    7/6/22, ordered blinds for 5 patio doors and 4 large Livingroom windows. Told should be about 6 weeks. After many delays, mistakes and excuses still waiting for last 2 patio blinds (2/27/23 - 8 months later.) Had to re order - measured wrong. Haven't heard anything for a month since last reorder. Just like all along the way, so little communication - unless I inquired, so little customer concern. I sure made a mistake ordering window coverings from them. Sure wish I had had a better experience like other reviews posted. What a nightmare of an experience.

    Working with Vikings blinds has been a terrible experience. My order was partially installed (?) 2 months after ordering. Voice mail calls were NEVER returned. The first installation only half of the order was correct. Blinds did not fit or were not what was ordered. After another month the next installation was attempted. One blind was still not cut to the correct size. Six windows had the same dimensions and they could not cut six the same way. We are now waiting 2 weeks now for the last one to be cut and have been notified that they do not know when it will be done. It is already 3 days late. By the way they already have my money and have no desire to contact me or finish my order. If a rating of 0 was an option I would use that.

    Both Lisa and Amory were great sales consultants - patient through multiple quotes and knew the nuances of different products when it came to functionality and design. Installer was professional, efficient (he hung 21 honeycomb blinds in two hours, and this includes hauling stuff in and out), and respectful of our house. Would definitely recommend.

    My partner and I came to this location based on the reviews we saw here. However the service we received (or lack thereof) did not reflect the stellar comments. The showroom was nice and one person did greet us when we walked in and that was all. No one seemed to offer help in the entire process. When we were having trouble figuring out some of the mechanics for the blinds, a salesperson on the floor did not offer help and was focusing on the fabric samples instead. We were the only customers there and we basically had to work out everything by ourselves. It made us feel out of place and in the end, we decided to go with a different dealer where we felt our business was welcomed.

    Our experiences with Viking Blinds have always been excellent. Recently we installed new Top Down/Bottoms Up blinds in our living room and dining room. From the visit to the showroom, the home visit to measure and finalize, and the installation. everything was handled in a very helpful and professional manner. We are thrilled with the result and will return to Viking in the future and recommend them to friends.

    Viking is easy to work with and they do an excellent job. Jim installed the blinds today following covid rules, wearing a mask. I appreciate his shoe covers and the fantastic job he did. Tammy came out to measure and went out of her way to make sure we would be happy. Great staff.

    We did a whole house remodel and Jeff and his crew were with us all the way. He reviewed our plans, met with our architect and builder on-site, recommended product, coordinated installation within our schedule and made sure everything was just right. Jeff is also a good communicator so we were never left hanging or wondering about the next step. We definitely recommend Viking Blinds!

    We have been very pleased with our blinds order - from start to finish! The lady who helped us in the shop was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The lady who came to measure was also extremely courteous. The installer did a beautiful job hanging the blinds, and they are beautiful. We will shop there again. Many thanks!

    We have 4 windows with Hunter Douglas blinds. 1 of them has needed repair twice because we couldn’t keep it open. Both times it was repaired without charge. The other 3 have been perfect.

    Viking Blinds ordered the wrong mounting brackets for our blinds. When informed of the error they informed us that the desired brackets were no longer available and we were just out of luck. In speaking directly to the manufacture we discovered that this was a false statement and were able to obtain the brackets directly from them. If you have no issues with your blinds Viking Blinds maybe as good as any other company providing same services but if something goes wrong do not expect any help from them. Extremely poor customer service.

    i've been trying to fix a high end large blind set up that separates two rooms in my home for a very long time. It was a simple fix that I had hired maintenance, spoke to other professionals and I could not get it fixed. after I made a serious attempt to try make the part myself at Home Depot I was recommended to go to Viking blinds. I walked in and told them what I was looking for and in less than one minute they had the part and sold it to me at a ridiculously fair price. This is the place you go to for window treatments. I walked around and looked at their products & was astonished. It inspired me want to upgrade my windows treatments. & what great service & professionalism & knowledge. A very respectable business for our city.

    The individual who came to measure our windows and show us options was great. The installer was fast and friendly. The blinds are very nice-sometimes the chain catches a little bit, but the service itself from Viking was excellent and 5 star.
