay there again when I go to visit my Grandson!

This place is horrible! if i could give no stars i would. i booked a room for 2 months only to wake up that he charged my card for the room already. i called there and he tried arguing and yelling saying how can he get paid if someone cancels. like i was suppose to not cancel the room or didn’t have the option. so not give this place your card you are warned he will try and take ur money. sad part is he thinks he’s right. threatened to call the cops on me for telling him to refund my money. i hope nobody stays here he’s not a good person. maybe he should take his self back to his own country and maybe try and treat ppl better instead of trying to rip them off. so glad i got my money back cause i wouldn’t pressed charges for fraud if i didn’t.

I absolutely loved my stay here, We stayed for 4 nights! When I first came in I told the gentleman at the front that I had come from a hotel that was a complete disaster, he immediately upgraded me to another room for the inconvenience someone else caused me to make my stay better! 😭 I also was not planning on my children being here and they ended up staying with us and the gentleman once again said not a problem! Enjoy you're stay! We had a tiny issue with the faucet in the bathtub and he immediately fixed it ! They have people constantly working on the outside and inside of the building to make it look at its best always! Absolute turn around from past management ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 😁😁👍👍

We were given the convenience of storing our luggage until the evening without any additional fees. Our vacation was a great success, and we plan to return to this place on our next trip. We are grateful to the staff for maintaining cleanliness and providing a warm reception.

The lobby and rooms look new and updated. It is very clean and the cleaners are thorough in and out the room. The rooms are nice, comfortable bed, openable windows and was spacious in my king room. The shower didn’t work in my bathroom or I couldn’t figure out how to work it, but we didn’t need it anyways and I’m sure they would’ve fixed the situation if needed. There’s always people wandering outside or sitting in the back lounge area. The staff is super wonderful and professional. Only downside of my stay is I booked another night to confirm and called in the morning to make sure everything was fine and they told me it was but when I left and came back the cleaners came into my room, even with a do not disturb sign on the door, and we noticed things moved around and taken like $10 in change we had out. We told the front desk staff and they said it was an accident and apologized for the incident but there wasn’t anything that could be done. Despite that, this is a good hotel in a nice location, is very decently priced and would recommend!

They are renovating but our room was renovated and it looked bad. Missing screen. Floor edging (plastic strip for vinyl Floor and carpet, came out off the floor making it hazardous to walk. A lot of ants in room. Cigarette burn marks etc. The smell of Cigarettes permanently in the air. No, Do Not Disturb sign. Hair on the sheets in one of two beds.

**DO NOT BOOK HERE** if you are a Wyndham rewards member, they were completely disregard your rewards. They do not care what price you’ve got through the rewards. also, to top it off, they have a policy that is not made clear at all before booking that after 8 PM they only accept cash. Randy is very poor customer service and they only go by their fees so if you use rewards you are wasting your time! Had a very tired driver that needed a good night sleep before going back to moving americas goods. Had to send him else where. No stars if I could. Also got hung up on. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY POOR SERVICE POOR OWNER AND MANAGER! Sketchy with the cash only!

The hotel was in the middle of many small renovations it seemed but nothing that really bothered anyone. You can tell it must be privately owned which I would rather give my money to small business anyway. The room was cheap so I wasn't expecting a 5 star, if you want a 5 start go pay the $114+ for one with a 2 night minimum stay. The hall I was in there was no carpet, this was only an issue because it sounded like someone was stomping down the hall every 15 minutes, I did not get a lot of sleep. I don't blame the hotel because it could have been some tweeker staying in another room. Regardless, my room was clean, the staff was friendly enough. I've stayed in better and I've stayed in worse. It was worth what I paid and served the purpose I needed

I have stayed at this Travelodge many times, always a good experience. The thing that I have always noticed is the owner is constantly updating the property inside and outside. New flooring throughout the building, new roof, new paint adding a big fountain in the front. I've recommended it to people I know...

We traveled 3 1/2 hours to stay at this hotel but received an email the afternoon of our stay stating they had cancelled our reservation. I called the hotel and was informed that they had overbooked so there was not a room for us. I explained that we had a reservation booked for a month and was told, "sorry, we overbooked and there are no rooms left for you." We had to scramble and find a new hotel for the night and ended up paying $100 more for the new room we were able to book.

Worst place I ever stayed at. One person Ms. Page was wonderful! Other than her it was horrifying experience. No. Maid service, no fresh towels after no maid service. Ended up leaving 2 days into our stay. Took three calls just to get the rest of the visit removed so we could stay someplace decent.

We made reservations in Feb to stay for a weekend in July. On the morning of our trip, they called me to cancel my reservation because they had no rooms available. He was unwilling to help us make new reservations somewhere else or do anything else to help us. The corporate offices were also unwilling to do anything to help us. Thankfully, Priceline came through and got us a room at a near by hotel. We were driving many hours for a concert and this was completely unacceptable.

Only thing good about this place was the Jacuzzi... Dirty room all around. No continental breakfast- states that breakfast is included in price. Charged me more than the reservation stated it was going to cost. Then also charged me for the total amount twice. Will not be staying here again.

First things first I open the door to my room and hit by a strong smell of mildew and I start looking around and there is so much wrong with this room drywall missing, ceilings are stained or falling in in the bathrooms, not a single wall is free of a minimum of five unsightly marks, there's dust on everything the room looks like it hadn't been cleaned properly for 9 months. The fact that the staff even have the audacity to charge a damage deposit after putting 0% effort to keep it maintained properly in the first place. BOTOM LINE MY WIFE WAS SCARED TO NOT ONLY SLEEP HERE, but GAGGED AT THE THOUGHT OF SHOWERING HERE.

This place didn’t give me back my deposit. There was a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower curtain rod when I checked in and when I told the man at the desk he said he would have it removed before we got back from ValleyFair. It was still there when we got back. I went and told him it was still there and he argued with me about it. I asked him to come to my room and get it out. He argued with me the whole way to my room. When he came and saw it was there, he removed it and walked out. No apology for the dirty rag or being rude. If I would’ve known I was going to spend almost $200 on a room that said $115, I would’ve booked a better hotel
