I had a great shopping experience here at the Lino Lakes Mattress Firm with Noah. I was impressed with how clean the store was and my the initial greeting I received from the store manager. I had a large budget to work with and Noah helped me pick out the best mattress for me!

We came to mattress firm last February for a new mattress. My bf and I are expecting and desperately needed to upgrade to a comfortable King. We chose a mattress and decided it wasn't quite right and had to return to find something else. Darius was our original sales rep but he moved locations, thus we had the pleasure of working with Michael! He made the process painless and simple. We appreciated his genuine care for us and our needs and never felt pressured or mislead. We highly recommend the Link Lakes location - Work with Michael! You won't be disappointed.

What an excellent experience start to finish. The sales guy was just wonderful to work with. We feel confident and safe about our purchase and would definitely recommend to a friend and come back again. The guy was patient, educated, nice and well organized. The thing I like the most is the experience didn't feel fake, like he wasn't just trying to make sure we purchased. He just made us feel comfortable all together! This is the type of experience I look for when spending my money and makes other places, other experiences, other salesmen just look sad!

They were great to us! We had to reschedule our mattress delivery a few times due to our moving situation and they were always really helpful and willing to work with us. We just received our mattress last weekend and we absolutely love it! So comfortable and so happy with our purchase!

Very friendly staff that cater to your specific sleep patterns. Prices were very cheap considered to other outlets and offer best price matching so you will always pay the lowest price. Their sale days are the best times to purchase from them, as they offered me a Queen for the price of a Twin during their Labor Day Sale. Overall a very good experience and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new mattresses or adjustable bed bases.

Guy working was too pushy. He was snarky, and told me anything under a $1000 mattress was junk and was reluctant to show me anything. He told me their online sleep experts were wrong. Wouldn't let me look at anything but an adjustable frame. Spoke with Odessa on their website and she is wonderful. Will be purchasing a frame through her, not the store. Maybe she could teach "how to not sell like a used car salesman" to the guy I dealt with.

Jack was very knowledgeable and patient when helping me find a new mattress that will fit our needs. He was very understanding with my boys and even let them jump and walk on the beds which ended up being the highlight of my autistic son's day!.
